数学教学共情技术运用探微

新课程的实施应重视心理辅导方法与数学课堂教学的有机融合,共情技术是心理辅导的精粹.运用共情技术时,应与心理辅导的其它特质和技术综合起来实施.本文给出了运用共情技术的三步法:设计问题引领,走近学生心理;重视共情表达,感受学生同在;展开共情探究,深入学生心理.     

共情技术在思想政治课中的运用

共情是心理咨询各派理论普遍认可的有效咨询的基本特质,正在被各个领域广泛应用。共情中咨询师与来访者的关系,对思想政治课教学具有重要的借鉴价值。无论是传授思想政治学科知识,还是引导学生正确面对偏差思想或不当行为,教师真诚专注的倾听、设身处地的理解和恰如其分的表达,都有十分重要的意义。思想政治教育要把"情"放在"理"之先,切实收获教育实效。     

高职生共情与宽恕的关系:特质愤怒的调节作用

目的:探讨高职生共情、特质愤怒与宽恕的关系.方法:采用人际反应指数问卷、特质愤怒量表与宽恕量表对两所高职院校高职生进行问卷调查.结果:共情、观点采择与宽恕他人、宽恕均呈正相关,与特质愤怒呈负相关;共情关注与自我宽恕呈负相关,与宽恕他人呈正相关;自我宽恕、宽恕他人与特质愤怒呈负相关;共情对于宽恕有显著的正向影响,特质愤怒对宽恕的自我宽恕、宽恕他人的调节作用大小不同,对于宽恕他人的调节作用更大,而对自我宽恕调节作用较小.结论:共情与特质愤怒对宽恕有显著交互作用.     

共情在心理健康教育活动课中的运用

共情源于德语美学领域,最早由铁钦纳提出。人本主义心理学家罗杰斯认为,共情是对当事人的内心世界有准确以致于有如亲身体验的了解;当感受当事人的内心世界如感受自己的一样时,就产生了共情。共情是心理咨询中影响咨询关系建立的重要因素之一,是咨询的基本特质。在学校心理健康教育中,共情对于活动课的开展和成效具有至关重要的作用。     

论教育研究者的文化共情

纵观国内学术界，学者们对于教育研究者素养的研究往往缺乏情感之维。但学术研究本质上也是一种情感劳动，因而有必要以教育研究者的文化共情为切入点，探寻教育研究者文化共情的内涵与特征，以期为教育研究者的情感涵养乃至生涯发展提供启示。归根到底，教育研究者的文化共情作为教育研究者共情能力的重要构成，指向于对研究对象文化境遇的理解等，有着群体性、历史性、反思性等诸多特点。着眼于教育研究的本然特质，教育研究者的文化共情无论对于教育理论进步抑或教育实践发展，都有其重要意义。探究教育研究者文化共情的内在结构，其主要由历时性、共时性、层次性三维构成，多维协同推进教育研究者研究进程的具体展开。若要整体推进教育研究者文化共情的发展，则须依赖教育研究者应然立场的确立、情感素养的培育、具体实践的探索等多方面的协同构建。     

共情训练对提升独立学院大学生共情能力的作用研究——以“大学生心理健康教育”课程为途径

为提升独立学院大学生的共情能力,笔者以"大学生心理健康教育"课程为途径设计适用于45人以上的共情训练方案,选取了广西某独立学院经管系3个班级学生作为实验组,3个班级学生作为对照组。实验组以班级为单位上"大学生心理健康教育"课,并在授课过程中加入共情训练内容;对照组合班上"大学生心理健康教育"课,授课过程中未加入共情训练内容。学期结束时采用人际反应指针量表对实验组和对照组学生进行共情能力调查。研究结果表明:实验组1班大学生的观点采择、想象、同情关心和共情总分均高于对照组,个人痛苦得分与对照组无显著差异;实验组2班大学生共情因子分和共情总均分都与对照组无显著差异;实验组3班大学生的想象和共情总均分显著高于对照组,观点采择、同情关心、个人痛苦得分与对照组无显著差异。由此可见,以"大学生心理健康教育"课程为途径可有效提高大学生的共情能力,但共情干预方案仍需进一步改进。     

虚拟现实更能引发学生共情？——基于19项随机对照实验的元分析

虚拟现实技术作为培养学生共情的新型教育形式广受关注，但现有研究对虚拟现实是否比传统教育形式更能引发学生共情存在争议。为明确虚拟现实教学对学生共情意识与能力的影响及其与传统教学方式的差异，本研究采用元分析方法系统评价19项随机对照实验。结果显示，虚拟现实教学能有效提高学生的共情水平。调节变量分析结果显示，虚拟现实教学共情效果比面对面教学效果更好，但与平面视频教学之间的差异不具有统计学意义；知识学习类和公益体验类项目引发共情效果较好，疾病感知类项目相比传统教学形式没有优势；体验时长为10-20分钟的程序，其共情教学效果显著且稳定；采用第三人称视角比采用第一人称视角更能引发学生共情；不具互动功能的虚拟现实程序比具有互动功能的程序共情教学效果更好。本研究建议基于虚拟现实的共情教学应在融合应用、内容选择和教学设计方面加以改善，有效发挥其培养学生共情的优势。

尊重、真诚、热情、共情、积极关注是5项重要的心理咨询特质,也是做好咨询的前提和上好心理健康教育课的关键。在心理健康教育课堂中,有效引入心理咨询的5项特质,有助于建立良好的师生关系,营造和谐的课堂氛围,从而提高心理课堂的实效性。
