公众信息素养教育:全球进展及我国的对策

信息素养自20世纪70年代在美国被提出之后,受到世界各国的普遍重视,联合国教科文组织、IFLA、欧盟委员会等国际组织均致力于通过教育提升全球公众的信息素养。本文通过系统梳理国内外公众信息素养教育领域的研究成果和实践探索资料,以及政府文件、会议记录、重要机构或项目的报告、指南、年鉴等文献,总结全球公众信息素养教育实践与理论研究的渊源、演变历程和实践现状。研究发现当前全球公众信息素养教育存在三个突出问题:整体水平不高,发展不平衡,研究滞后于实践。为提升我国公众信息素养教育水平,建议尽快出台专门政策和标准,鼓励多元主体参与,力求覆盖各类受众,采取多种教学方式,大力培养师资,合作建设资源,搭建交流平台和传播中国声音。表1。参考文献84。     

国外大学生在线信息素养教育现状分析

论文对国外发达国家的在线信息素养教育发展现状进行分析,指出其在方式、内容、媒体形式、合作开发等方面的特征,并分析了从加强合作、扩展形式、完善内容、加强个性化服务等方面对我国开展大学生在线信息素养教育的一些启示。     

Problem-Based Learning教学中的信息素质教育

介绍在实施基于问题学习(PBL)的试点教学改革中北京大学医学图书馆采用的一种新的信息素质教育方法，即将图书馆的信息素质教育内容整合到PBL教学课程中的方法;总结整合教学过程中信息素质教育的经验成果，阐明该方法对学生信息素质能力的培养和图书馆发展的重要意义。

Information Literacy and Integrative Learning

ABSTRACT

Excellent opportunities for promoting information literacy are available when librarians become collaborators in integrative learning initiatives, such as Writing Across the Curriculum, the Freshman Year Experience, and Learning Communities. Examples of successful collaborations are given. It is noted that the most significant challenge that remains involves assessment of information literacy in these programs.     

The Application of Learning Theory to Information Literacy

ABSTRACT

Many colleges and universities are advocating information literacy within their mission statements. To this end, many librarians are offering for-credit courses that incorporate the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Information Literacy Competency Standards in their instructional programs. In their role as instructors, librarians should be familiar with learning theory, in particular behaviorism and constructivism. The application of a particular learning theory dictates the structure of the course and reinforces the role of librarian as educator.

信息素养是高校学生应具备的个人素养之一,信息素养课程教学是培育学生信息素养的主要途径。针对我国高校信息素养教育的现状与存在的问题,以学生的个人学习为核心,从教学方式、教学内容、教学程序等方面重新构建了信息素养课程,以促进学生发挥自主学习及协作能力,达到教学目的。     

大学生信息素养及其教育研究综述

本文采用文献调查法,梳理了国内外大学生信息素养及其教育现状,归纳了当前研究的特点,指出未来研究中应重视信息素养政策研究、信息通晓研究及加强研究的具体性、可操作性。     

Ice Cream Seminars for Graduate Students: Imparting Chemical Information Literacy

SUMMARY

This article provides information on a chemical information literacy program designed primarily for new graduate students. The full implementation of this program is discussed, including defining its purpose, topics covered, content presented, methods of marketing, and evaluation. The result is a series of voluntary seminars given biweekly throughout the academic year. Seminars are based either around a particular resource or database or are centered on a topical problem that may be addressed using multiple resources. Evaluations show that graduate students are pleased with the seminars, including content covered and the format. Areas for future development and experimentation are also suggested.     

澳大利亚的大学信息素养教育进展

采用文献调研法和网络调查法,梳理了澳大利亚信息素养教育发展历程。然后以联合国教科文组织《信息素养国际发展报告》为线索,调查分析了澳大利亚部分高校信息素养教育在线课程的现状和特点,归纳了三种评估模式。     

Information Literacy Programs

Summary

With the rapid advances in information technology, the proliferation of information resources and formats, and the increasing complexities of access and evaluation, libraries recognize the necessity for a dynamic information literacy program that will address the needs of all categories of users. University faculty constitute one group of users to which the systemic college library increasingly endeavors to extend and market its services and programs, including its information literacy training workshops. A consideration of this library/classroom faculty relationship in the context of the adult education literature, as well as successful models that have been employed in this effort, provide insight on ways in which the library can successfully accomplish its information literacy training objectives among this group.     

Wake up Information Literacy Instruction: Ideas for Student Engagement

In this article, three librarians from Santa Fe College, the community college winner of the 2015 ACRL Excellence in Academic Libraries Award, share their successful work in information literacy instruction. While the ACRL award is given for overall achievement, this article focuses upon their creative and varied approaches to instruction, incorporating a wide blend of strategies to reach students across the college. Beginning with targeted approaches to virtual instruction, including broad use of the flipped classroom model, and building in active learning techniques, the librarians at Santa Fe College have built an instruction program that could serve as a model to community college libraries across the country.

图书馆"在线信息素养课程"构建与实现

在广泛调研国内外高校图书馆在线信息素养教育内容和形式的基础上,分析了我国高校信息素质教育目前存在的一些问题,提出构建集成化、开放式的图书馆"在线信息素养课程"建议,并从教学内容的整体构架、教学模式、模块内容、学习效果测试和反馈方面展开探讨.     

信息素养个性化自主学习平台基本问题探讨

[目的/意义] 信息素养存在个体差异,当代大学生更倾向于“个性化、交互式、任务参与型甚至自主的学习”;信息素养个性化自主学习平台可为广大学生的差异化需求和持续进步提供解决方案。[方法/过程] 从自主学习需要的要素出发,分析“分学科、分阶段、分等级”模块化知识组织、信息素养评估、自主学习过程行为模式、信息素养提升影响因素和依赖路径、学习资源的个性化推荐等6个要素,据此定义平台系统架构和运行规则,并提炼出信息素养自主学习平台需要突破的3个技术难点：信息素养评估、信息素养提升的依赖路径、个性化推荐算法。[结果/结论] 研究结果表明,信息素养个性化自主学习平台不仅仅需要解决资源和用户行为相匹配问题,还需要具备“面向更高一级信息素养水平而推荐学习资源和学习策略”的能力。     

香港高校医学图书馆的信息素养教育

由于信息量的急剧膨涨和信息类型的多样性,检索、评价和有效利用信息的能力变得日益复杂,也越来越重要,信息素养成为终身学习的重要基础。随着医学教育模式由传统的教授向基于问题的学习(Problem-BasedLearning)模式转变以及循证医学的发展,信息素养教育与医学教育也密不可分。香港大学、香港中文大学和香港浸会大学医学图书馆根据医学教育的需求开展了多层次的信息素养教育,积累了丰富的经验,形成了由浅入深、由普遍到个性化的特色,并且将信息道德教育贯穿始终。     

Theme-Based Information Literacy Instruction

Theme-based library and information literacy instruction offers an innovative, challenging, and timely approach to teaching credit library courses. This mode of instruction creates a learning environment that enhances student engagement and expands the teaching repertoire of library instruction faculty. Two practical examples of this methodology are discussed.
