红河州方言的文白异读字

方言中,往往存在着一种特殊的语言现象——文白异读字,但我们仅以云南方言的红河州话中的文白异读字为重点进行研究。所谓文白异读字就是指用方言念书的音叫文读,用方言说话的音叫白读。我们研究的文读字是方言念书时的音,并不是普通话念书的音,但它们两者又有联系:即普通话对文读字产生了一定的影响。 在研究过程中,我们主要收集了红河州话中比较有特点的建水、泸西、弥勒、蒙自等一些县的文白异读字。初步统计,得到了44个字。从中我们发现了红河州方言的文白异读字的一些特殊规律。我们主要采用分类法来研究:也就是把这44个字分成三类来进行研究。第一类为声变韵不变的字,它占总字数的25％;第二类为韵变声不变的字,它占总字数的36％;第三类为声变韵变的字,占总字数的39％。

拔去普教与职教间的藩篱——泸西县教育整体改革系列报道之三

泸西县一位父母官曾经说:“5.5工程实现之日,就是泸西经济腾飞之时。”“5.5”工程的设计者们在对教育于经济建设的作用作了反思后发现,从前的教育远离经济而悠然自得地陶醉于社会生产之外。他们把这种脱离概述为:“普通教育脱离实际、职业教育十分薄弱、成人教育各吹各打。”最使泸西人感到痛心的是办了30多年的教育,却不幸地忽视了绝大多数人的教育。泸西县教育局算过一笔帐,近几年泸西每年要有近4000名中小学生升不了学。要考虑这4000人的出路就必须端正办学思想,将过去的“升学教育”变为“素质教育”。变升学教育为素质教育,变“小教育”为“大教育”,这是泸西人进行教育整体改革的基本思路和立足点,也是他们改革的理想。泸西人把这个理想的实现寄托在“5.5”工程中。子工程2这样规划:对5万多名中小学生进行劳动技能教育,使他     

敢立潮头唱大歌——来自泸西县发展高中教育的报道

泸西县委、县政府为解决“在泸西升高中比升大学难”的问题,以敢立潮头唱大歌的气概,决定在县城新城区新建一所普通高级中学,以圆初中学子高中梦。让矛盾逐一缓解泸西县1999年完成“两基”后,全县每年升入高中的初中毕业生只有13%,而高中升入大学的比例却有60%左右,每年有4000名初中毕业生流入社会。这严峻的现实,无时不牵动着县委、政府领导的心。在2002年高中招生前夕,面对来自升高中的压力,县委书记高德明深情地说,千难万难,不能让娃娃没地方读高中。他提出把县委办公室搬开,如果再不行,把宾馆腾出一个,让娃娃有地方读书。在泸西“升高中…     

搭建平台 提升教师专业化水平

2004年,泸西县新建了一所高中,泸西一中的教师被一分为二,用于补充新建高中的师资。由于师资力量分散,大量的新教师填补空缺岗位,学校提出了“搭建平台,提升教师专业化水平”的战略决策,把教师队伍建设作为学校工作的重中之重。为了尽快解决教师队伍“青黄不接”的局面,泸西一中搭建了“四级”平台：新教师的“入门”培养,成长教师的“合格”培训,成熟教师的“升级”再造,成名教师的“风格”凸显。     

泸西县教育改革“5.5”工程实施方案

农村教育改革,是教育体制改革十分重要的内容。泸西县委、县人民政府把教育放在经济发展战略的突出位置,重视农村教育改革。他们边规划,边实践,取得了一定的成绩。泸西的做法集中到一点,就是更新观念,强化教育意识,加强县统筹,以发展职业教育为突破口,改革教育体制,使普通教育、职业技术教育和成人教育协调发展,熔教育与经济为一体,优质“服务”,切实“依靠”。泸西县是我省农村教育改革的试点县。我们向大家推荐这个县的教育改革“5.5”工程实施方案,供各县参考。

Let F be a class of graphs G such that F={G|K(G) is a tree}. In this paper the graphs in F having independent clique-transversal sets are shown and thus TC (G)/|G|≤1/2 for all G ∈ F.
