发展上饶经济的几点宏观思考

上饶中心城市地位，区域农业优势，区域支柱产业，上饶城市职能走向和中，初级人才培养等五个方面是上饶地区“区域经济”的发展应当关注的重要问题，形成以上饶为中心的“区域特色经济”的发展构思，即斗笠式“结构模式，有利于举全区之力，合力兴饶。     

由“新民乐”产生引起的思考

民乐是我国古老的传统民间音乐，近年来，随着社会经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高，人们的欣赏意识不再局限于传统民乐。处于低谷的民乐，老百姓不爱听，音乐专业人士不愿去研究，偶而有人听听民乐曲，也只是一些老者带着一种怀旧的心情去欣赏一下而已。人民群众对音乐的多方面需要，推动了民乐的发展，一些有识之士，开始了对民乐进行改造、创新。于是出现了“新民乐”。“新民乐”的产生，改变了“民乐”的命运，丰富了中华民族的传统文化，为中国音乐走向世界奠定了基础。     

发展区域经济联合与协作是统筹区域经济的重要内容

党的十六届三中全会提出了“五个统筹”的重要战略思路，其中统筹区域经济更是为发展区域经济开阔了思路，区域经济能否持续、健康发展，在很大程度上取决区域经济关系是否协调，取决于区域之问经济的联合与协作，实行区域经济联合与协作，是统筹区域经济、发展社会主义市场经济的客观需要，也是实现区域经济均衡增长，全面建设小康社会的必然要求。     

错位与链接——区域视角下成人教育的缺位与复位

成人教育作为继续教育的重要组成部分,与区域经济文化之发展息息相关。区域成人教育的缺位表现在成教与职教过度粘连、成教系统与区域经济系统互动欠佳等方面。制定具有区域特色的成人教育与经济协调互动模型,能够从经济“特色”中萃取成教“特色”,以特色成教带动特色经济增长,可实现区域成人教育发展路径之复位。
