三种防治因子对南方根结线虫胚胎发育及二龄幼虫作用的比较

本文详细研究了粗皮侧耳 (Pleurotusostreatus)发酵液对南方根结线虫 (Meloidogyneincognita)卵及二龄幼虫的作用 ,证明粗皮侧耳发酵液确能产生杀线虫毒素 ,该毒素对卵与二龄幼虫均有明显触杀作用 ,在相同条件下 ,二龄幼虫比卵对毒素更敏感。在粗皮侧耳发酵液 10倍浓缩液作用下 ,对卵的相对防效达 18.4～ 35 .2 % ,室温处理二龄幼虫 2 4h死亡率高达 79.4 1± 1.74 %。     

不同外界条件对真姬菇液体发酵产生胞外多糖的影响

通过摇瓶培养法对真姬菇液体发酵产胞外多糖进行研究,得到产胞外多糖适宜的条件为：真姬菇液体发酵产胞外多糖的最适时间是8单位,最适pH为6．5,的最适温度为26℃、摇瓶转速为130r／min、最适装液量为50％、最适接种量为15％．     

木菌的液体发酵工艺研究

为了得到木菌液体发酵的最佳工艺条件,通过单因子试验和多因子正交试验,对木菌的液体发酵工艺条件进行研究．实验结果表明：木菌液体发酵的最佳条件是3．5％可溶性淀粉,0．35％的牛肉膏,接种量为8％,温度27℃,摇瓶转速110r·min^-1,最佳发酵时间是7d．     

植酸盐乳液对荔枝保鲜效果的探讨

本研究植酸及其钠、钾盐对荔枝果实的保鲜效果试验。结果表明，用量为0．2％植酸钠或钾盐、0．1％多菌灵的溶液经0．5％的油酸钠或海藻酸钠乳化后浸泡当天采的荔枝果实15至30秒，室温晾干，用聚乙烯薄膜袋包封。在日均气温29℃至33℃，相对湿度64％至88％之间变化的第七天内，荔枝果色保鲜率平均为95．36％，空白试验则为75．8％，随后的5天日均气温为26．8℃之间变化的第七天内，荔枝果色保鲜率平均为95．36％，空白试验则为75．8％。随后的5天日均气温为26．8℃至31．4℃，相对湿度72％至79％，则荔枝果色保鲜率平均达到77．3％，空白试验则为0。经此试验的荔枝果实，好果果壳仍呈鲜红色，果肉完整，鲜甜味不变。     

发酵液中纳豆激酶盐析法分离的研究

就纳豆激酶(Nattokinase)的粗纯化方法进行了初步的研究．从初筛的10株纳豆杆菌(Bacillus natto)中筛选出一株高产纳豆激酶的菌株，用液体发酵法将其发酵，产生的纳豆激酶采用硫酸铵盐析法进行粗提纯．实验结果表明，硫酸铵盐在70％饱和度时提纯效果较好。     

β—葡萄糖苷酶产生菌及其发酵培养基的优化

通过不同菌株筛选,获得了一株高产β－葡萄糖苷酶菌株米曲霉F97。经过在子及正交试验。确立了产酶的最适培养基配方,麸皮4％,KH2PO40．1％,蛋白胨0．1％,水所苷0．05％,并按所优化的发酵培养基,发酵液最终酶活达184．18u/mL。     

干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)3MP-5-3胞外甘露聚糖酶的分离纯化（英文）

以分离自东北酸菜发酵液中的干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)3MP-5-3为起始菌株,在以魔芋粉为唯一碳源的MRS培养基中发酵产酶,以发酵液的上清液为粗酶液来纯化L.casei 3MP-5-3所产的胞外甘露聚糖酶。研究表明：粗酶液与丙酮的最适体积比为1∶1.4。采用阴离子交换层析体系来纯化目标蛋白时,洗脱体系的最适pH为6.5,洗脱能力最强的阴离子为CH₃COO^-。     

金针菇液体发酵条件的研究

本文探讨了金针菇液体发酵时,不同的矿质元素、培养温度、摇床转速、培养天数对菌丝体产量的影响.结果表明:金针菇液体发酵的最佳培养条件为:最适矿质元素CaCO3,最适温度26℃,最适摇床转速110 rpm,培养时间5d.

糖化酶在黄酒酿造中的应用探讨

本文主要以正交试验法对糖化酶在黄酒酿造中的影响因素进行了综合定量研究,并对成品酒进行了理化分析和综合评价。研究结果表明:糖化酶作用的最佳条件为:加酶量0.02％;加酶时间为投料48小时后;酶作用的最适温度为32℃,酶作用的最适PH值为PH=4.6。在此条件下,主发酵期缩短2～3天,后发酵期缩短10—60天,同时,出酒率有明显提高,高达92.07％,是传统法的3.1～4.6倍。
