This study systematically examines the effects of mobile health (mHealth) on physical activity in a Chinese fitness app (WeRun). Drawing on the theory of reasoned action, we identified several psychosocial mechanisms for understanding mHealth effects and unpacked these mechanisms through a survey with 403 WeRun users. We also collected self-tracked behavioral data on the daily step counts of the participants over the previous week of the study. As predicted, exercise intention was a strong predictor of self-tracked physical activity. The results provide compelling support for the social support, social comparison, and attitudinal mechanisms in motivating physical activity via fitness apps. For social support features, informational support was indirectly associated with stronger exercise intention via the mediation of attitudes towards exercise. The esteem support was directly associated with stronger exercise intention. For social comparison features, upward and downward comparisons were associated with exercise intention via attitudes towards exercise but in opposite directions. The findings are discussed for theoretical implications for understanding mHealth behaviors and practical implications in mHealth design.  相似文献

[目的/意义]研究老年在线社区用户的健康信息需求,为利用互联网开展精准的医学教育和科普服务提供依据,优化在线社区服务,吸引和鼓励更多老年人使用网络分享和获取健康信息。[方法/过程]本文采取网络文本挖掘的方法,选取老年论坛"老年人之家"中5 296条用户发布的健康相关文本作为语料库,利用TextRank和TF-IDF两种关键词抽取算法对每条文本抽取关键词,构造关键词共现网络,进行社会网络分析,识别重要关键词和主题,研究老年在线社区用户的健康信息需求。[结果/结论]老年在线社区用户信息需求主要可划分为中医养生原理与方法、生活方式调整与改变、疾病防治与应对老化、食品营养价值与功效4个类型,且不同需求类型间存在复杂的交错关系;用户表露的健康信息需求停留在生理健康层面,而心理健康和社会适应力是潜在的信息需求。通过网络文本挖掘的方法能有效利用用户生成的文本数据,展现用户健康信息需求并发现其中的问题。  相似文献

突破已有研究中主要关注某一农地质量保护技术的推广,而对社会支持对农户农地质量保护行为的影响侧重探讨单一维度的不足,将社会支持划分为工具支持、信息支持、情感支持3类,关注不同类型社会支持对农户农地质量持续保护行为的影响差异,以及包含坚韧性、自强性、乐观性3个维度的心理韧性在其中的中介作用。基于中国秦巴山区697份茶农调研问卷数据,运用多元概率比回归和中介效应模型进行实证分析,以期为促进农户持续采取农地质量保护行动提供参考。结果表明:(1)工具支持、信息支持、情感支持均可促进农户对农药废弃物持续回收、地表持续覆盖和有机肥持续施用行为;(2)心理韧性的3个维度在社会支持与农药废弃物持续回收行为和社会支持与地表持续覆盖行为的关系中具有中介效应,而心理韧性在有机肥持续施用模型中呈现遮掩效应;(3)外部风险在坚韧性、乐观性促进农户农药废弃物持续回收行为以及坚韧性促进农户地表持续覆盖行为中具有强化作用;(4)农业收入占比、农地面积促进了农户农药废弃物持续回收行为,性别、受教育程度促进了农户地表持续覆盖行为,受教育程度、健康状况促进了农户有机肥持续施用行为。据此,建议政府建立相关社会支持体系,充分发挥...  相似文献

【目的/意义】本文利用用户在健康信息问答过程中产生的真实数据,从网络结构和信息主题两个维度对网 络健康社区中的健康信息传播网络及主题特征进行研究,进而为社区的建设和维护提供建议。【方法/过程】首先, 利用社会网络分析法对不同时间阶段的健康信息传播网络进行指标测度和可视化呈现,探究其网络结构特征;然 后结合LDA和已有词表,对社区内健康信息进行主题识别和提取,分析健康信息主题的分布及其变化趋势。【结果/ 结论】本研究发现实验选取的网络健康社区内部的健康信息传播网络具有小世界效应,用户流动性大,关键节点变 更快;用户健康信息问答的内容集中在若干主题,且部分主题随时间呈现一定变化趋势。【创新/局限】网络健康信 息的生成和传播源于用户之间的信息交互。本文从网络结构和信息主题两个维度开展研究,更符合其内部机理, 研究更加深入和具象;网络健康社区种类众多,本文只选择其中一个社区进行研究,可能存在一定的局限性。  相似文献

