教育质量是教育改革和发展的生命线 ,高等师范院校在提高教育质量上具有其现实的紧迫性。制约高师教育质量的因素有多种多样 ,其中观念因素、教学内容和课程、师资的素质、教学技术是主要因素。本文在对其影响因素进行分析的基础上 ,结合我校的实践 ,提出若干提高高师教育质量的措施。     

中小学教师可持续发展的内隐动因分析

可持续发展是具有划时代意义的崭新发展战略,可持续发展教育依赖于可持续发展的教师。而教师的可持续发展,除了受教育政策法规等制度因素和教育管理等环境因素影响外,更主要的是取决于教师的职业理想的价值因素、终身学习的情境因素、实践反思的智慧因素和善于承重的心理因素的影响。     

高校“两课”教育教学的SWOT分析

“两课”在思想政治教育中具有主渠道、主阵地的作用。用SWOT分析法对“两课”教育教学的现状进行分析,找出优势因素、弱点因素、机会因素和威胁因素,提出具体的对策措施,形成一定的教育教学方法是“两课”教育教学改革的一个重要任务。     

从主体间性的角度认识信息化教育

技术既具有物质性,也具有精神性,但技术的本质是精神性的。信息化教育中,信息化的物质环境占有举足轻重的地位,但教育技术在其中所展示出的核心本质依然是精神性的。由此,我们得出以下结论:教育技术也具有主体性。通过对信息化教育的四个要素——教育者、受教育者、教育内容和教育技术之间关系的分析,我们认识到,这四个要素都具有主体性。教育的过程,就是这四个主体之间的互动。这其间,虽然离不开物质因素的参与,但其核心本质上,依然是主体与主体的互动,是人的因素与人的因素的互动。
