Publications Received and Noted

The South Australian College of Advanced Education was formed in 1982 from an amalgamation of four Colleges of Advanced Education existing under their own Councils. Management of the new institution with a centralised decision‐making structure was complex. In 1986, it was agreed to develop an Institutional Plan using a process which acknowledged the distinctive characteristics of higher education institutions. Over a period of eighteen months and using a strategic approach, with emphasis on process, a Plan was developed. Involvement of staff at all levels of the institution, the leadership and commitment of senior management, the plan's quality and flexibility, a provision for evaluation of goal achievement and annual review and revision, were highlighted as important. The process was widely welcomed and acknowledged as a successful approach to planning in an institution of higher education.

近些年来 ,随着校园网建设的发展 ,大学校园网BBS也越来越火 .本文从注册用户、论坛内容、发帖质量三方面分析了大学校园网BBS的特点 ,并指出大学生热衷于BBS的原因 ,包括BBS的自由开放性、BBS的互动反馈性、级别划分的激励性以及学生获得具体实际的帮助 .最后提出高校应采取有效措施 ,加强管理 ,使之健康发展     

档案袋评价法浅析

档案袋评价法是以档案袋为依据对评价对象所进行的一种客观综合的评价方法。档案袋评价法具有连续性,清晰显示了学习者的成长过程。它强调过程性、发展性,考虑学习的过去,重视学习者的现在,更着眼于学习者的未来。它收集学习者全程的多元信息,在达到教学目标的同时注重挖掘学习者隐藏的学习潜能。
