谈谈高考作文的创新

“有创新”是高考作评分重要标准之一。所谓“新”，就是写出自己的真经验真知识真感受。因此，在作时，要注意引发创作冲动，要运用发散思维，要写出个性特征。     

阅卷归来话创新

2000年以来，高考作就一直沿用“基础等级”和“发展等级”两条标准，明显地提高了高考作评分的区分度。“创新”就是“发展等级”四个要求中的一个，是评价考生思维和表达方面的重要标准，旨在张扬学生的个性。而中考作也在逐步过渡，已有部分省市的中考作设置了以上两条评分标准，大部分省市的作评分标准也都积极鼓励富有创意的表达。     

以依法治教为抓手推进教育管办评分离

《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》指出：“深入推进管办评分离，扩大省级政府教育统筹权和学校办学自主权，完善学校内部治理结构”，在顶层设计上明确了教育管理模式改革方向。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》（以下简称《规划纲要》）明确：“推进政校分开、管办分离。适应中国国情和时代要求，建设依法办学、自主管理、民主监督、社会参与的现代学校制度，构建政府、学校、社会之间新型关系”，“依法办学、自主管理、民主监督、社会参与”就是教育管办评分离的内涵，“构建政府、学校、社会之间新型关系”就是教育管办评分离的实现形式。教育管办评分离的根本目的是落实依法治教，依法治教是实现教育管办评分离的主要抓手。本文就推进基础教育管办评分离作以下思考。     

江苏建湖“作文评价创新研究”课题介绍

高考作文评分误差控制与阅卷教师素质

作是一项综合性很强的言语行为。多少年来，这一有着悠久历史的传统考试题型一直被语考试所运用。高考作，占据语试卷的半壁江山，以其权威性高、甄选性强、导向性大而备受社会的关注。但长期以来，作评分始终又是信度最低的。作阅卷的主观性强、误差大，是世所公认的，也一直是困扰阅卷评分准确性的一个难题。认真研究作评分，不仅是关涉选拔人才的大事，确保高考的严肃性，同时也是对考生负责，最大限度地保证公平性，并尽可能地发挥它对中学语作教学的导向作用。     

作文教学的哲学思考

作教学历来是语教学的重要内容。要提高作教学的质量，应处理好这样几种关系，多写与少写、多指导与少指导，单项训练与综合训练，详批细改与粗批不改、高评分与低评分。对上述问题进行哲学的思考，有助于实现作教学的整体改革。

什么是创新作?我认为，只要能用我笔写我心，抒我情，写出了真感情，真体验的，就是创新作；只要是有新意的表达就是创新作。     

作文评分:到语言为止?——就作文评分与黄助昌先生商榷兼谈作文的道德底线

《中学语》2006年第12期上半月“教学大参考”上黄助昌先生《作评分：到语言为止》一，表达了这样的作评分观点：“作是对学生语言能力的考查，并非对学生作政治鉴定，所以应当回归到作本体，作评分也就应当以语言能力为标准，且只能到语言为止。”接着以美国11岁男孩萨拉．邓肯的获奖章《自由的美国？》、南京金陵中学费滢滢的高考作《人情与季节》、2005年湖北考生的《出得厅堂入得厨房之王国维可以休矣》和美国学生的一篇主题为《邱吉尔应对二次“世界大战”负责任》的章为论据，一再表达作评分应只看语言不看其思想内容的观点。要求“我们要汲取教训并树立这样的观念：‘语言表达’高于一切”：因为黄先生认为．如果顾及作思想内容即所谓“道”时，就会钳制学生思维，“扼杀学生个性表达”，从而产生“悲剧”。笔认为这些观点有失偏颇。不是“回归到作本体”，恰恰是悖离作本体的。必须予以澄清。[第一段]

借鉴古典诗歌 创设作文意境

高考作文的“发展等级”共4项，15个评分点，“意境深远”是评分点之一。高考作文发展等级的评分，采用一点评分法，所谓一点评分法，就是以15点中最突出的一点来评分，也就是说，有一点突出就可以得到“发展等级”的满分20分。如何在许多考生忽视的“意境深远”上有所突破呢？笔者认为，可以借鉴古典诗歌并从中教取营养，融于写作。
