作为新时代的技术集成产物,智能化技术具有高度自动化、机械化和精准化的特点。以某222 kV变电站智能机器人巡检系统为例,全面阐述了智能机器人巡检系统在变电运维中的应用。通过对比机器人可见光摄影、表计数据读取、红外热像检测方面的效果与人工巡检效果后发现,智能机器人巡检系统能够有效满足变电运维巡检要求,且具备长时间的巡航能力与多样化检测方法,增强了系统巡检的稳定性。  相似文献

电力设施巡检是有效保证电力系统安全和输电线路及其设备安全稳定运行的一项基础工作,而传统电力巡检系统的导航定位并无电网设备相关地址信息,对线路路径也描述不足,有时候导航功能无法发挥作用。提出一种符合电力巡检特点的改进优化后的电力巡检导航解决方案,该方案除具备线路智能巡检功能之外,还能将变电站和线路杆塔坐标标注在导航地图上,通过补充采集部分乡村道路和人行便道信息,实现到变电站和线路塔位的行车导航和步行导航。  相似文献

为提升图像融合质量确保达到电力巡检精度,设计了基于卷积神经网络图像融合算法的电力巡检系统。采用幂次变换和直方图均衡法处理无人机拍摄的图像,对处理后的图像匹配、拼接缝消除,并通过卷积神经网络算法进行图像融合处理。将提出的算法应用于多丘陵、多河流地区电力巡检中。结果表明,融合后的图像清晰度高、信息保留完整,为大视场图像。该研究对无人机电力巡检系统开发具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

为了解决目前车间巡检出现的工作质量低、可靠性差、巡检记录信息易丢失及保管难度大等问题,设计了一种基于RFID的车间巡检定位系统。首先,在巡检地点及巡检人员经过的路线上安装多组RFID阅读器,系统通过识别嵌入在巡检人员工作证件内的电子标签确定巡检人员的位置。基于车间复杂的环境因素及定位系统的可靠性考虑,设计了一种适用于车间巡检定位的改进RFID定位算法。该算法是在VIRE算法的基础上结合非线性样条插值法,引入动态阈值获取目标位置坐标,记录满足条件的几组目标位置,并计算平均值作为最终结果。实验结果表明,与VIRE算法相比,改进算法将定位误差从0.369 m降低到0.162 m,具有更好的定位效果,可以用于车间巡检人员的跟踪定位。  相似文献

针对电力电缆测温不便、巡检效率低、数据管理水平不高等不足,开发一种电力电缆智能温度巡检系统。系统由非接触式温度采集装置、智能终端、巡检数据管理平台三部分组成。温度采集装置基于Arduino单片机开发,采用MLX90614红外温度传感器实现非接触式测温,可同时采集目标温度与环境温度,采用蓝牙通信协议将温度信息自动发送至智能终端。基于Android移动平台开发智能终端,具备3G通信和GPS定位授时功能,实现温度与GPS信息的整合,并为巡检人员提供巡检线路导航。基于配电网地理信息系统(GIS),构建了巡检数据管理系统。  相似文献

智能巡检系统在变电运维中的应用研究是近年来的热门话题之一。变电运维是指对变电站进行日常维护和故障处理的工作,而人工巡检费时费力且容易出现漏检等问题。智能巡检系统则通过使用智能化设备和技术,可有效提高巡检的效率和准确度,从而保证变电站的安全稳定运行。目前大多数智能巡查系统只能实现简单的故障判断与报警功能,尚未实现对设备状态的实时监测;此外,当前我国部分电力企业缺乏专业的检测技术人才以及相应的检测设备,因此如何利用现有资源解决这些问题成为当前的重要课题。文章对智能巡检系统进行了深入分析,并结合实际情况探讨了智能巡检系统在变电运维中的应用方法。  相似文献

Like many of the countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Poland is currently in the throes of a major educational reform. The systems of primary and secondary schooling have been restructured, much of the responsibility for education is in the process of decentralisation, new curricula are being introduced into schools and a new school leaving certificate, the Nowa Matura, is to be implemented, along with a new examination infrastructure. A national monitoring programme could play a crucially important role in this context, providing a useful tool for medium to long-term evaluation of the effects of the reform in terms of pupil achievement. To this end, and within the support framework of the EU SMART initiative, pilot pupil performance surveys were carried out on a national scale in Poland in both the primary and secondary sectors. This paper outlines some of the main features of the reform, considers the potential value of a national monitoring programme for reform evaluation, offers some salient results from the pilot monitoring surveys and highlights some important implications of the experience for future programme design and use.  相似文献

This study assessed the role different kinds of secondary tasks play for researching the modality effect of cognitive load theory. Ninety-six university students worked with a computer-based training program for approximately 13?min and had to fulfill an additional secondary task. In a 2?×?2 factorial design, modality of information presentation (within factor) and design of secondary task (between factor) were varied. Students of both experimental groups learned with visual-only and audiovisual information presentation. The secondary task consisted of monitoring an object either displayed spatially contiguous (monitoring the screen background color, N?=?46) or spatially non-contiguous (monitoring a letter color in the upper part of the screen, N?=?50). Reaction times on this secondary task were used to measure cognitive load. Results show that the modality effect only appears with the spatially non-contiguous task but not with the spatially contiguous task. We interpret this effect as due to only partial utilization of working memory capacity by the combination of primary task and spatially contiguous secondary task. The results highlight the importance of an appropriate secondary task design when investigating the modality effect but also not to overgeneralize multimedia design guidelines.  相似文献

In the Irish education system, there is little continuity between the primary and secondary education systems. The transfer between these systems is particularly problematic in the area of science. In order to alleviate some of these problems, as well as to enhance the cognitive development of students, the Cognitive Acceleration through Science Education programme was adapted for use and implemented across the primary–secondary school transition in Ireland. The programme was delivered in a variety of ways across the two levels, including the teacher and researcher teaching the programmes individually and team-teaching arrangements. The results on cognitive development measures showed that the students who were taught the programme in primary and secondary school made significant gains, when compared to the non-intervention group. There were also gains evident for students who only received one part of the programme (i.e. in either primary or secondary school). The greater gains, in terms of effect size, were evident at secondary school. The rationale, methodology and results are detailed in this paper.  相似文献

Since 1997, Hong Kong's reintegration with China has been founded on the principle of ‘One Country, Two Systems’, which serves to guarantee the sustainability of the capitalist system in Hong Kong under the rule of the socialist motherland. This paper is an intra‐cultural and inter‐regional comparative study of the curricula of two systems (socialist and capitalist) under one country, using the junior secondary History curricula in Shanghai and Hong Kong as a case study. In addition to tracing the differences and similarities, divergences and convergences in the junior secondary History curricula of the two systems, the paper also generates proposals for the future improvement of History education in both cities.  相似文献

The paper presents an analysis of inspection findings for 22 secondary schools, selected from a larger sample of 100, in order to explore the nature of, and the responses to, OFSTED inspectors’ recommendations about the use of internal monitoring and evaluation to improve classroom practice. Inspectors’ reports, and schools’ action plans, were examined in order to determine inspectors’ expectations of senior managers in schools in relation to monitoring responsibilities and the means managers intend to use to meet these expectations. In their action plans some schools respond with bureaucratic procedures, while others indicate a more collaborative approach. This paper describes the first stage of a research project; the differences in implementation of the planned changes in schools will be the subject of further research.  相似文献
