The thermosensitive poly ( N-isopropylacrylamide ) (PNIPAAm) and poly (N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide) [ poly (NIPAAm-co-AAm) ] hydrogels with different acrylamide molar percentage are prepared by radiation polymerization using Co^60 γ-ray. Their swelling equilibrium data in the media of deionized water, NaCl aqueous solutions and different pH buffer solutions are determined. It appears that lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the hydrogels will drop with the increase of ionic strength and increase with the rising of acrylamide content, A semi-empirical formula is set up with the experimental results. Moreover, it also indicates that this copolymer is pH-sensitive, which is similar to the homopolymer of PNIPAAm.  相似文献

With N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP) and itaconic acid ( IA ), poly ( N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone/itaconic acid) [ P(NVP/IA) ] hydrogel was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization. The structure of this P(NVP/IA) was characterized by IR. Effects of concentration of itaconic acid, amount of cross-link agent,N, N‘-methylene-bis-acrylamide, reaction temperature, and time on properties of swelling ratio (SR) of the hydrogel were investigated. The results show that the best swelling property of the hydrogel is obtained at 50 ℃ and 1.5 h. pH sensitivity increases as the concentration of itaconic acid in the hydrogel system increases.Swelling ratio of the hydrogel decreases as the amount of cross-link agent increases.  相似文献

采用水溶液聚合法,制备了羧甲基纤维素/壳聚糖(CMC/CTS)高吸水性树脂。考察了CMC/CTS比值(质量比)、甘油质量、聚乙二醇质量及反应温度等各因素对产物吸水性能的影响,并通过正交试验,确定最佳的合成条件。采用红外光谱对产物结构进行分析。结果表明,高吸水性树脂的最佳合成条件为CMC/CTS为3:1、甘油为1.60 g、聚乙二醇为3.20 g、反应温度为25℃时,其吸水率为405 g.g-1,且吸水速率适中,保水性能良好,是一种环境友好型高吸水性树脂。  相似文献

采用浸渍法在二氧化硅多孔材料中负载壳聚糖制备壳聚糖/SiO2复合材料,通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱等方法对所制备材料的组成与结构进行了表征,采用热重-差示扫描量热法研究了复合材料的热稳定性,采用电流中断法测定所制备材料的电导率来衡量其质子传导性能,并考察了壳聚糖溶液浓度对壳聚糖/SiO2复合材料导电性能的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖/SiO2复合材料具有较高的热稳定性,复合材料的电导率随着壳聚糖乙酸溶液浓度的增加而增加,当壳聚糖乙酸溶液质量百分比浓度为2.5%时,电导率可达1.82 S/cm。  相似文献

果胶和壳聚糖在适当的体系下能复合成聚电介质复合物PEC,并采用Fe3O4修饰制备了一种吸附剂-Fe3O4-PEC复合磁性微球,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和差热分析对其进行表征.探究了以下四种因素对Fe3O4-PEC复合磁性微球吸附溶液中Cu^2+量的影响:吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Cu^2+的浓度和溶液的pH.结果表明,PEC复合磁性微球的有效吸附时间为1.5h;考虑到单位吸附量和去除率的影响,PEC复合磁性微球的最佳用量为50mg;铜离子的最佳初始浓度为100μg/mL;溶液的pH在5.72左右时,吸附量最佳,达到20.33mg/g。  相似文献

A series of polysulfonamide (PSA)/TiO 2 modifier nano-composite films were successfully prepared by in-situ polymerization at a low temperature based on 4, 4-diaminodiphenylsulfone and terephthaloyl chloride in the common solvent N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). It was shown that the nano particles were well dispersed in the polymer substrate. Mean-while, PSA/TiO 2 /modifier composites exhibited good UV-resistant properties and mechanical properties. In addition, the composites’ heat stability improved. These prepared composites are promising in preparing spinning solution and might have potential application in heat-resistant fiber.  相似文献

In order to obtain anatase TiO2/expanded graphite with high expansion volume, titania gel was introduced to expandable graphite surface by sol-gel process, and then the composite was expanded and calcined at high temperature. The samples were analysed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The optimal conditions for preparation are as follows: the molar ratio of tetrabutyl orthotitanate to triethanolamine is 1∶0.4, and the calcination and expansion temperature is in the range of 650-750 °C. Under such conditions, the expansion volume of composites could reach 98 mL/g, and the mass loss ratio is less than 5%. The analysis shows that lower temperature and smaller particle size of graphite are helpful to the formation of anatase-type of TiO2, but larger particle size will lead to lower mass loss ratio, and higher temperature and larger particle size will lead to higher expansion volume.  相似文献

利用钛酸丁酯的水解缩合在Si O2微球表面沉积Ti O2层,制得二氧化硅/二氧化钛(Si O2/Ti O2)核壳纳米复合材料。采用TEM、EDS、FT-IR和XRD等对所得的复合材料的形貌及结构进行表征。结果表明,该复合物具有明显的核壳结构。内核Si O2粒子粒径约220 nm,表面Ti O2包覆层厚度约20nm,两者之间形成了Ti-O-Si键。Ti O2层的厚度随着钛源的量增加而增大。该Si O2/Ti O2核壳结构复合物经高温处理后,壳层Ti O2由无定型转化为锐钛矿型。  相似文献

The modification of the traditional interior wall paint was carried out by means of adding nano-TiO2 as a functional pigment. By regulating the dosage of dispersant, the nano-particles can be dispersed in paint homogeneously. With two aspects of experiments: dosage of nano-TiO2 and pigment volume concentration (PVC), the paint formulation can be optimized and its properties~ such as hardness, scrub resistance, storage stability, contrast ratio and gloss can be improved. Finally an interior wall paint with high performance and air purification was prepared. Its character of formaldehyde degradation would be discussed in the next article.  相似文献

