大类培养模式,是高职教育人才培养模式的一项重要改革,推进了高职院校“文化育人、复合育人、协同育人”办学理念的实现。但是,大类培养模式也给高职院校学生工作带来了新的挑战,如部分专业学风问题突出、专业分流后班级凝聚力差,部分新班级无人愿意承担学生干部工作等。本文作者结合自身学生工作经验,总结自2010年学院实行大类培养模式以来3次专业分流的实际工作情况,提出高职院校大类培养模式对学生工作产生的影响和可行的对策。  相似文献

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the adequacy of selected academic and personal services to international students at New York City Technical College of the City University of New York. A population (137) of international students enrolled for one semester was surveyed via a self-developed questionnaire. Analysis of data was by mean weighted scores, chi squares at .05 level of significance, and percentage variances. The findings indicated that academic needs of international students were not satisfied even to minimum levels, and two areas of personal needs attained minimum satisfactory levels. Significant difference in opinions of respondents pertaining to satisfying academic needs was seen between or among the groups in the variables gender, national origin, and native language. In satisfying personal needs significant difference in opinions of respondents was seen among the groups in the variables proficiency in reading in English, proficiency in speaking in English, and proficiency in reading and speaking in one's native language.  相似文献

Based on the success reported by the behaviorally oriented programmed instruction movement in the 1960s, the Navy in the late 1960s and early 1970s began to individualize and self-pace a number of their high student throughput apprentice training courses. To facilitate self-pacing the Navy set up a centralized computer-managed instruction (CMI) system to manage self-paced courses. This paper describes the evolution of that CMI system, reviews a number of studies done on the system over 10 years (many of which were published as internal technical reports with restricted distribution), describes the demise of the system, and discusses future directions of self-paced and individualized instruction.  相似文献

In this report we present the results of an international research study on the training of researchers in mathematics education. the study was carried out by some members of the international study group on theory of mathematics education. the research involved developing a questionnaire which was mailed to numerous institutions all over the world and the analysis of the answers which were received. the main objective of the study was to collect international data about the training of researchers in mathematics education and to establish an information network about graduate programs in the field. a total of about 150 questionnaires were sent out and 78 answers received. fifteen of these answers came from universities that wish to participate in the network although they do not have a program at present.Deceased. The article explores sign language interpreter training, testing, and accreditation in three major English-speaking countries, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, by providing an overview of the training and assessment of sign language interpreters in each country. The article highlights the reasons these countries can be considered leaders in the profession and compares similarities and differences among them. Key similarities include the provision of university interpreter training, approval for training courses, license "maintenance" systems, and educational interpreting guidelines. Differences are noted in relation to training prerequisites, types and levels of accreditation, administration of the testing system, and accreditation of deaf interpreters. The article concludes with predictions about future developments related to the establishment of the World Association of Sign Language Interpreters and the development of sign language interpreting research as a research discipline.  相似文献

This paper examines the usefulness of an independent group contingency system for decreasing inappropriate behaviors. Twenty-five fourth-grade students enrolled in a regular class setting participated in this intervention, which involved a public posting system using positive reinforcement for desired behaviors. The program involved identification of target behaviors, collection of baseline data, program implementation, and follow-up. Targeted behaviors showed marked decreases across the 8-week treatment period and remained at this level through the end of the school year. Positive and negative factors influencing the effectiveness of the independent group contingency approach are reviewed. A second aspect of this paper is to discuss teacher-related variables that can influence the success of a management program developed by a psychological consultant.  相似文献
