从程序公平程度、上级支持感、组织认可程度3个维度,针对陕西省高校图书馆员组织支持感的调查显示,组织支持感在图书馆人力资源管理中尤为重要,但我国高校图书馆员组织支持感缺失现象严重。对此,高校图书馆可以通过采取主动支持措施、采用个性化支持手段、提高程序公平、构建良好支持性氛围等方式,提升馆员组织支持感。  相似文献

从社会学视野来看,高校图书馆员与读者之间发生的冲突有现实性和非现实性两种形式。冲突产生的原因在于,疏导不满情绪的渠道不足或疏导效果不佳、图书馆员(读者)的相对剥夺感与不公正感上升。图书馆员与读者冲突具有正功能,即冲突能使图书馆员和读者反思和重新组织其行为,能激发和促进图书馆规章制度的建立与完善,并能创新图书馆服务机制以提高服务水平和资源的有效利用率。  相似文献

[目的/意义]探讨工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的影响与机制,以期为高校图书馆实施人力资源管理和提升图书馆员的敬业度提供参考。[方法/过程]选取湖南各高校图书馆的358名馆员为研究对象,考察工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的预测作用以及心理资本与组织承诺在两者之间的中介作用。[结果/结论]描述性统计与差异分析、相关分析和逐步回归分析的结果表明,不同性别的高校图书馆员在组织承诺量表得分上存在显著性差异,男性馆员组织承诺得分显著高于女性,不同性别馆员在其余得分上均不存在显著性差异。不同婚姻、年龄、学历、职位、职称者在各量表得分上均不存在显著性差异。高校图书馆员工作资源、心理资本、组织承诺与敬业度的两两相关都达到统计显著性水平。工作资源对高校图书馆员的敬业度具有正向预测作用,心理资本和组织承诺能够在工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的影响中起部分中介作用。丰富高校图书馆员工作资源,增进其组织支持感,增强其心理资本和组织承诺,是促进高校图书馆员敬业度提升的有效路径。  相似文献

论文从实证角度探讨高校图书馆员自我效能感及其职业道德行为。通过问卷调查发现高校图书馆员有较好的自我效能感和职业道德行为,男女图书馆员在自我效能感方面有显著性差异,但在职业道德行为方面不具显著性差异。图书馆员的自我效能感和职业道德行为随着职称的提升而变得更好。高校图书馆员的自我效能感和他们的职业道德行为呈显著性相关。因此,提高图书馆员的自我效能感有助于改善他们的职业道德行为,更好地为高校读者服务。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 图书馆员技术压力受到多方面因素的影响,其中组织因素对图书馆员的技术压力高低有着至关重要的意义,基于组织视角的技术压力水平分析有助于获知新技术环境下馆员对新技术的态度,既而采取措施提升馆员工作满意度和服务质量。[方法/过程] 通过对国内多家图书馆进行随机问卷调研,分析组织创新支持感知、技术依赖等因素对国内图书馆员面对技术快速变革时的态度和技术压力水平的影响情况。[结果/结论] 技术依赖、组织创新意识和组织支持感知会增加馆员的技术压力,但技术压力不仅只有负面作用,也可转化为良性压力。  相似文献

采用症状自评量表和一般自我效能感量表对457名图书馆员进行的自我效能感和心理健康状况的调查显示,我国图书馆员的心理健康水平和自我效能感均低于全国成人常模,存在显著的性别和职称差异。自我效能感和心理健康水平之间存在显著的正相关关系,是图书馆员心理健康的有效预测变量。因此,图书馆应提升馆员的自我效能感,改善其心理健康水平,提升其工作效率,最终形成良性循环,从而促进图书馆事业的不断发展。  相似文献

The legal support for information security is found in two conditionally independent areas: the macro area, which is external in relation to organizational factors, and the micro area, which includes internal legal factors. In this paper the federal legislation is examined and the fundamental and private principles of construction of a legal basis of information in Russia are noted. It is underlined that the legal macro support of an organization is incomplete and does not protect the interests of the private owner of information. The author reviews micro support and the approximate structure and content of internal legal regulations of an organization are proposed as well. The principles of organizational support for the protection of information are made. The role of the human factor in the support of security of information is justified.  相似文献

Library employees hold perceptions about the fairness of the outcomes, processes, and interpersonal treatment in their workplaces. When employees feel the workplace is fair they are more likely to feel commitment to the organization, perform in-role and extra-role tasks, and experience job satisfaction. When employees perceive injustice in the workplace, research points to negative outcomes such as withholding work or even sabotage. To understand the antecedents of organizational justice, researchers carried out a national survey of librarians to compare the predictive power of perceived organizational support, job autonomy, job feedback, and job stress. Results indicate that increasing librarians' perceptions of organizational support and their autonomy, and providing meaningful and timely job feedback can increase overall perceptions of justice. Managers can enhance a climate of justice in their workplaces by developing strategies that target organization support, autonomy, and feedback to reduce a sense of injustice between and among employees.  相似文献

Organizational communication scholars have grappled with assimilation processes and expanded the theoretical conceptualization of each phase. This article joins in conversation with organizational communication scholars by identifying and problematizing the assumption that reaching metamorphosis is always a positive experience. Through the ethnographic analysis of empirical data collected from an unemployment support organization, the author argues that being an established organizational member is sometimes counter to organizational objectives. While traditional organizations attempt to maintain and grow their membership, some alternative organizational formats aim to minimize membership. This premise challenges the assumption that achieving metamorphosis is always a desirable state of organizational membership. Furthermore, this study reveals how communication changes when it is undesirable for service recipients to reach metamorphosis.  相似文献

We consider the place of library systemization in the technological process of acquiring a document fund. A conclusion is drawn on the necessity of combining the functions of a organizational specialist and a cataloger. Guidelines are given on the main questions on how to organize systemization under the following conditions: scheduling; handling of staff, documentation support; a procedural help system; and a workstation for the organizational specialist. Leadership language communicates more than words. Leaders are able to use the power of language to not only articulate an organizational vision but to create excitement and support around that vision. Library leaders can model organizational values through speech strengthening a written policy into practice. Organizational culture is difficult to change but leaders can counter negative and deceptive messages into productive statements that help employees move forward to understand and embrace library strategic goals. How a leader chooses to use language to articulate a vision, advance organizational values, and to change organizational culture is critical. Ignoring language opportunities will hinder not only leader success but organizational success as well.  相似文献

This study uses social capital and evolutionary theory to examine organizational resilience in terms of interorganizational networks of disaster-struck organizations following Hurricane Katrina. Approaching post-disaster organizational resilience using social network analysis highlights the way pre-disaster relationships and networking patterns play a vital role in post-disaster rebuilding. Data support the idea of structural inertia, suggesting that disaster is an event that further strengthens pre-existing networks and is not a time when organizations might benefit from forging new networks in seeking support and fueling survival. Implications suggest that the social capital accrued through long-standing partnerships and efficient pre-disaster networking through building communities of practice significantly impact post-disaster resilience.  相似文献

组织知识创新能力是指组织作为一个整体通过对各类与组织发展相关的新知识的发现与发明,从而创造产生出新的组织知识的能力。在组织知识创新能力开发过程中,组织共享心智模型既为组织中各种知识的复杂协作与一体化提供着潜在的认知背景,又为组织知识载体———知识员工的创造力的激发提供着内在的精神意义支持。本文正是基于这一假设出发,按照组织知识创新流程的不同阶段,对组织共享心智模型在组织知识创新能力开发过程中的作用进行了系统的分析,最后给出一个拓扑算子模型进行了数理实证。  相似文献