用聚乙二醇(PEG)包覆脂质体来提高脂质体的稳定性.先用反相蒸发法制备醋酸泼尼松龙脂质体,然后将PEG溶液与醋酸泼尼松龙脂质体混合即可制得PEG包覆的脂质体,原子力扫描探针显微镜照片与粒径证明PEG在脂质体外形成了一层膜,相比较于未包覆的脂质体,PEG包覆的脂质体的包封率和粒径都有所增加,泄漏率降低,其泄漏率随时间和温度的增加而增加,但低于未包覆的脂质体.通过测定粒径和泄漏率的变化说明包覆PEG的脂质体要比未包覆的稳定.  相似文献

本文研究了在稳定剂存在的条件下,在钢铁表面制备了Cu-Sn-P多元合金化学镀层,讨论了镀液成分和沉积条件等对镀层性质的影响.采用了硬脂酸、月桂酸和苯并三氮唑对Cu-Sn-P镀层表面进行再处理,从而形成致密保护膜,得到Cu-Sn-P/stearic acid(lauric acid,BTA)镀层,并研究了其性能.  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯和蔗糖为原料,采用液相法制备了SiO/C复合负极材料。通过XRD、SEM以及恒流充放电测试等方法研究了煅烧温度、溶液pH值对SiO/C材料的相组成、颗粒形貌及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,煅烧温度为800℃、pH=6时制备的SiO/C负极材料具有高的可逆比容量(~500mAh/g)及优良的循环性能。这主要是由于煅烧温度为800℃时材料中无定形碳的碳化程度较高,pH=6时可形成较小的SiO核心颗粒。  相似文献

以甲醛作交联剂,用溶液共混法制备了葡甘聚糖-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇缓释肥料包膜,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(X-RD)表征了膜的结构.同时测定了包膜的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、溶胀性.结果表明:交联膜中原料之间产生了较强的相互作用,形成了一个较稳定的复合体.  相似文献

双特异性磷酸酶(Dual Specificity Phosphatase)是酪氨酸磷酸酶家族中的一员,这个家族中的成员既能对磷酸化酪氨酸去磷酸化,也能对磷酸化丝/苏氨酸去磷酸化.此外,它们还在有丝分裂原激活蛋白磷酸酶信号途径(MAPK)中起重要生理功能.为了制备抗人双特异性磷酸酶的单克隆抗体(mAb),以DUSP18重组蛋白为抗原免疫BALB/e小鼠,通过B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术制备抗相应磷酸酶的mAb.用Western blot检测mAb对重组蛋白和细胞中天然磷酸酶的反应性,共获得6株可稳定分泌抗磷酸酶mAb的杂交瘤细胞株,为进一步研究双特异性磷酸酶的去磷酸化作用机理以及其在有丝分裂原激活蛋白磷酸酶信号途径(MAPK)中的信号转导提供强有力的工具.  相似文献

A new type of green reactive powder concrete (GRPC) with compressive strength of 200 MPa is prepared by utilizing composite mineral admixtures, natural fine aggregates, and short and fine steel fibers. The quasi-static mechanical properties (mechanical strength, toughness, fracture energy and interfacial bonding strength) of GRPC specimens, cured in three different types of regimes, are investigated. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the C200 GRPC made with the powder binders that is composed of 40% of Portland cement, 25% of ultra fine slag, 25% of ultra fine fly ash and 10% of silica fume are better than the others'. The corresponding compressive strength, flexural strength and fracture energy are more than 200 MPa, and 30 000 J/ m2 respectively. The dynamic tensile behavior of the C200 GRPC is also investigated through the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) according to the spalling phenomenon. The dynamic testing results demonstrate that strain rate has an important effect on the dynamic tensile behavior of GRPC. With the increase of strain rate, its peak stress and relevant strain increase. The GRPC exhibits an excellent strain ratio stiffening effect under the dynamic tensile load with high strain ratio, resulting in a significant change of the fracture pattern.  相似文献

Papaya leaf curl China virus (PaLCuCNV) was previously reported as a distinct begomovirus infecting papaya in southern China. Based on molecular diagnostic survey, 13 PaLCuCNV isolates were obtained from tomato plants showing leaf curl symptoms in Henan and Guangxi Provinces of China. Complete nucleotide sequences of 5 representative isolates (AJ558116, AJ558117, AJ704604, FN256260, and FN297834) were determined to be 2738–2751 nucleotides, which share 91.7%–97.9% sequence identities with PaLCuCNV isolate G2 (AJ558123). DNA-β was not found to be associated with PaLCuCNV isolates. To investigate the infectivity of PaLCuCNV, an in-fectious clone of PaLCuCNV-[CN:HeNZM1] was constructed and agro-inoculated into Nicotiana benthamiana, N. tabacum Samsun, N. glutinosa, Solanum lycopersicum and Petunia hybrida plants, which induced severe leaf curling and crinkling symptoms in these plants. Southern blot analysis and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) indicated a systemic infection of test plants by the agro-infectious clone.  相似文献

A novel architecture of wavelength-division multiplexing/optical code division multiplexing access-passive optical network (WDM/OCDMA-PON) based on superstructure fiber Bragg grating (SSFBG) and wavelength re-modulation technology is proposed. In this scheme, WDM is overlaid on OCDMA channel in a single network by virtue of a kind of SSFBG, and the total capacity of hybrid PON can be extended by regulating the transmission power reasonably. Re-modulation technology is also a good method to save wavelength-specific components at the optical network unit (ONU) and cost of wavelength management on the customer side. In simulation system, 1.25 Gb/s up/downstream data are transported with good performance. In addition the crosstalk penalties from adjacent wavelength channels (with the same OC) are found to be negligible in upstream and downstream transmissions.  相似文献
