教育大计,教师为本.对在职中小学教师进行继续教育,帮助他们不断更新知识,不断提高业务水平,促进教师专业成长,是各级教育行政管理部门的重要职责.在教师教育工作中,湘西自治州打破常规,大胆创新,构建了教师培训的"湘西模式",提高了教师培训工作效率,走出了一条中小学教师继续教育的新路子.     

基于网络的分级分层混合式中小学教师培训模式研究
