A high-performance current and voltage measurement system has been developed in power system.The system is composed of two parts:one current measurement element and one voltage measurement element.A Rogowski coil and a capacitive voltage divider are used respectively for the line current and voltage measurements.Active electronic components are used to modulate signal,and power supply for these components is drawn from power line via an auxiliary current transformer,Measurement signal is transmitted y optical fibers,which is resistant to electromagnetic induction and noise,With careful design and the use of digital signal processing technology,the whole system can meet 0.5% accuracy for metering and provides large dynamic range coupled with good accuracy for protective relaying use.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel current feedforward control strategy for a three-phase pulse-width modulation (PWM) DC voltage-type converter based on phase and amplitude control (PAC). With right-angle triangle relation of phasors and principle of conservation of energy, a phasor adjustment method and the relevant low-frequency mathematical model of the system are analyzed in detail, both in rectification and regeneration modes for the converter, are discussed. For improving the traditional PAC dynamic performance, variable load current is detected indirectly by the change of the DC voltage, which is fed to the control system as an additional control variable to generate modulation index and phase angle. Also, the algorithm is derived and the system principle is introduced. Experimental results from a 3 kw laboratory device are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

To avoid ergonomic problems in the early planning stages of a production line and achieve more satisfactory planning and design, ergonomic simulation is particularly important in digital production line planning. An ergonomics analysis method is presented by using two theories: Ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS) and Burandt-Schultetus hand-arm force analysis (BSHA). The processes of ergonomics analysis and simulation are discussed based on a platform of process simulation and process designer. As an example, the paper shows how ergonomics problems are considered in production line planning to make a better choice between different production line planning schemes.  相似文献

The clock generator and OOK modulator for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) presented in this paper consist of a current source and delay elements. The simple constant-gm structure is adopted in the current source design and the current consumption of the current source is only about 2 μA. The delay elements, the clock generator and OOK modulator are introduced in detail in the paper. The designed circuits are fabricated by 0.6 μm CMOS process. The area of the core circuit is only about 400 μmμ0 μm. The delay time of all three samples is in the range of 9 μs to 21 μs when the supply voltage varies from 2 V to 4 V. As the measured results satisfy the system requirements, these circuit structures are suitable for RFID application.  相似文献

The objective of conformance testing is to determine whether an implementation under test (IUT) conforms to its specification. In distributed test architecture where there are multiple remote testers, the objective can be complicated by the fact that testers may encounter controllability and observability problems during the application of a test sequence. A certain amount of work has been done in the area of generating test sequence that is free from these problems. However, few researchers investigate them from the aspect of test execution. This work studies the test execution phase when test sequences are applied to the imple- mentation and it is pointed out that controllability and observability problems can be resolved if and only if the test system im- plements some timing constraints. When determining these constraints, the dynamic time information during test is taken into account, which reduces the test execution time and improves test efficiency further.  相似文献

A novel software implementation for current polarity detection and current compensation is presented. For a three-phase zero-voltage soft-switching (ZVS) PWM converter based on phase and amplitude control (PAC), when saw-tooth carriers with alternate positive and negative slopes are adopted, the positive or negative slopes are chosen according to the phase current polarity. Since polarity reversal causes current distortion, current at the instant of reversal should be compensated for. Based on the characteristic of unity power factor converter in rectification and regeneration modes, a software implementation for current polarity detection is proposed. Distortion of current zero-crossing caused by using saw-tooth carriers with alternate positive and negative slopes is analyzed, and the relevant compensation method is proposed. Experimental study with a 1.5 kW device shows that phase current has a small harmonic content and power factor is high both in rectification and regeneration modes.  相似文献

In this paper, a vector regulating principle of the phase and amplitude control ( PAC ) method for three-phase grid-connected inverters is presented. To solve the problem of heavy inrush current and slow dynamic response when system starts up, the starting voltage prediction control and the current feed-forward control are proposed and used, which improve the dynamic performance of the system in the PAC. The experimental results carried out on a three-phase grid-connected inverter proved the validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

Because brushless direct current (BLDC) motors have the advantages of a compact size, high power density, high efficiency, and long operating life time, they are widely used in many industrial products and electric traction systems. It is known that the BLDC motors have no brushes for commutation. They are commutated with electronically commutation. So, the rotor position information of the BLDC motors must be known to understand which winding will be energized according to the energizing sequence. In most of the existing BLDC motor drivers, rotor position information is detected by Hall effect sensors. This kind of mechanical position sensors will bring additional connections and costs, reliability decrease and noise increase. In order to improve the control performance and extend the range of speed regulation for BLDC motors, a position sensorless control method is proposed in this paper. In the proposed control method, rotor position information of the BLDC motors is detected from the back electromagnetic forces (back-EMFs) which are estimated by an unknown-input observer with line to line currents and line to line voltages. For the purpose of verifying the effectiveness of the proposed control method, a model is built and simulated on the Matlab/Simulink platform. The simulation results show that the speed regulation performance of BLDC motors is improved compared with using Hall effect sensors. At the same time, the reliability of the BLDC motors is improved and the costs of them are reduced because the position sensor is eliminated.  相似文献

