关于人与自然和谐发展的哲学思考

从马克思主义哲学的角度，对“人类中心论”、恩格斯的“报复论”进行理论分析，探究人与自然的关系定位、人与自然和谐发展的理论依据及重要意义。     

罗杰斯心理学方法论的基本内涵

罗杰斯通过批判科学主义的弊端，从“以人为本”出发，创建了人本主义的心理学方法论体系。主要内涵表现在五个转变上：从“客观存在的人”到“主体存在的人”；从“方法中心论”到“问题中心论”；从“客观的科学”到“主观过程的科学”；从“二歧”到“整合”；从“方法论”到“具体的范例”。     

做好四个统筹 促进地方高校协调发展

以科学发展观为指导，地方高校面临两个维度的重要问题：一是发挥大学的社会职能，与社会和谐、共生，促进地方社会、经济的持续发展；二是不断改善地方高校自身的生存、竞争环境，保持地方高校自身的协调发展。地方高校在探索自身的发展理念方面已经形成了“分类定位原则”和“服务面向原则”。定位有宏观、微观层次之分。宏观层次，主要是要确定学校的基本发展目标；微观层次，则主要是确定发展的具体策略。宏观定位体现学校发展的目标和方向，微观定位体现学校为达到目标所使用的手段或方式；宏观定位主要确定学校的层次，微观定位则主要确定学校的类型或特色；宏观定位应相对稳定，微观定位要随着社会的发展而经常进行调整。     

高校图书馆发展模式初探

随着信息技术在高校图书馆的应用，传统的高校图书馆工作模式已不能适应现代化高等教育发展的需要，因此，高校图书馆的发展需要逐步实现由“书本位”向“人本位”转变；由一般服务向参考服务的转变；由收藏印刷型资料为主体向多种信息载体并重转变；由业务工作第二线向第一线转变。

高等学校的定位是当前我国高等教育领域迫切需要解决的一个问题。我国高校一直存在着两种不同类型的定位:政府导向型定位和社会导向型定位;地方高校必须从政府导向型定位转变为社会导向型定位,走有序竞争的可持续的特色发展道路。地方高校在社会导向型定位过程中必须建立起两个制度:高等教育的市场调研制度和高等教育的市场细分制度。
