根据期刊影响因子的定义,分析了影响期刊影响因子的相关因素。然后基于时间和专业因素对影响因子的影响,利用新兴学科的期刊文献引用量在一段较长时间内呈现短期内快速增长并到达一个顶峰、之后呈现逐年下降趋势的特点,建立了期刊发行期内基于W eibu ll分布的扩展影响因子模型。最后结合R因子和两年期刊影响因子对JCR中的8种生物类期刊进行了实证研究。  相似文献

In this paper we are concerned with the problems of (1) tracking or estimating the unknown, time-varying instantaneous frequency (IF) of a chirp signal from a multi-component signal (we assume our multi-component signal to be formed of additive chirp signals, disjoint in the time–frequency domain, and Gaussian noise) and (2) reconstructing a specific chirp signal based on the estimate of its IF found at (1). The algorithm we developed is based on a previously proposed method adapted now for the case of multi-component signals. It combines an adaptive smoothing procedure with a noise resistant Fourier filter to generate an algorithm with an extremely fine frequency resolution. The method is non-parametric, that is, we assume no prior knowledge about the form of the time-varying IF of the chirp or about the chirp itself. We demonstrate how the method works on simulated data and compare its performance to other presently used procedures.  相似文献

针对几类重要的随机非线性系统, 提出了一些新的概念,发展了一些基本分析工具, 研究了几类控制器的设计问题. 主要成果包括:(1) 针对一类部分动态不可量测的非线性随机系统,引入了随机输入状态稳定(SISS)的概念, 借助于分析概率理论,发展了随机系统改变能量函数方法, 成功地处理了随机微分中的伊藤项,给出了随机非线性串联系统SISS的小增益类条件. (2) 对一类具有SISS随机逆动态的大规模随机非线性系统,给出了分散自适应输出反馈镇定控制器的构造性设计方法. 既解决了实用镇定问题也解决了渐近镇定问题. 在分散控制框架内,给出了处理随机非线性逆动 态的方法. (3) 对一类具有不稳定零动态的随机非线性系统,引入了随机输入状态可镇定的概念,给出了全局输出反馈镇定控制器构造性设计方法. (4) 对一类具有线性增长的不可量测状态的随机非线性系统,针对方差未知的噪声和一般随机输入,引入了广义随机输入状态稳定(GSISS)的概念,分别给出了随机干扰抑制和渐近镇定的输出反馈控制器的构造性设计方法.(5) 对一般的时滞随机非线性系统, 给出了解存在唯一的判定条件,引入了依概率全局(渐近)稳定的概念及相应的判定准则,丰富了随机时滞非线性系统的控制器设计理论. 对一类不确定随机时变时滞系统,构造性地设计出了自适应输出反馈镇定控制器.  相似文献

The problem of designing robust systems for the detection of stochastic signals in noise is considered for the large-sample-size, small-signal case. By applying two previously-established models for the detection of stochastic signals, known results for the robust detection of deterministic signals are extended on a limited basis to the stochastic- signal case. The proposed detectors are seen to be robust over a class of possible noise statistics, based on a Huber-Tukey mixture model, which contains noises characterized by heavy-tailed probability density functions. In addition, numerical results are presented which verify the robustness property of the proposed detectors over wider classes of noise mixtures.  相似文献

以Web of Science(WOS)数据库JCR中的眼科学期刊(OPHTHALMOLOGY)为研究对象,采用SPSS21.0统计学软件比较基于Scopus数据库的评价指标SNIP、SJR、H指数与JCR收录期刊的IF之间的相关性,从而分析Scopus数据库、WOS数据库评价期刊是否存在一致性,SNIP和IF(JCR)评价眼科学期刊是否有差异性。结果显示,期刊评价指标SJR、SNIP、H指数、IF(JCR)之间显著相关,由此说明Scopus数据库评价期刊是可行的,两种数据库评价期刊一致性较好;在眼科学领域,Scopus数据库中SNIP指标与IF(JCR)存在一定的差异性,经统计学分析显示差异不显著。  相似文献

