澳门公民教育的缺失及《品德与公民》教科书的回应

受历史因素影响,澳门中小学公民教育整体水平比较落后。回归后,随着经济的持续快速增长,各种社会问题不断出现,澳门特区政府日益认识到提高公民素质、进行公民教育的重要性。然而,缺乏本地合用的教科书,导致公民教育的成效并不理想。为此,澳门教育暨青年局与人民教育出版社合作开发了《品德与公民》教科书。针对青少年国家观念与公民意识的缺失的现状,"公民与政府"分册的编写进行了有益的尝试,以提升公民参与能力,促进澳门社会的繁荣与稳定。     

大学生公民意识教育:高校思想政治教育的新使命

加强大学生公民意识教育可为我国社会主义公民社会的成熟发挥引领性作用,为社会主义民主政治建设起到基础性的作用,而且可为大学生自我成长提供新的途径.高校思想政治教育要承担起党赋予的新使命,加强大学生公民意识教育,借鉴并吸收高校思想政治教育中众多合理的成分,将公民意识教育渗透到思想政治理论教学中,同时借助思想政治教育的多样性活动载体提升大学生公民意识水平.

结合青少年学生公民意识现状以及当前我国公民意识教育存在的问题,提出加强公民意识系统化、规范化建设,形成教育合力,完善实践课程,注重网络思想教育方式创新等措施。     

澳门中小学品德与公民教育成效的评价研究

以澳门《非高等教育制度纲要法》规定的教育总目标为评价标准,通过学校问卷调查、学生评定和课堂观察,本研究发现,澳门中小学品德与公民教育取得了一定成效,并表现出如下的特点:品德教育的成效优于公民教育,又私德教育成效优于公德教育。本文从澳门的历史背景出发,配合有关研究文献,针对上述特点的成因进行了探讨。
