随着互联网的快速发展,移动终端设备的逐渐普及,移动支付逐渐成为移动互联网时代的主流支付方式之一,其中第三方移动支付因其便利性等特点,占据较大市场份额。用户的使用意愿是影响第三方移动支付发展的重要因素。基于第三方支付的相关研究,以技术接受模式为理论基础,增添了网络外部性、感知价值、感知风险因素,构建了北京大学生第三方移动支付使用意愿的影响因素模型。借助SPSS实证分析了影响用户使用第三方移动支付的因素,并针对所得结论提出如下建议:促进第三方移动支付功能多样化,提升用户的使用意愿;提高第三方移动支付平台安全性,降低用户的感知风险;优化第三方移动支付的社交属性,提高用户的感知价值。 相似文献

针对第三方支付平台在B2C和C2C的应用情况,提出了对其信用风险进行防范的方案.第三方支付作为信用缺失下的产物,在一定程度上解决了支付和信用风险的问题,但它本身还存在一些信用缺陷,需要不断优化.对第三方支付平台的沉淀资金和交易双方产生的信用风险问题提出一些创新的解决办法,如进行流程优化, 资金托管与保险担保结合等,并分析这些办法的应用价值以及改进后第三方支付平台的盈利模式. 相似文献

感知因素是影响消费者网上消费动机和行为的重要变量。感知因素分析有利于揭示消费者在线消费行为的内在机理,也有助于解决目前B2C电子商务可接受程度低这一难题。本研究基于消费者对B2C电子商务的有用性、使用便利性程度和风险性高低的预期,将消费者预期因素分为三类,即分析了消费者感知有用性、感知使用便利和感知风险。在此基础上,对在线信用、在线交易倾向和最终有效交易行为的影响,构建了基于消费者感知因素的在线交易行为影响因素理论行为机理模型,并进一步建立了消费者感知因素的外显测量指标。研究表明,感知有用性和感知使用便利程度越高,消费者在线交易倾向和网上参与程度也就越高,而且也有利于在线信用的建立;感知风险越大,在线信任越低,消费者在线交易倾向和网上参与程度也就越低。这一研究结论对于B2C电子商务网站(公司)的经营决策具有一定的借鉴作用。最后,分别对上述三类感知因素的构成进行了具体分析。 相似文献

物流业务外包后,第三方物流(3PL)公司代替企业与顾客互动,这在电子商务中尤为明显,因此第三方物流公司的服务质量是否影响顾客满意度成为一个重要问题。在C2C网络购物环境中,基于物流服务质量模型,建立了第三方物流服务质量与顾客满意度的测评模型(LSQ-CS)。对LSQ-CS模型的实证研究表明:物流交互和运作质量均影响顾客对第三方物流服务商的满意度;成本质量并不影响顾客对第三方物流服务商的满意度;物流交互质量对运作和成本质量产生影响;此外,第三方物流服务质量也影响着顾客对企业的满意度。这一研究结论表明当前物流市场中第三方物流公司应该保证运作质量,提高交互质量,避免低成本恶性竞争;同时除了物流成本外,企业也应根据物流服务质量来选择物流服务商。 相似文献

This study enhances the existing literature on online trust by integrating the consumers’ product evaluations model and technology adoption model in e-commerce environments. In this study, we investigate how perceived value influences the perceptions of online trust among online buyers and their willingness to repurchase from the same website. This study proposes a research model that compares the relative importance of perceived value and online trust to perceived usefulness in influencing consumers’ repurchase intention. The proposed model is tested using data collected from online consumers of e-commerce. The findings show that although trust and e-commerce adoption components are critical in influencing repurchase intention, product evaluation factors are also important in determining repurchase intention. Perceived quality is influenced by the perceptions of competitive price and website reputation, which in turn influences perceived value; and perceived value, website reputation, and perceived risk influence online trust, which in turn influence repurchase intention. The findings also indicate that the effect of perceived usefulness on repurchase intention is not significant whereas perceived value and online trust are the major determinants of repurchase intention. Major theoretical contributions and practical implications are discussed. 相似文献

With the proliferation of online content service industry, understanding the factors affecting consumer intention to purchase online content services has become an important issue for academics and practitioners. While previous research has suggested that consumers’ perceived value and moral judgment are two main factors influencing behavioral intention to purchase online content services, few studies have explored what drives perceived value and if customers’ ethical self-efficacy will moderate the effect of perceived value on purchase intention. Thus, based on the value-based adoption model and previous literature, this study explores the antecedents of perceived value and the moderating effect of ethical self-efficacy for online piracy (ESEOP) on the relationship between perceived value and purchase intention in the context of online content services. Data collected from 124 respondents in Taiwan are tested against the research model using the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results indicate that perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived fee, and ESEOP have a significant influence on perceived value and that ESEOP can enhance the positive effect of perceived value on purchase intention. The findings of this study provide several important theoretical and practical implications for consumer online content purchase behaviors. 相似文献