In this paper, the problems of stochastic finite-time stability and stabilization of discrete-time positive Markov jump systems are investigated. To deal with time-varying delays and switching transition probability (STP), stochastic finite-time stability conditions are established under mode-dependent average dwell time (MDADT) switching signal by developing a stochastic copositive Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach. Then a dual-mode dependent output feedback controller is designed, thus stochastic finite-time stabilization is achieved based on linear programming technique. This paper is devoted to investigate the designs of the event-based distributed state estimation and fault detection of the nonlinear stochastic systems over wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The nonlinear stochastic systems as well as the filters corresponding to the multiple sensors are represented by interval type-2 Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy models. (1) A new type of fuzzy distributed filters based on event-triggered mechanism is established corresponding to the nodes of the WSN. (2) The overall stability and performance, that is mean-square asymptotic stability in H sense, of the event-driven fault detection system is analyzed based on Lyapunov stability theory. (3) New techniques are developed to cope with the problem of parametric matrix decoupling for solving the distributed filter gains. (4) Finally, the desired event-based distributed filter matrices are designed subject to the numbers of the fuzzy rules and a series of matrix inequalities. A simulation case is detailed to show the effectiveness of the presented event-based distributed fault detection filtering scheme.  相似文献

The purpose of fault diagnosis of stochastic distribution control (SDC) systems is to use the measured input and the system output probability density functions (PDFs) to obtain the fault information of the SDC system. When the target PDF is known, the purpose of fault tolerant control of stochastic distribution control system is to make the output PDF still track the given distribution using the fault tolerant controller. However, in practice, time delay may exist in the data (or image) processing, the modeling and transmission phases. When time delay is not considered, the effectiveness of the fault detection, diagnosis and fault tolerant control of stochastic distribution systems will be reduced. In this paper, the rational square-root B-spline is used to approach the output probability density function. In order to diagnose the fault in the dynamic part of such systems, it is then followed by the novel design of a nonlinear neural network observer-based fault diagnosis algorithm. The time delay term will be deleted in the stability proof of the observation error dynamic system. Based on the fault diagnosis information, a new fault tolerant controller based on PI tracking control is designed to make the post-fault probability density function still track the given distribution, which is dependent of the time delay term. Finally, simulations for the particle distribution control problem are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of stochastic stability and stabilization of stochastic Markovian jump delay systems (SMJDSs) based on LaSalle theorem. The time delays are assumed to be time-varying and numerous stochastic disturbances are considered. Attention is focused on the design of the mode-dependent state feedback controller for SMJDSs based on LaSalle theorem such that the closed-loop SMJDSs are almost surely asymptotically stable. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of the state feedback control problem are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). When the LMIs are feasible, the desired state feedback controller is also given. Two numerical examples including the vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) helicopter system are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the method proposed in this paper  相似文献

This paper investigates the output feedback control for a class of stochastic nonlinear time delay systems based on dynamic gain technique. The nonlinear terms of the stochastic system satisfy linear growth condition on unmeasured state variables with the output dependent incremental rate, which makes the studied time delay stochastic system more general than the exiting results. Firstly, the full order dynamic gain observer is constructed. Then, the linear-like controller is designed without using recursive design method. Next, the stability analysis is given and a useful corollary is obtained. Finally, a simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a hybrid triple delayed prey predator bioeconomic system with prey refuge and Lévy jumps is established, where both maturation delay for prey and predator population and gestation delay for predator population are considered. For deterministic system, positivity and uniform permanence of solution are discussed. Local stability of deterministic system around interior equilibrium is investigated due to variations of triple time delays. For stochastic system without time delay, sufficient conditions for stochastically ultimate boundedness and stochastic permanence are discussed. Existence of stochastic Hopf bifurcation and stochastic stability are investigated. For stochastic system with triple time delays, existence and uniqueness of global positive solution are studied. Finally, combined dynamic effects of triple time delays and Lévy jumps on the hybrid stochastic system are discussed by constructing appropriate Lyapunov functions. We generated networks of journal relationships from citation and download data, and determined journal impact rankings from these networks using a set of social network centrality metrics. The resulting journal impact rankings were compared to the ISI IF. Results indicate that, although social network metrics and ISI IF rankings deviate moderately for citation-based journal networks, they differ considerably for journal networks derived from download data. We believe the results represent a unique aspect of general journal impact that is not captured by the ISI IF. These results furthermore raise questions regarding the validity of the ISI IF as the sole assessment of journal impact, and suggest the possibility of devising impact metrics based on usage information in general.  相似文献

