建立每日96点的负荷预测综合模型.引入人工神经网络(ANN)模型,将人体舒适度和历史负荷数据共同作为人工神经网络的输入,建立人工神经网络(ANN)模型,对浙江某市每日96点负荷进行分段预测.每日96点预测值的平均相对误差绝对值可以达到1.3%以下,达到了短期负荷预测精度要求.  相似文献

针对传统极限学习机(ELM)缺乏有效的训练方法、应用时预测精度不理想这一弱点,提出了一种基于遗传算法(GA)训练极限学习机(GA-ELM)的方法。在该方法中,ELM的输入权值和隐藏层节点阈值映射为GA的染色体向量,GA的适应度函数对应ELM的训练误差;通过GA的遗传操作训练ELM,选出使ELM网络误差最小的输入权值和阈值,从而改善ELM的泛化性能。通过与ELM、I-ELM、OS-ELM、B-ELM4种方法的仿真结果对比,表明遗传算法有效地改善了ELM网络的预测精度和泛化能力。  相似文献

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) process, at present is still an experience process, wherein selected parameters are often far from the optimum, and at the same time selecting optimization parameters is costly and time consuming. In this paper, artificial neural network (ANN) and genetic algorithm (GA) are used together to establish the parameter optimization model. An ANN model which adapts Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm has been set up to represent the relationship between material removal rate (MRR) and input parameters, and GA is used to optimize parameters, so that optimization results are obtained. The model is shown to be effective, and MRR is improved using optimized machining parameters.  相似文献

本文针对BP算法易陷入局部极小、收敛速度慢的缺点,根据遗传算法(Genetic Algorithms.GA)具有全局寻优的特点,将二者结合起来提出了一种混合算法:GA—BP算法,并将该算法成功应用于变压器超高频局部放电模式识别。将变压器油中局部放电超高频测量系统所得到的局部放电的特征量作为输入,分别用BP算法和混合算法进行模式识别。实验结果表明GA—BP算法具有收敛速度快、全局最优的优点.并且这种算法可以推广应用于其他实际系统中。  相似文献

目的:证明超参数优化对深度能量方法(DEM)精度的影响以及DEM在预测不同荷载作用下梁和板等结构的应力分布方面的能力。创新点:1.为了提高DEM的准确性,各种超参数组合被输入遗传算法(GA)并找到最佳组合。2.为了防止重复计算以及提高这种元启发式算法的效率,GA过程中还考虑了超参数组合的禁忌列表。方法:1.实施非均匀有理样条(NURBS)以生成穿过结构体和边界的积分点。2.采用DEM计算位移和应力分布。3.利用遗传算法优化DEM的超参数,以对模型在预测结构内应力和位移传播的准确性方面具有显着影响。结论:1.在不同的优化器和激活函数中,Adam和L-BFGS-B方法以及Re LU2函数的组合使得DEM模型的准确率最高。2.其他对模型预测准确性有影响的超参数包括隐藏层的数量、每层神经元的数量以及通过上述结构集成的点数。3.优化DEM的超参数可以使相对应变能误差降低近50%,提高了DEM模型对应力和位移分布的预测能力。  相似文献
