西南联大师范学院的地方教育服务

1938年国民政府增设的西南联大师范学院作为战时重要的师范教育培训机构之一,在完成为地方培养高质量中小学教师的使命之外,还为增进师范院校服务地方教育开展了一系列协作活动,主要有开设在职师资晋修班、开展暑期学校各科教育讲习会、设置师范学院附属学校等。这些探索不拘一格,形式多样,注重地方现实需要,在教育理论与实践的直接对话中凸显地方特色,并在短期内集中师资力量提升在地教师的教育教学能力。西南联大师范学院的这些探索不仅切实促进了云南地方教育事业的发展,也很好地反映出彼时联大师范学院在学术研究与社会教育之间、理论研究与社会实践之间的互动状况。
