泛在信息环境下高校图书馆IC的构建

系统论述IC构建的理念,分析大学IC构建的现状,对IC的发展方向做了展望。本文重点研究了泛在信息环境下的IC构建,对现代大学图书馆的的信息建设和信息服务具有积极的意义。     

IC反应器快速启动的试验研究

采用麸皮纤维作载体来启动IC反应器可促进厌氧污泥的颗粒化进程,加快IC反应器的启动．试验研究表明,投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器所需启动时间仅为41d,比不投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器提前了20d;投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器最高处理容积负荷是不投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器的1．38倍．     

新型数字IC测试仪的设计

在测试74LS系列IC的过程中,为解决插拔被测IC时测试插座带电的问题,设计了一种由两片单片机组成、上位机为下位机程控供电的新型数字IC测试仪,该测试仪实现了插拔被测IC时测试插座完全断电,并具有时钟和温度显示等辅助功能。     

IC设计的FPGA辅助验证模式的教学改革探索

以FPGA辅助集成电路设计(IC)的教学方法可以在现有的实验条件下,完成IC设计的硬件验证和芯片使用。加深学生对IC设计的认知,避免IC设计流片高昂成本的问题。使得IC设计课程教学不再流于"纸上谈兵"。FPGA辅助IC设计教学对培养我国急需的IC设计人才是大有裨益的。

图书馆接轨信息空间

信息共享空间（IC）是在共享式学习和开放存取运动的背景下,围绕综合的数字环境而特别设计的新型服务设施与组织空间。在2005年之前,对中国大陆地区来说,IC只是一个陌生的名词。在图书馆人引入IC概念之后,IC日渐为国人所知,给国内图书馆的发展带来了新机遇。

Teacher–Child Interactions and the Development of Executive Function in Preschool-Age Children Attending Head Start

Research Findings: The purpose of this study was to examine the potential contribution of teacher–child interactions to residualized Inhibitory Control (IC) gains over approximately a six-month period for preschoolers from predominantly low-income households. The study also explored whether the association between quality of teacher–child interactions and IC gains depends on children’s IC skills upon classroom entry and their household income-to-needs ratio. The study included 169 preschoolers from 51 classrooms in a Head Start program run by an agency in a large city in Oklahoma. Children’s IC skills were assessed in fall (time 1) and spring (time 2), and teacher–child interaction quality was observed at fall (i.e., September through November). Results from Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) did not show significant effects of high-quality teacher–child interactions on residualized IC gains over six months. However, results showed that children who initially presented poor IC skills displayed higher gains in their IC skills at spring when they were in classrooms practicing high-quality teacher–child interactions, as defined by emotional support and classroom organization. Practice or Policy: Emotionally supportive and well-organized classrooms in Head Start programs may benefit early IC development, especially for children presenting poor IC skills at classroom entry.     

A Longitudinal Investigation of Conflict and Delay Inhibitory Control in Toddlers and Preschoolers

Research Findings: A total of 81 children participated in a longitudinal investigation of inhibitory control (IC) from 2 to 4 years of age. Child IC was measured via maternal report and laboratory measures under conditions of conflict and delay. Performance on delay IC tasks at 3 years was related to performance on these same tasks at 2 and 4 years, but performance on conflict IC tasks was not related over time. Delay IC task performance was concurrently related to conflict IC task performance in 3- and 4-year-olds but was not related in 2-year-olds. Measures of IC varied in their associations with measures of verbal ability and maternal-report IC. Such findings highlight important similarities and distinctions between conflict and delay IC abilities in their relation to one another and to temperament and language over time. Practice or Policy: Studies of IC and related concepts reveal that children who are regulated enjoy school more and have higher school competence, particularly in mathematics and reading achievement. Because conflict IC and delay IC show unique patterns of development over time, educators can expect classroom behaviors drawing on the state-like conflict IC to show more fluctuation over time than those drawing on the trait-like delay IC.

本文论述了跨文化交际的意义与跨文化交际中存在的问题，提出在外语学习中应重视对文化交际内容与方法的学习。在此基础上论述了几点关于跨文化交际中出现的文化差异和学习方法及策略，强调在意识上对跨文化交际的教学要有所认识，有所了解。以期学习者更好地掌握跨文化交际的方法以及合理地解决跨文化交际中存在的问题。     

Inconsistent response patterns and the prediction of child maltreatment

Inconsistent response patterns have been used with other measures to screen for child maltreatment. To date the inconsistency (IC) scale, a validity scale on the Child Abuse Potential (CAP) Inventory, has not been used as a screening criterion for physical child abuse. The present study examined the responses of 89 physical child abusers and 108 comparison subjects to determine if the CAP Inventory IC scale has any utility in the screening for physical child abuse. While results indicated the CAP Inventory IC scale scores were significantly higher for the physical child abuse group, a series of discriminant analyses indicated that the IC scale did not account for any meaningful variance after variance related to child abuse factors was removed. Further, the results indicated that dependence on the IC scale alone for physical child abuse screening purposes could be expected to produce excessive false positive and false negative classifications.

数字IC测试仪测试向量与编码方法研究

针对数字IC电路逻辑功能、真值表不同,芯片参数数据库向量编码复杂的问题,设计并解决了数字实验中常用20脚以内的数字IC测试仪最为关键的测试向量及其编码问题。     

The changing role of international cooperation in developing countries (as they develop): A case study of skills development policies in Peru

A focus on the changes in the relationship between international cooperation and local actors in the skills development field in Peru as the country strengthened its financial position in the last two decades allows us to examine the role of the economic factor in these changes. The paper argues that indeed there is an association between the two. Peru's strengthened financial position has limited reliance on IC funding to carry out policy innovations, which has led IC to abandon the top-bottom approach to reform of the early nineties for a bottom-up approach that focuses in key actors at the middle level of the public sector entities and on sub-national governments. However, a second important factor has been institutional reform. Peru has developed a national policy towards IC and thus created a new setting for IC work, producing a more orderly environment for collaboration, while boosting information sharing among local agencies expecting international cooperation. The analysis stresses local factors conditioning changes and identifies lessons for the actors involved, particularly for international cooperation (IC), regarding possible strategies for a more effective role in skills development policies.

信息共享空间体现的是以用户为主导的服务理念,作为校园学习空间的重要组成部分,信息共享空间物理环境的开发有其自身的特点。基于信息共享空间的服务类型和特征,建立了一个基于服务-社会-空间-技术四个维度的开发框架,利用该框架分析了一个具体的信息共享空间的案例。研究表明,该框架具有一定的通用性,可以适合信息共享空间物理环境开发的各个阶段。