Online health interactions (OHIs) can benefit patients, physicians, and society. However, little research has been conducted that studies the social value of OHIs for third-party patients who view previous OHIs concerning similar health issues to theirs. Drawing on the literature on social support and information uncertainty, this study established a theoretical model to explore the roles of treatment information, prevention information, and emotional support in determining information usefulness perceived by third-party patients, and whether such relationships are contingent on information uncertainty. The model was tested using “health questions and answers” textual data from 1,848 OHIs. The results indicate that prevention information and emotional support significantly improve information usefulness perceived by third-party patients. When the level of information uncertainty regarding physicians’ replies is high, the effect of treatment information is strengthened and the effect of emotional support is weakened, indicating both the bright and dark side of information uncertainty. This study has implications for practitioners and contributes to the literature on online health information, social support, information science, and information uncertainty.  相似文献

辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是开展大学生思想政治教育、心理健康等工作的重要骨干力量。随着时代的发展,辅导员承担的工作日趋复杂,特别是受工作性质的影响,他们更容易产生倦怠。通过对辅导员职业倦怠、角色压力与社会支持三个变量之间的关系进行深入、系统的考察,为辅导员职业倦怠的改善策略提供实证支持,提高高校辅导员职业满意度和自身身心健康水平。研究发现,高校辅导员的职业倦怠与角色压力、社会支持相关关系达到非常显著的水平,其中职业倦怠与职业压力呈显著正相关(r=0.770,p<0.01),与社会支持显著负相关(r=-0.445,p<0.01)。社会支持在角色压力对职业倦怠的影响中发挥了部分中介作用(β=0.0158,p<0.001)。结论:高校辅导员职业倦怠与角色压力、社会支持三个相关关系达到显著水平。其中职业倦怠与角色压力呈显著正相关,而与社会支持呈显著负相关。高校辅导员社会支持水平在职业倦怠和角色压力中起到部分中介作用。  相似文献

Since accurate decisions are required for effective management, much research has focused on information systems that support decision making. Recently, this research has engendered frameworks, such as the management support system (MSS), that are designed to provide comprehensive and integrated support for the decision making process. Few, if any, studies have empirically measured the effects of these frameworks on decision making. This article offers empirical evidence on MSS effectiveness. It overviews the decision making process, presents an MSS for supporting the process, and assesses the influences of the MSS on the process and outcomes of health care decision making. Due to the proliferation of Web 2.0 technology, e-commerce has evolved into social commerce. In this social commerce era, consumers are increasingly dependent on each other and look for social support (informational and emotional) online even before making purchases. This study examines the content of consumer reviews, a fundamental construct of social commerce. Topics expressed in consumer reviews (collected from Amazon.com) are explored using a machine learning technique (i.e. latent semantic analysis). This study documents the thematic differences between positive and negative reviews and finds that negative reviews report service-related failures while positive reviews relate more to the product, among other things. Next, the informational support aspect of social commerce is explored by identifying the topics expressed in reviews that are helpful in purchase decisions. The findings demonstrate that potential customers (i.e. those who would like to purchase a product in the near future and currently are reading reviews with the intention to decide whether or not to buy that product) find the negative reviews containing service failure information and the positive reviews containing information on core functionalities, technical aspects, and aesthetics to be more helpful. [目的/意义]研究的目的在于揭示社会化问答网站用户糖尿病相关信息需求,以及随时间的推移这些信息需求的演变。[方法/过程]以中文社会化问答网站糖尿病相关提问文本为基础,构造共词网络,运用词频分析、社会网络分析和社区发现的方法,确定网络社区演变路径,以可视化的形式呈现信息需求的特征及演变。[结果/结论]10年间用户表达出来的信息需求趋于集中,用户对健康管理的信息需求有较大增长,但这部分仍未成为核心关注点。建议用户更多地对健康管理给予关注,公共卫生部门加强糖尿病预防内容的科普,并对相关并发症加强防控和管理。  相似文献

