师生关系是教育领域中一种特殊的人与人之间的关系,它随教育现象的产生而产生。现代社会对师生关系提出了新的要求,要求它体现民主、自由、平等的现代教育理念,在教育活动中把握好师生之间的情感关系,处理好师生之间的平等和合作等问题。     

民主型师生关系构建中存在的问题及解决策略

民主型师生关系是指在教育教学过程中,师生双方在平等的基础上建立起的一种互相尊重、自由和谐、平等对话与交流的人际关系。民主型师生关系顺应当今时代的发展,是良好教育的前提,但是在构建民主型师生关系的过程中,仍然存在师生间的伪民主、师生关系的绝对化平等、师生间的情感疏离等问题。针对存在的问题,可以采取正确处理民主与权威的关系、树立正确的民主观、增进师生间的情感互动等策略来解决。

十年来我国师生关系观述评

近十年来我国对师生关系的研究,观点多样,主要有:师生应是民主、平等、合作的关系,这是占主要地位的观点;教师主导下的民主、平等关系;教师是主导,学生是主体;师生之间不应是民主平等的关系;师生之间是平等而又不对等的关系;师生关系是主导与主动的关系等。这些观点从不同视角对师生关系进行了较为广泛的论述,超越了师生主客体的二元对立范畴,顺应了时代潮流,体现了以人为本的思想。但有生搬硬套西方哲学理论的趋向,对中国传统师生关系思想重视不够,一些观点有片面性,在研究的深度和广度上也还有待加强。我们应坚持以学生为本,充分发挥教师的主导作用,建立民主平等的和谐师生关系。
