以我国财政部2006颁布的新会计准则体系中的《企业会计准则第8号——资产减值》实施为背景,首先从理论层面阐述新资产减值会计的变革对于企业管理当局行为的影响,然后分析我国A股上市公司资产减值的历史趋势,并选用2005年和2007年深圳A股上市公司作为研究样本,通过单样本T检验和多元回归检验分析新资产减值会计准则实施的效应,进而得出结论：在新资产减值会计变革的影响下,企业管理当局倾向于减少利用资产减值准备,尤其是长期资产减值准备作为盈余管理的手段,同时并没有增加流动资产减值的应用;而且,上市公司计提资产减值准备的行为趋于理性,会更多地考虑经济因素,新的资产减值会计准则变革有着较好的正效应。

审计师对企业大客户资源效应的信息识别——基于持续经营审计意见的证据

拥有大客户资源既可能表征企业的高质量发展,也可能传递企业的高经营风险信息。本文以2007—2018年A股上市公司为样本,从审计师发表持续经营审计意见(GCO)的视角,研究了企业大客户资源效应的信号传递价值。结果发现,较高的客户集中度会降低企业持续经营能力,审计师将其评估为高风险审计事项,提高了发表GCO的概率。进一步分析发现当企业失去大客户风险较低、大客户财务困境风险较小或者企业自身议价能力较强时,大客户集中度对审计师发表GCO概率的正向影响有所减弱。此外本文还发现大客户集中度引致的风险价值信息并非由于其监督动机不足所致。本文研究丰富了审计意见影响因素和客户集中度经济后果方面的相关文献。
