美国大学教师退休政策变革趋势研究

本文运用调查数据对美国大学教师退休收入计划、退休奖励计划、分阶段退休计划、退后福利情况以及退休与招聘、留用的政策进行了比较分析,充分揭示了当前美国大学教师退休政策的变革趋势,得出待遇确定型(DB)计划仍具生命力,分阶段退休计划方兴未艾和教师退休工作相比教师招聘和留用不被重视三个结论,对我国未来高等院校教师退休制度的变革提供了极好的借鉴.     

Examining Faculty Member Changes in an Innovative Educational Doctorate Program

Recent criticisms of the Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) have challenged faculty members to create or reform such programs. In response to these concerns, faculty members at a particular institution designed and implemented a new Ed.D. program focused on leadership and innovation. We conducted this action research study in order to examine the changes faculty members experienced as they implemented the program along with the factors to which they attributed these changes. Data were gathered with an online survey; and results indicated changes had occurred in perceptions of research, teaching, and students as well as professional identities. Participants attributed these changes to collaborative teaching, a community of practice, and strong leadership. Findings will guide program leaders and faculty members in the coming years and may provide insights to leaders of similar programs and to those guiding innovative efforts.

Faculty Agency: Departmental Contexts that Matter in Faculty Careers

In a modern context of constrained resources and high demands, faculty exert agency to strategically navigate their careers (Baez 2000a; Neumann et al. 2006). Guided by the O’Meara et al. (2011) framework on agency in faculty professional lives, this study used Structural Equation Modeling to investigate which departmental factors (perceptions of tenure and promotion process, work-life climate, transparency, person-department fit, professional development resources, and collegiality) influenced faculty agentic perspective and agentic action. Results showed that faculty perceptions of certain departmental contexts do matter in faculty career agency, such as work-life climate, person-department fit, and professional development resources. These contexts have a particular influence on faculty agentic perspective. Results also showed a large effect of agentic perspective on agentic action. The study has important implications for administrators regarding departmental role in faculty agency and contributes to the growing body of literature on faculty sense of agency in academe.

Preparing Faculty in Greece

The merging of sex-separated physical education departments has brought the profession to a crossroad that could have implications for future generations. As the merger process has occurred, women have systematically lost more leadership positions than men. Unless the profession takes action, women will remain vulnerable and the loss of women leaders will continue. Possible reasons for the loss of women leaders are discussed. Suggestions for women and men concerned with fostering equal opportunity within the profession are given.     

《雷雨》的戏剧冲突和结构艺术

《雷雨》是中国话剧史上第一部用"三一律"结构形式写成的多幕剧,采用危机上开幕的结构方法,在矛盾冲突接近总爆发的时刻回溯和交代复杂前因。全剧有多重戏剧冲突线,贯串始终的主要冲突是繁漪和周朴园、周萍父子的冲突,以繁漪、周萍的冲突加强繁漪、周朴园的冲突正是作者的高明之处,周宅的母子乱伦事件是周朴园的家庭专制造成的。众多矛盾冲突与主要冲突彼此交织向前发展。该剧还成功地运用了"发现"与"突转"、"悬念"、"巧合"等结构技巧。《雷雨》艺术生命力百年不衰,和它缜密严谨的结构艺术密不可分。     

论戴望舒诗歌中的戏剧性因素

戴望舒作为新诗拓展时期的代表诗人，其诗歌创作是继郭沫若之后对中国新诗进行第二次整合的一个界碑。研究者一般都注意到戴望舒的诗歌既吸收了中国古典诗歌的精华，又接受了法国象征派诗歌等的影响。但忽略了其诗歌中的戏剧性因素。论文试从其诗歌的情节结构、话语的言说方式和抒情方式入手来分析其中的戏剧性因素。
