双层透明薄膜制备及氧含量对折射率影响研究

利用磁控溅射技术在玻璃基片上分别沉积ZnOx薄膜、TiO2-y薄膜和TiO2-y/ZnOx双层透明薄膜,改变薄膜沉积过程中的氩气(Ar)和氧气((O2)的比例,获得具有不同氧含量的ZnOx薄膜和TiO2-y薄膜.采用椭偏仪测定所有样品的折射率,仔细研究薄膜中氧含量对折射率的影响.分别选择具有较大的折射率TiO2-y薄膜和具有较小的折射率ZnOx薄膜的生长条件,制备TiO2-y/ZnOx双层薄膜,获得光密媒质/光疏媒质双层结构,并观察到He-Ne激光从ZnOx薄膜入射到TiO2-y/ZnOx界面上发生的全反射现象.研究成果适用于大学生物理实验中的研究型实验或大学创新实验.     

增补“Na2O、Na2O2与CO2反应”的实验

1 增补"Na2O、Na2O2与CO2反应"实验的意义 Na2O、Na2O2的性质--与H2O、CO2反应往往采取对比的方法学习,增补"Na2O、Na2O2与CO2反应"的实验,可增强实验的直观性、学习的趣味性,便于知识的掌握与巩固,弥补了中学教材(试验修订本*必修)中未安排"酸性氧化物与碱性氧化物反应"实验的不足,并可以作为指导学生开展研究性学习的素材.     

三个中学化学实验的趣味设计

1"可乐生火"实验CO2与Na2O2的反应属于教材要求学生掌握的重要知识点,课本中只给出了反应原理,并未进行演示实验.笔者以魔术的形式将该实验展示给学生,激发学生的好奇心和探究欲,使学生了解并掌握该实验原理.

土壤呼吸CO2浓度在线监测实验系统设计

为了实现土壤呼吸CO2浓度的实时高精度检测,利用可调谐激光二极管吸收光谱技术,以三路怀特池作为光学传感器,设计了开放式土壤呼吸CO2浓度在线监测实验系统,并配套上位机数据处理软件.在实验室对实验系统进行了测试和标定,测试结果显示:该系统三路传感器检测下限分别为7.45、4.14、4.11μL/L,三路传感器的浓度波动范...     

化学定量分析法测定大鼠呼吸速率的探究实验

介绍了一种结合中学化学与物理知识定量测定大鼠呼吸速率的实验方法。利用Ba（OH）2吸收密封容器内大鼠呼吸所产生的CO2，生成白色的BaCO，沉淀，通过沉淀量计算大鼠的呼吸速率；并通过气体体积的改变显示大鼠呼吸消耗氧气，体积减少量等于玻璃管内液滴的移动的距离乘以横截面积。实验结果表明：（1）实验组的BaCO3生成量远大于对照组，计算其差值可以定量测定大鼠的呼吸速率；（2）玻璃管内液滴移动明显。因此本次探究证明在中学生物实验教学中可以利用此化学定量分析法测定小型哺乳动物的呼吸速率。     

城市大气污染物浓度分布研究

本文利用北京市大气自动监测系统冬季逐时SO_2、CO、NO_x资料研究城市大气污染物浓度分布的一般规律。发现:①不存在一个统一的分布模型;②对数正态分布适用于大部分SO_2和CO资料;③韦伯分布最适于高浓度的SO_2资料;④指数分布不适于城市大气污染物的浓度分布;⑤NO_x的分布较复杂。     

例谈化学平衡解题策略

例1 人体血液内的血红蛋白（Hb）易与O2结合生成HbO2,因此具有输氧能力,CO吸入肺中发生反应：CO＋HbO2←→O2＋HbCO2,37℃时,该反应的平衡常数K=220,HbCO的浓度达到HbO2浓度的0．02倍,会使人智力受损．据此,下列结论错误的是（ ）     

一种简单的制备优质碱式碳酸铜工艺

以CuSO4·5H2O和Na2CO3为反应原料,制备了优质的碱式碳酸铜.该实验生产工艺简单、成本低.实验发现,只需通过延长反应时间,而不必寻求严格的浓度配比、pH值及温度即可得到优质成品.经TG-DTA分析证实了产品为碱式碳酸铜.电镜照片显示产品粒度分布均匀、分散性好、晶形好.     

反应磁控溅射Cu2 O薄膜的结构和电学性质

用X射线衍射仪检测薄膜的结构;用分光光度计测量薄膜的透射率和反射率,采用拟合正入射透射谱数据的方法计算薄膜的厚度;用Van der Pauw方法测量薄膜表面电阻和霍尔迁移率,并计算出电阻率和载流子浓度.结果表明,生成单相Cu2O薄膜的氧气流量范围很小,在氧气流量为5-7sccm范围,薄膜主要成分为Cu2O,其中氧氩流量比为6∶25时,生成单相多晶结构的Cu2O薄膜,其表面电阻0.68MΩ/□,电阻率58.29Ω.cm,霍尔迁移率4.73cm2·V-1·s-1,载流子浓度3×1016cm-3.