This paper investigates sliding mode control of stochastic singular Markovian jump systems with nonlinearity. The unmatched nonlinearity satisfies one-sided Lipschitz condition and quadratically inner-boundedness. In term of a new technical variable transformation, sufficient conditions are developed for nonlinear stochastic singular Markovian jump systems constrained on sliding manifold to guarantee stochastic admissibility and uniqueness of solution based on implicit function theorem. The sliding mode control law by which the trajectories of system can be compelled to the predefined sliding surface in finite time no matter what initial state value is, is synthesized. The derivative singular matrix is fully considered in the whole design process such that the derived conditions can be checked easily.The technical treatment of the nonlinear matrix term avoids the classification discussion of sliding mode controller design. Convex optimization problems subject to linear matrix inequalities are formulated to optimize the desired indexes of interest. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated by a numerical example and a practical example.  相似文献

Effective knowledge management in a knowledge-intensive environment can place heavy demands on the information filtering (IF) strategies used to model workers’ long-term task-needs. Because of the growing complexity of knowledge-intensive work tasks, a profiling technique is needed to deliver task-relevant documents to workers. In this study, we propose an IF technique with task-stage identification that provides effective codification-based support throughout the execution of a task. Task-needs pattern similarity analysis based on a correlation value is used to identify a worker’s task-stage (the pre-focus, focus formulation, or post-focus task-stage). The identified task-stage is then incorporated into a profile adaptation process to generate the worker’s current task profile. The results of a pilot study conducted in a research institute confirm that there is a low or negative correlation between search sessions and transactions in the pre-focus task-stage, whereas there is at least a moderate correlation between search sessions/transactions in the post-focus stage. Compared with the traditional IF technique, the proposed IF technique with task-stage identification achieves, on average, a 19.49% improvement in task-relevant document support. The results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method for knowledge-intensive work tasks.  相似文献

A new solution of networked control systems with bandwidth constraints is proposed in this paper. First, at the smart sensor side, a new stochastic communication logic scheduling strategy is designed based on a Poisson Process with time-dependent intensity. Under this strategy, the system only needs a finite-time state update. Hence the quantity of transmission of message is reduced. With the proof that the stochastic communication logic is essentially a Markov chain, the NCS is modeled as a jump system and the necessary and sufficient condition of stability for the state feedback system is presented as well. With the proposed stochastic communication logic, based on the update time, the controller is given in terms of a LMI. The simulation result shows that the scheduling strategy can decrease the network traffic, while the controller can guarantee certain good system performance.  相似文献

For many applications in signal detection, imprecise knowledge of the underlying noise process often makes desirable the employment of a robust detector. In this paper we consider the discrete time detection of stochastic signals in white noise, where the univariate noise density is known perfectly only on an interval about the origin. We present a method to enhance the asymptotic performance of the detector by exploiting this knowledge, and at the same time preserve robustness properties of the detector to the remaining inexact knowledge of the univariate noise density via a saddlepoint condition. We then provide examples to show that improved performance is indeed obtained.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the quantitative mean square exponential stability and stabilization for stochastic systems with Markovian switching. First, the concept of quantitative mean square exponential stability(QMSES) is introduced, and two stability criteria are derived. Then, based on an auxiliary definition of general finite-time mean square stability(GFTMSS), the relations among QMSES, GFTMSS and finite time stochastic stability (FTSS) are obtained. Subsequently, QMSE-stabilization is investigated and several new sufficient conditions for the existence of the state and observer-based controllers are provided by means of linear matrix inequalities. An algorithm is given to achieve the relation between the minimum states’ upper bound and the states’ decay velocity. Finally, a numerical example is utilized to show the merit of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper investigates a stochastic impulsive coupling protocol for synchronization of linear dynamical networks based on discrete-time sampled-data. The convergence of the networks under the proposed protocol is discussed, and some sufficient conditions are showed to guarantee almost sure exponential synchronization. Moreover, this coupling protocol with a pinning control scheme is developed to lead the state of all nodes to almost sure exponentially converge to a virtual synchronization target. It is shown that the almost sure exponential synchronization can be achieved by only interacting based on the stochastic feedback information at discrete-time instants. Some numerical examples are finally provided to present the effectiveness of the proposed stochastic coupling protocols.  相似文献