We investigate alternating response of the spin current in a quantum dot system coupled to a normal metal electrode,to which an alternating driving voltage and a pumping rotating magnetic field are applied.The expression of the time-averaged spin current and its differential is obtained based on a non-equilibrium Green's function method.We find that for a given rotating frequency,the spin current increases rapidly and appears to have small steps when the driven frequency increases.As the driven frequency is further increasing,the spin current can be significantly enhanced and approaches a stable value.The photon-assisted processes bring about interesting features of spin current.The influence of the gate voltage and temperature on the spin current is examined in detail.  相似文献

In order to deal with torque pulsation problem caused by traditional control method for brushless DC (BLDC) motor and to achieve high precision and good stability, a novel control strategy is proposed. Compared with the traditional control scheme, by using phase voltage as a control objective and making waveform of phase current approximately quasi-sinusoidal, torque ripple of BLDC motor is reduced from the original 14% to 3.4%, while toque is increased by 3.8%. Furthermore, by detecting zero-crossings of back electromotive force (BEMF) with non-conducting phases, sensorless control is realized. The new control strategy is simple. It can minimize torque ripple, increase torque, and realize sensorless control for BLDC motor. Simulation and experiments show good performance of BLDC motor by using the new control method.  相似文献

In this paper the influence of different carrier waveforms upon the output characteristics of PWM inverter is described in detail. When a triangular carrier waveform is used in hard-switching PWM inverters, harmonics exist in the neighborhood of the output frequency of the inverter output voltage and current due to the dead time. The triangular carrier waveform used in soft-switching PWM inverter will cause difficulties in controlling resonance-trigger time, higher loss in the resonant circuit, and less utilization of the DC bus voltage. If a sawtooth carrier is used in hard-switching PWM inverter, there will be severe distortion in the current waveform. When sawtooth carriers with alternate positive and negative slopes are used in soft-switching PWM inverters, the resonancetrigger time is easy to control, and distortion in the output voltage and current caused by the dead time will not appear.  相似文献

ZVS(zero voltage switching) PWM(pulse width modulation) inverters have attracted much attention recently. The basic idea is to use ZVS circuit as the main circuit of inverter resonance at the beginning of every carrier period so that each power device can commutate when voltage of the main circuit's DC bus line is zero. To ensure the resonant circuit to operate properly, sawtooth with alternate slope (positive or negative) is used as carrier. But the time of zero voltage vectors with such PWM pattern is greatly different from traditional hard-switching PWM pattern. This paper discusses the locus of flux linkage under soft-switching PWM pattern by using space voltage vector. It is pointed out that, under the hard-switching PWM pattern, speed of flux linkage is adjusted by zero space voltage vector. When soft-switching PWM pattern is used, however, effective time of space voltage vector varies considerably, sometimes even without zero space voltage vector. Therefore non-zero space voltage vector has been used to make the speed of flux linkage locus equal to that of hard-switching PWM pattern. The cause of current distortion in soft-switching PWM inverters is also discussed. Based on the flux linkage locus circle, corresponding compensation methods are proposed. Experimental results show that the described method can effectively improve output current waveform of inverter.  相似文献

论文研究了几种适用于组合式电流型多电平变流器的PWM控制方法,载波相移SPWM技术,研究了多载波PWM技术在新型单相5电平电流型逆变器中的应用,研究了SVPWM技术在三相组合型5电平CSI中应用的一些基本问题。论文提出了一类新的三相分相控制式电流型多电平逆变器拓扑。这类拓扑通过三相星形负载的中性线进行解耦,逆变器的每相都可以独立控制,因此可以将多电平PWM技术应用到该类逆变器以减小输出电流谐波。文中给出了一种多载波PWM技术的数字化实现方案,并以单相5电平逆变器单元为例介绍了三相5电平逆变器的工作原理。最后建立了一个三相分相式5电平CSI的实验系统,验证了文中的结论。  相似文献

针对混合式步进电机高速反电动势大及恒流驱动控制技术在宽调速范围的电流跟踪控制不确定性问题,结合混合续流模式设计了酬机制,分析了两种常用的电流检测方案,并提出了一种基于模糊工程的模糊电流给定,模糊控制器最大输出占空比给定的PI控制方法。利用大电感电机进行了实验,实验结果表明:该方法能提高电机的运行速度,并在宽电压、宽调速范围均具有很好的电流跟踪控制效果,具备转速转矩的确定关系。  相似文献
