中国治理模式导言

在现代化的过程中,政治体系如何吸纳各种社会力量并同时减少决策成本,构成了衡量不同治理模式的两个基本维度。从理想类型来说,可以区分为以美国、印度为代表的政府—市场模式与以东亚、拉美为代表的政府—生产者模式。中国模式显然有着不同于两者的独特之处。因而,我们应从现代化的角度确立有关中国治理模式的基本框架与研究方向。

从“合语”礼看《毛诗序》之来源

《毛诗序》最遭人诟病者,莫过于以后妃之志或文王之化解释诗义.现代学者多认为与文王后妃之事无关,而只是普通的爱情诗歌,《毛诗序》的说法实属牵强,是汉人的附会之辞.通过对“合语”礼的考察可以看出,西周时期就已存在以文王之道德教化说诗的传统,《毛诗序》以后妃之志或文王之化解诗正是对西周诗说传统的继承,并非完全是汉人的造作与附会之辞.     

郁达夫的序跋体文学批评探索

郁达夫的序跋体文学批评可分为两类,自序、为他人所作的序。他的自序一般以自我的生活经历为切入点,以自我的情绪为旨归,生活之流和情绪之流交互流淌,经常向读者倾诉他的不幸、无奈。良友版新文学大系散文选集导言在评述作家作品时常用比较方法和精彩的比喻,是典范的现代白话文。     

评价视角下的《兰亭集序》及其英译本的语篇分析

评价理论是语篇分析的有效工具,这一理论为翻译研究提供了新的视角。本文从评价理论视角分析罗经国的译作《兰亭集序》,从而为这一理论的实用性和可操作性提供了实证性分析,同时从态度层面重新阐释了翻译中目的语和原语语篇"对等"的含义。

On Translated Texts of Poem Fragment from the Perspective of Experiential Metafunction

Although Halliday's systemic functional linguistics has extensively been applied to the analysis of texts of different types, in the literature to date, there are few studies on the translation of poems within the Hallidayan framework. This paper is an attempt to study the modern poem Fragment by Bian Zhilin and its translated versions from the perspective of Experiential Metafunction in systemic functional linguistics. It is hoped that this study will provide a good insight into the translation studies and that the applicability of systemic functional linguistics to discourse analysis is well tested.

Speech education in Pennsylvania high schools

Information about the curricular and co‐curricular speech programs in 90% of the Pennsylvania high schools was secured through two questionnaires‐one to teachers and one to principals. Most of the people teaching speech are English teachers who are not certified in speech, who do not belong to any professional speech associations, who do not regularly read any speech journal, and who do not feel well prepared to teach the subject. Almost every high school offers some form of co‐curricular speech, but only a minority of the schools participate on an inter‐scholastic basis and affiliate with any co‐curricular speech organization.

简并PCR法克隆L.starkeyi苹果酸酶基因

根据已报道的酵母苹果酸酶基因序列,利用CodeHop（Consensus Degenerate Hybrid Oligonucleotide Primers）软件设计两对简并引物,以斯达油脂酵母（L.starkeyi CICC 1809）总DNA为模板做简并PCR,得到2个基因片段（ME1,ME2）.对这2个目的片段进行测序,将结果翻译成氨基酸序列,blastp结果显示其中ME2片段为油脂酵母未报道苹果酸酶基因的序列（Gene Bank登录号GU348991）,并对巢式PCR方法检验简并PCR结果的有效性进行了评估.
