现代思想视域下回顾翻译家周瘦鹃的历史贡献

从晚清时期开始,很多外国的文学作品被翻译成中文,对诗歌、戏剧、散文和小说等文学形式的发展产生了重大影响。民国初年的翻译家和编辑家周瘦鹃在这其中起着承上启下的作用。虽然,他曾经是饱受诟病的鸳鸯蝴蝶派的代表人物,但是当我们在当代思想的视域下回顾历史,会发现他的许多历史贡献不仅是开创性的,而且是无可替代的。     

图书馆哲学:当前的使命与本土化

论文阐明当代图书馆哲学是世界哲学、服务哲学,是图书馆人安身立命之意识形态;作为图书馆哲学的灵魂,首次提出知识就是服务的命题;图书馆哲学同样面临着国际化和本土化的时代要求,提出了围绕服务哲学、接轨信息哲学的国际化思路,试图在文化层面为建构和谐社会论提供理论依据,并在社会心理层面为建构读者内心和谐论提供理论基础。     

Relevant Changes in Scientific Publishing in Mathematics and Physics

Scientific publishing in mathematics and physics (as in other exact sciences) is rapidly changing, and it is important to identify and predict relevant changes and their potential consequences. To understand such changes, the authors begin with a brief history of scientific publishing and the rise of digital publishing. The study presents a qualitative comparison of the basic features of traditional and digital forms of publications (books, journals, libraries and databases, archives, webinars, forums, digital learning materials), on the basis of which relevant changes (specific for mathematics and physics) are identified and predicted. Several tables describing the most popular and useful scientific online tools for scientists, professors, students, and engineers are listed.     

Refereeing Process in Mathematics and Physics: Meaningful Changes and Models for Improvement

Contemporary scientific publishing in mathematics and physics (as in other exact sciences) is a complex and rapidly changing process. The most important element of this process, namely, the refereeing process is considered. In particular, meaningful changes towards refereeing process in mathematics and physics are identified and predicted. Considering a transition that takes place from the traditional refereeing system to other models and introducing the four basic parameters of the refereeing process, namely, the review stage, the openness for editors, referees and authors, journals and e-journals, feedback and e-feedback, several different models are proposed and described for improving the traditional refereeing system (e.g., 2-stage open and semi-open pre-review models, 1-stage open and blind pre-review models, and 0-stage open post-review models).

档案学视域下的数字记忆研究：历史脉络、研究取向与发展进路

信息技术推动了档案记忆研究的发展,数字记忆成为档案学理论研究新的增长点。本文通过梳理档案学视域下数字记忆研究的历史脉络,发现其研究取向具体表现为记忆构建的阐释取向、基于档案管理的资源取向、记忆功用的知识取向和学科发展的融合取向,认为应转变资源取向的研究重点、强化知识取向的深层意义、注重阐释取向的可延展性和理顺融合取向的概念问题。
