白头翁高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

目的：建立白头翁药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并比较了不同产地白头翁中白头翁皂苷B。含量的差异。方法：采用Agilent ZORBAXSBC18（4．6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱;乙腈（A）和水（B）为流动相,流速1．0ml／min;柱温40oc;检测波长201nm。结果：十批白头翁样品高效液相色谱指纹图谱具有一定的相似性;不同产地白头翁中白头翁皂苷B4。的含量有差异。结论：本法准确、可靠,建立的白头翁高效液相色谱指纹图谱可结合白头翁皂苷B4。含量测定用于白头翁药材的质量控制。     

田基黄高效液相色谱指纹图谱共有模式的研究

高效液相色谱指纹图谱已经普遍应用于中药材及制剂的分析检测，在用高效液相色谱指纹图谱进行分析中，建立图谱的共有模式是关键的一环，共有模式的好坏直接影响分析的结果．以田基黄的高效液相色谱指纹图谱为例，说明了一种建立共有模式行之有效的方法．     

不同部位黄芩中黄芩苷含量的测定及其HPLC指纹图谱的建立

利用正交实验方法优化了提取黄芩中主要成分的工艺条件,然后采用HPLC法分别测定条芩和苦芩不同部位黄芩苷的含量,研究了建立条芩、苦芩不同部位HPLC指纹图谱的方法,确定了黄芩中黄酮类成分指纹图谱中的4个共有峰,并对不同部位药材进行了比较.色谱实验条件是:在室温下,以Shimadzu C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分析柱,以1:3的CH_3CN与H_2O-THF-H_3PO_4(80:10:0.2)的混合溶剂为流动相,检测波长为274nm,体积流量为0.3mL/min.黄芩苷测定方法的线性范围为0.43-2.1μg,且重现性好,专属性强.结果表明,建立的条芩、苦芩不同部位的HPLC指纹图谱能方便地评价不同部位黄芩药材的质量,为科学评价和全面控制黄芩药材的质量提供了新方法.     

问题式学习方法在中职计算机应用基础教学中的实践与探索

目的:对贵州不同地区番石榴叶药材中金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷变化进行研究,探讨番石榴叶药材有效成分与产地相关性变化,为番石榴叶药材生产和质量保障提供数据支撑。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸(13∶87),柱温为25℃,检测波长为257nm;流速1.0m L/min,测定贵州不同地区番石榴叶药材中金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷含量。结果:通过方法学考察,HPLC检测番石榴叶中两种黄酮苷含量,实验准确可靠,方法简便易行;在同一时段内,不同产地番石榴叶中两种黄酮苷变化较大,不同产地药材质量差异明显。结论:建立了番石榴叶药材两种黄酮苷的检测方法,方法准确可靠、简便易行;贵州不同区域产番石榴叶药材中两种黄酮苷的含量差异明显,靠近河谷的罗甸沟亭乡所产番石榴叶药材品质较好。     

不同来源冬凌草叶HPLC指纹图谱研究

采用高效液相色谱法,以相关系数r和夹角余弦cosa表征相似度,对不同来源的14种冬凌草叶药材进行HPLC指纹图谱比较研究。通过对14种冬凌草叶HPLC指纹图谱分析及r、cosa比较,除4、5、13、14较其他差异较大外,其余10种冬凌草叶HPLC无明显差异;与标准对照品冬凌草甲素的指纹图谱比较发现,除第13种冬凌草叶样品不含有冬凌草甲素外,其余都含有冬凌草甲素。该方法准确、简单,能较好地识别冬凌草药材的种类,为冬凌草药材的质量评估提供有益的信息。     

指纹图谱与质谱分析竹叶化学成分

为比较不同种竹叶化学成分的差异,建立了基于6种竹叶的指纹图谱分析实验方法,并运用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术对具有地域特点的长沙青皮竹竹叶的化学成分进行鉴定。通过相似性评价系统计算了6种竹叶的色谱指纹图谱之间的相似性。长沙青皮竹与水竹化学成分最为相似,相似度为0. 992,说明两者化学成分很相似;长沙青皮竹与班竹之间的化学成分相似性最小,相似度为0. 209。质谱分析通过相对分子质量可鉴定出8个成分,多为黄酮类,符合竹叶化学成分的一般规律。通过该实验的实践可使学生系统地掌握指纹图谱分析方法,了解高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术在天然活性成分研究中的应用。     

龙胆的反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

通过正交试验和反相高效液相法优化龙胆有效成分提取方法,把以此方法所得的各龙胆和坚龙胆对照品供试液色谱图导入中药指纹图谱相似度评价软件系统（2004A版）进行相似度评价和色谱指纹图谱的检验。结果表明：超声波方法提取效果最佳,即温度80℃,提取剂75％乙醇,样品固体质量和提取剂体积比为1：30,提取时间约40min;样品与坚龙胆色谱峰相似度在0．8以上特征峰5个。采用反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱可有效控制龙胆的质量。     

雷公藤药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

建立了雷公藤药材高效液相指纹图谱的测定及评价方法.通过该法得到雷公藤药材样品可靠稳定的色谱指纹图谱并指认了色谱峰的化学归属.此法稳定性、精密度和重现性好,方法可靠,用于雷公藤药材的质量控制切实可行.     

临沂引种松果菊有效成分的研究

为了研究松果菊在临沂市的生长和质量状况,用高效液相色谱一二极管阵列检测技术,建立了紫花松果菊花的HPLC图谱模型,并应用该图谱定量研究了临沂市不同品种松果菊和不同产地紫花松果菊有效成分的含量．结果表明我市引种的松果菊生长状况好、质量优,该结果为松果菊药材的质量评价及科学栽培提供了科学依据．     

病毒肺炎合剂HPLC指纹图谱的研究

目的:应用HPLC法研究病毒肺炎合剂的指纹图谱。方法:以绿原酸为参照物,YWG-C18(250mm×4.6mm,10μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为0.4%磷酸水溶液-乙腈,线性梯度洗脱,流速1ml/min,检测波长280nm。结果:在该色谱条件下,病毒肺炎合剂水提取液有14个共有特征指纹峰。结论:该方法稳定、可靠、重现性好,可作为质量控制方法。