社会化搜索是一种新兴的、基于Web2.0框架的搜索模式,在此模式基础上的医疗类社会化搜索平台目前已成为缓解医疗资源紧张的重要手段之一。本文基于健康信念模型和顾客满意度模型,以用户为中心,结合当前的时代背景,构建医疗类社会化搜索答案质量用户满意度模型,并通过问卷调研修正模型。研究发现:医疗类社会化搜索平台答案的来源质量对健康行为期望和健康威胁感知均有显著影响,是最具影响力的一个质量维度;情感质量对用户的自我效能影响显著;健康行为期望和健康威胁感知对感知价值的影响高于对满意度的影响;而感知价值和自我效能是影响用户满意度的关键指标。  相似文献

目的:了解HIV/TB患者心理健康状况与其应对方式及社会支持度的现状并分析它们之间的关系,为今后对这类特残人群的干预措施调提供科学依据。方法运用心理卫生评定量表手册中的SCL-90、SCSQ和SSRS三个量对桂西地区(百色市)103对HIV/TB患者和健康对照者进行问卷调查,比较其异同并进行相关分析。结果:SCL-90调查结果。病患组的总均分和各因子得分除“偏执”和“其他”两项外均显著高于对照组;HIV/TB双重感染患者积极应对显著少于对照组,反之消极应对也显著多于对照,病患者组的社会支持力度上无论是主观支持还是客观支持都显著小于对照组;经过回归分析发现HIV/TB双重感染患者心理健康严重程度与社会支持总得分、主观支持、客观支持三个因素有显著负相关,与积极应对有显著正相关。结论:HIV/TB双重感染患者由于疾病特殊,加上社会支持的不足,其心理健康出现了诸多问题,要做好此类病患者的防治工作,需要在心理方面对患者进行疏导,多开展疾病的知识宣教等,同时动员全社会的力量,共同关怀、共同努力、消除歧视,营造一个利于患者的环境,才能工作做好。  相似文献

目的:对民办高校与普通高校大学生的自尊、社会支持与心理健康水平进行对比。方法:以江西省某民办高校450名大学生,某普通高校430名大学生为研究对象,采用自尊量表(SES)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、康奈尔健康量表(CMI)进行测评。结果:民办高校大学生心理健康水平显著高于普通高校大学生;在主观支持和对支持的利用度上,民办高校大学生显著高于普通高校大学生;普通高校大学生自尊水平显著高于民办高校大学生;大学生社会支持与心理健康显著相关。结论:民办高校与普通高校大学生自尊、社会支持与心理健康水平有显著性差异。  相似文献

本文就外部信息来源渠道不同将商业网络分为横向外溢网络、纵向外溢网络和本土商业网络,探索四种机构的支持在商业网络与自主创新绩效之间是否起调节作用。基于广东省处于产业集群的民营企业进行调查,通过层次回归分析检验。最终的结论为:(1)国际商业网络与本土商业网络皆对自主创新绩效产生显著影响;(2)政府部门支持的调节作用在三种网络中都显著为正,科研机构支持的调节作用则只在国际商业网络得到验证;(3)金融机构支持和行业协会支持的调节作用在三种网络中皆未获得实证研究结果的支持。  相似文献

