目的:建立同时测定金匮肾气片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(52:48),检测波长278 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min。结果:黄芩苷在0.485~19.406μg/mL,丹皮酚在1.079~43.157μg/mL线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.6%,100.5%,含量测定结果表明,不同批次金匮肾气片之间黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量水平差异不大。结论:经方法学验证,该法可用于金匮肾气片中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的快速测定。  相似文献

目的:建立测定椿皮中铁屎米-6-酮含量的HPLC方法.方法:采用色谱柱Ultimate AQ-C_(18)(50mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙酸(35:65),检测波长254nm,流速1.0mL·min~(-1),柱温30℃,进样量20μL.结果 :铁屎米-6-酮进样浓度在1.10~15.35μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9994)的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)为99.66%,RSD值为1.38%.结论:建立的方法简便可靠稳定,为椿皮质量的分析及评价提供参考.  相似文献

目的:建立测定复方抗溃混悬液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法;方法:用高效液相色谱法测定含量,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB -C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50)(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g),检测波长345砌,流速1.0 mL/min.结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为6.175 ~61.75μg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.69%(n=6),复方抗溃混悬液中小檗碱含量为1.02~1.05 mg/g.结论:试验表明该方法可用于复方抗溃混悬液的质量控制,该方法专属性强、操作简便.  相似文献

为建立一种阿苯达唑原料药含量测定的高效液相方法,采用方法:色谱条件:Agilent ODS C18(5μm,3.0×150mm)色谱柱;以甲醇为流动相A;磷酸二氢钠水溶液(11g→800ml)为流动相B,甲醇—磷酸二氢钠水溶液=65:35时,流速为0.8ml/min,阿苯达唑对照品主峰保留时间为3.044min;分离度良好,扫描波长为292nm,柱温:30℃,结果阿苯达唑原料及溶剂峰均得到良好分离。阿苯达唑在2μg/ml1200μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好(R2=0.99999,n=6),平均回收率98.0%,RSD为0.5%,定量限为0.1μg/ml,并得出结论:高效液相色谱法灵敏、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于阿苯达唑原料药含量的测定及质量控制。  相似文献

为建立超声波提取-高效液相色谱法测定滁菊中木犀草素的方法。采用purospher star RP-18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以0.1%磷酸溶液(pH=2.6)-甲醇(40:60)为流动相;流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为327 nm。结果表明,木犀草素在10 min内实现快速基线分离,且在0.002~0.05 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.22%,RSD为1.7%(n=3)。该方法简便快速,可作为滁菊原药材的质量标准。  相似文献

建立青蒿素提取物中二十八烷醇、二十六烷醇含量检测的气相色谱方法.采用毛细管色谱柱BD-17(30m×530μm×1.0μm);FID检测器;气化室温度269℃;柱温为一级程序升温(155℃-2min-10℃·mim-1-262℃-12min);载气高纯氮42.0mL/min;空气410.0mL/min;氢气38.0mL/min.平均回收率:二十八烷醇为100.16%(n=5),RSD为0.91%;二十六烷醇为98.5%(n=5),RSD为1.23%.该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可适用于提取分离二十八烷醇、二十六烷醇时质量控制和含量检测.  相似文献

文章建立了一种高效液相色谱测定辣椒中维生素C含量的方法.采用0.1%的草酸作为提取剂,色谱中采用Hypersil-C18色谱柱,pH=6,0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液:甲醇=95∶5(v/v)作流动相.流速1.0 ml/min,DAD检测器,检测波长254 nm.维生素C在20—100 mg/L内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=29.664x-12.37,相关系数为0.9953,方法回收率为91.24%-105.6%,相对标准偏差小于2%.本文测定方法简便,快速,能准确测定辣椒中维生素C的含量.  相似文献

采用RP-HPLC法,Symmetry C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇(A)-0.2%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长272 nm同时检测安石榴苷、鞣花酸和没食子酸含量。采用SPSS 17.0对测定结果进行分析,比较不同品种石榴皮中各成分的含量差异。结果表明,安石榴苷、鞣花酸、没食子酸分别在13.120~209.92μg/mL,13.325~213.20μg/mL和13.275~212.40μg/mL与峰面积呈线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.58%(RSD:1.02%,n=6),99.31%(RSD:0.94%,n=6)和98.63%(RSD:0.70%,n=6)。白玉石榴皮中安石榴苷、鞣花酸的含量分别为7.13%和1.00%,比红酸石榴皮中的含量高。安徽地区石榴皮中安石榴苷、鞣花酸、没食子酸3种成分含量同时检测方法的灵敏度高、准确度好、重现性一致,可用于安徽本地石榴皮部位中安石榴苷、鞣花酸、没食子酸成分含量同时检测。  相似文献
