“新农村建设进程中远程职业教育发展研究”从和谐社会构建与新农村发展的高度,着眼于现代远程教育与职业教育发展的新的理论前沿,应用发展的观点、创新性思维,理论研究与实证研究、综合研究与个案研究相结合,在对河南农村远程职业教育发展现状进行分析的基础上,指出现阶段河南农村职业教育存在的问题。并通过对比国际远程教育与国际农村职业教育发展,提出了基于河南省情的农村远程职业教育发展的价值取向、政策选择与发展策略。

以党的二十大精神为指引,职业院校助力农村职业教育发展需要探索质量新内涵与实践路径。基于对47所学校服务农村职业教育发展的行动研究,从群体关切、目标追求、价值取向、实现维度、创新逻辑五个方面归纳职业院校赋能农村职业教育高质量发展的新内涵。认识困境、规划困境、效能困境是阻碍职业院校与农业农村现代化相互促进的主要约束,因此,应着眼高质量发展,构建数字化人才培养模式、亲农型质量评价体系、点群式校地职教联盟、集团化县域产教综合体,促进农村职业教育进入高质量发展轨道。     

乡村振兴战略背景下农村职业教育价值取向的重塑与实现路径

在工业化、城镇化的冲击下,我国农村职业教育“离农”倾向较为严重,出现了一定程度的价值取向异化问题,由此导致农村职业教育忽视农村本土人才培养,职业教育的地域性和职业性日渐丧失。在乡村振兴背景下,我国农村职业教育价值取向应该予以重塑,将服务“三农”作为办学目标,将促进“农业强、农村美、农民富”作为办学价值取向。为实现价值取向重塑,农村职业教育需要从管理体制、经费保障体系、服务辐射范围、人才培养体系等方面进行改革,确保价值取向重塑得以实现。     

中国共产党百年农村职业教育价值取向的实践探索与基本特征

中国共产党成立百年来,对农村职业教育价值取向的选择不断向着更加合理化、科学化的方向发展.结合相关政策文本以及重要历史事件的回顾,建党百年来农村职业教育价值取向的变迁经历了面向农民生产生活技能习得为主的时期(1921-1934年)、面向农村革命战争为主的时期(1934-1949年)、面向农村农业发展为主的时期(1949-1978年)、面向农村经济发展为主的时期(1978-2000年)、面向农民综合发展为主的时期(2000年至今)五个阶段,体现了农村职业教育主体价值取向从国家主体向多元主体转变、教育价值内容的选择从制度层面向兼顾物质与精神层面转变、教育目的 的价值取向以"为农"为主的特征.当然,在全面乡村振兴背景下,农村职业教育价值取向在主体上要更加强调"以人为本",在内容上要注重农民可持续发展能力,在目的 上要始终坚持"为农".     

共生视域下农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴的现实挑战与实践进路

职业教育作为与经济社会联系最为紧密的类型教育,能够依靠其教育性、经济性、职业性等基本属性散发教育能量,赋能乡村社会发展。在共生视域下,农村职业教育的能量供给与乡村振兴的现实需求之间仍旧存在矛盾：共生单元价值取向对立,农村职业教育陷入角色冲突;多元主体之间的质参量非兼容,共生模式失范;物质与生态双重共生环境缺失,农村职业教育人才成长土壤贫瘠。对此,提出共生视域下农村职业教育赋能乡村振兴的实践进路：统筹共生单元的价值取向,厘清农村职业教育的角色定位;提升多元主体之间的质参量兼容度,优化共生模式;营造优良共生环境,培育农村职业教育人才成长土壤。     

技术发展视野中的职业教育课程价值取向

人类历史上每一次重大的教育变革无不与技术革命有关。当今技术发展呈现的信息化、人性化、智能化、综合化等特征将对职业教育及其课程的价值取向产生直接和深远的影响。克服职业教育课程价值的种种错位取向,坚持人文引领的个体综合能力协调发展取向。