采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表对393名贫困大学生,2985名非贫困大学生进行问卷调查,贫困大学生的SCL-90得分显著高于非贫困大学生,且不同性别、城乡、是否独生、是否担任班干部等因素在SCL-90各项因子的得分也存在差异。另外,社会支持各因子得分贫困大学生明显低于非贫困大学生。进一步的相关分析显示贫困大学生的心理健康状况与社会支持之间存在显著相关,社会支持水平越低,心理健康障碍越严重。  相似文献

本文通过实证调研工作压力和社会支持对高校教师工作绩效的影响后发现:(1)高校教师的工作压力较高,特别是高工作要求低收入、工作量大工作时间长而产生的压力;教师获得的社会支持较多来源于家人和朋友,来自上级和组织的支持较少;社会支持形式多为情感支持,工具支持和信息支持较少。(2)五种压力源与压力症状具有显著正相关;工作量大时间长压力源与关系绩效显著负相关;高工作要求低收入、工作量大时间长与任务绩效显著负相关。(3)工作压力源、社会支持对压力症状具有一定的预测作用, 压力症状是工作压力源与社会支持作用于工作绩效的中介变量。(4)社会支持对关系绩效有显著直接影响,对任务绩效没显著直接影响。文章最后根据实证分析结果,从学校、主管领导、家人、朋友和自身等五个方面提出高校教师压力管理和社会支持对策建议。  相似文献

The dissemination of misinformation in health emergencies poses serious threats to public health and increases health anxiety. To understand the underlying mechanism of the dissemination of misinformation regarding health emergencies, this study creatively draws on social support theory and text mining. It also explores the roles of different types of misinformation, including health advice and caution misinformation and health help-seeking misinformation, and emotional support in affecting individuals’ misinformation dissemination behavior on social media and whether such relationships are contingent on misinformation ambiguity and richness. The theoretical model is tested using 12,101 textual data about COVID-19 collected from Sina Weibo, a leading social media platform in China. The empirical results show that health caution and advice, help seeking misinformation, and emotional support significantly increase the dissemination of misinformation. Furthermore, when the level of ambiguity and richness regarding misinformation is high, the effect of health caution and advice misinformation is strengthened, whereas the effect of health help-seeking misinformation and emotional support is weakened, indicating both dark and bright misinformation ambiguity and richness. This study contributes to the literature on misinformation dissemination behavior on social media during health emergencies and social support theory and provides implications for practice.  相似文献

Health misinformation has become an unfortunate truism of social media platforms, where lies could spread faster than truth. Despite considerable work devoted to suppressing fake news, health misinformation, including low-quality health news, persists and even increases in recent years. One promising approach to fighting bad information is studying the temporal and sentiment effects of health news stories and how they are discussed and disseminated on social media platforms like Twitter. As part of the effort of searching for innovative ways to fight health misinformation, this study analyzes a dataset of more than 1600 objectively and independently reviewed health news stories published over a 10-year span and nearly 50,000 Twitter posts responding to them. Specifically, it examines the source credibility of health news circulated on Twitter and the temporal, sentiment features of the tweets containing or responding to the health news reports. The results show that health news stories that are rated low by experts are discussed more, persist longer, and produce stronger sentiments than highly rated ones in the tweetosphere. However, the highly rated stories retained a fresh interest in the form of new tweets for a longer period. An in-depth understanding of the characteristics of health news distribution and discussion is the first step toward mitigating the surge of health misinformation. The findings provide insights into understanding the mechanism of health information dissemination on social media and practical implications to fight and mitigate health misinformation on digital media platforms.  相似文献

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to investigate how customers' social network affects customer referral behavior.MethodologyA survey of 180 qualified questionnaires from ordinary consumers in China was conducted. Structural equation model was performed on the collection of data.FindingsThe results show that condensed subgroups and the relationship strength between customers and between customers and companies have a greater influence on customer referrals than network density and centrality. In contrast, network scale and structural holes do not influence customer referrals.Originality/valueContributing to customer referral theory, this paper examines the influencing factors of customer referral behavior based on social network, providing theoretical suggestions for enterprises better using customer referral to acquire customers.  相似文献