健康信息与人的生命质量息息相关,研究其在社交网站上的采纳特点和影响因素十分必要。然而关于使用社交网络获取健康知识这一行为的研究仅处于起步阶段,尚缺乏对网络用户基于社交网站采纳健康信息行为的深入认识和探讨。结合社会认知理论和现有的健康信息系统研究,选取若干具有代表性的因子建立结构方程模型,以了解国内网络用户基于社交网站采纳健康信息的行为特点和影响因素。通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,实证结果证实了用户健康自我效能、健康关注、感知风险和感知信息支持显著影响了用户对SNS健康信息的采纳意向;同时感知信息支持、感知情感支持、健康关注及感知风险显著影响了用户的健康自我效能;感知风险受到用户信任倾向的显著影响。为今后针对社交网络获取健康知识的研究提供了理论模型上的借鉴,为采取针对性的干预措施提供科学合理的参考。 相似文献

【目的/意义】在线评论在消费者购买决策中的重要性日益凸显,探索电商平台消费者绿色产品在线评论信息采纳的影响因素,为进一步挖掘在线评论的商业价值、促进绿色产品的消费提供参考。【方法/过程】以TAM和ELM为理论基础,结合社会环境因素和消费者个体特质因素,构建电商平台消费者绿色产品在线评论信息采纳意愿的影响因素模型,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验。【结果/结论】结果表明评论质量和社会影响均对感知评论有用性产生正向影响,评论源可信度与感知评论有用性的关系不显著,感知评论有用性和社会影响又对评论采纳意愿产生正向影响,产品卷入度会调节消费者评论有用性的感知,而专业知识未能起到调节作用。 相似文献

基于感知利益、成本和风险视角,对移动互联网用户采纳行为进行研究,构建用户采纳的结构方程模型,以揭示影响用户采纳移动互联网的关键因素及其作用机理。利用SPSS软件对模型量表进行探索性因子分析,使用SmartPLS软件对模型量表进行验证性因子分析和对结构方程模型的假设进行检验。结果显示用户对移动互联网的感知有用性、感知乐趣、无所不在性、感知成本对感知价值影响显著,感知价值、社会影响和感知有用性对用户采纳意向有直接影响,用户创新意识对感知价值与用户采纳意向的关系有显著负向调节作用。最后,对研究结果进行了讨论,提出促进我国移动互联网发展的建议。 相似文献

Information and communication technologies in use in government systems can bring about expected benefits only when citizens are willing and able to use such systems. Previous studies from various disciplines provided a fundamental understanding of human behavior with technology adoption that focused mainly on the technical and supply sides of this adoption. We argue that it is necessary to move away from an assumption that users form a homogeneous group under the phenomenon of the digital divide. Having conducted an online experiment, this study empirically examined the effects of personal factors, particularly the perceived information literacy, and the perceived information overload, on the user’s perceptions on the usefulness and trust in a government website. We find that the higher an individual perceives one’s information literacy, the more he or she trusts the website, and this is mediated by one’s perceived information overload (negatively) and perceived usefulness (positively). This research provides a more balanced understanding of the behavior of e-government adoption, supplemented with the details of citizen engagement factors, and specifies meaningful practical implications for successful e-government policies. 相似文献

It is widely known in related literature that trust in a merchant reduces the perceived risk of an online transaction. However, there are theoretical reasons to postulate that the perceived risk acts as a barrier to consumer trust. Furthermore, existing studies suggest that trust is an important predictor of purchase intention. Thus, this research aims at investigating the mediating role of consumer trust in an online merchant in the relationships between components of perceived risk and purchase intention: (1) examining the total effect without mediation, and (2) examining the mediation effect. When we probed the total effect, the findings revealed that performance, psychological, financial, and online payment risks have a significant negative influence on purchase intention. On the other hand, an examination of the mediation effect indicated that trust in an online merchant completely mediates the effect of performance risk, but partially mediates that of the psychological risk. Given the mixture of unmediated as well as mediated effect of perceived risks on purchase intention, the paper concludes that efforts, made by online merchants, to lessen certain types of risk will first improve consumer trust, and then ultimately, increase consumer's intention to buy online. 相似文献

在技术接受模型(TAM)、情绪心理学、神经科学等理论的基础上,以一个电子商务推荐系统为例,通过情景实验的方式考察积极情绪对用户信息技术采纳行为的影响。对实验数据的统计分析表明积极情绪正向影响用户对信息技术的采纳意向,并存在直接和间接相结合的影响模式。即积极情绪既直接提高采纳意向,也同时通过感知风险、感知有用性和感知易用性作为不完全中介变量提高采纳意向。在考虑情绪因素后,技术接受理论得到了丰富,也为信息技术推广方获得更高的用户接受程度提供了新的切入点。 相似文献
