强化高职护理专业校内实践性教学的实践与探讨-以岳阳职业技术学院护理学院为例

护理实践教学是护理教育最重要的组成部分,校内实践性教学是技能型人才培养的关键环节。高职院校结合教学实际状况,采用加大实训硬件环境建设的投入、加强实践教学教师的培养、实训室全天对学生开放、开展专业技能竞赛、对学生进行操作技能考核与评价等措施,可使学生实践操作技能和综合素质有效的提高。     

中职护理教师临床实践存在的主要问题及应对措施

通过对中职护理专职教师参与临床实践的必要性、临床实践对教学质量的影响、现阶段临床实践存在的主要问题以及相关的应对措施进行相应论述,使中职护理教师能更好地参与临床实践,提高中职护理教师临床实践的质量,从而提高教学水平,提升教师素质。

概念式教学结合柯氏评估模型在《基础护理学》理论教学中的运用可以有效提高教学质量,提高同学们的课堂参与度及学习兴趣,最终有效促进理论与实践的结合,提升护生的护理技能水平,提高学生的岗位胜任能力。     

Diversity project: mapping of diversity teaching and learning in nurse education curriculum

Diversity and inclusivity in higher education and health care have gained prominence in recent years and this means that institutions’ educational programmes need to incorporate teaching and learning that is responsive to diversity. This paper reports findings from a diversity teaching and learning mapping project. The aim of the mapping project was to map out when and how the various themes on diversity in all course curricula are addressed in a university’s School of Nursing. The project adopted the following methodologies: documentary reviews of curriculum documents, handbooks and timetables, followed by qualitative interviews with module leaders and teachers. The documentary reviews provided a map of where diversity teaching and learning tended to occur and the interviews yielded six major themes central to diversity: definition, importance, confidence, challenges, resources and future implications.

The results suggest that mapping does provide an important way of comparing courses and highlighting aspects which need attention. The results provide directions for curriculum development teams to ensure that diversity issues are transparently addressed in all courses in the School of Nursing. Furthermore, the insights derived from the findings steered the project team to develop Web CT resources on some of the diversity themes such as an introduction to diversity and inclusivity, spirituality, ethnicity and diversity. Plans are in place to develop further diversity teaching and learning resources in the light of findings which will be used in staff development programmes.

护理技能竞赛选手选拔方式探讨

目的:提高职业学校护理技能竞赛的训练水平并取得好的竞赛成绩;方法:总结某职业学校参加护理技能大赛选手选拔的具体流程及方法;研究方法:科学组织管理,宣传动员、理论考试、面试选拔及操作技能选拔;结论:2017年中高职代表队参加全省护理技能大赛,分别取得团体一、二等奖。     

研究生学术道德评价量表的编制及应用

结合研究生学术道德的内涵和所包含的具体内容,采用开放式问卷和专家评价相结合的方法获得问卷题目,编制了包含正确的学术道德认知、健康的学术道德情感、坚强的学术道德意志、端正的学术道德行为四个维度的量表。通过对185个样本进行因素分析,发现本量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以初步作为研究生学术道德评价的工具。     

Widening participation in nursing through progression agreements between a university and two further education colleges: a case study

The School of Nursing, part of the Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences within Kingston University/St George's, University of London, has undertaken a number of initiatives to address the widening participation agenda. The student life‐cycle underpins the framework for the university's widening participation strategy and activities. This article provides a case study of the development and implementation of one such initiative, a Progression Agreement project between the School of Nursing and two colleges of further education (FE). The FE colleges provide Access to Nursing/Access to Health and Social Care Professions courses and the university, in partnership with these colleges, has drawn up Progression Agreements to enable successful completers of these access courses to be admitted onto nursing programmes at the university. The article explores the policy issues and literature related to widening participation, how these influenced the development of Progression Agreements, the evaluation of these initiatives and how Progression Agreements have contributed to changes in admission processes for nursing programmes in the university.

目的:了解护理技能综合模拟自学系统的用户需求。方法:采用问卷调查护理技能模拟自学系统的学生需求,面谈收集教师、实验室、管理员需求。结果:学生在线答题等,教师成绩管理等,实验室管理实验室在线预约等,系统管理员分班分组等需求较突出。结论:充分调研需求开发护理技能综合模拟自学系统,可以提高技能教学效率。

综述我国居民对H7N9型禽流感认知与应对现状以及政府干预现状,分析其存在的不足,做出提高我国居民对H7N9型禽流感认知与应对能力和政府干预水平的对策思考,即"三位一体"模式普及居民H7N9相关知识;优化政府危机管理模式,建立健全应急机制;严格控制媒体信息准入,提高媒体人社会责任感。     

从批判性社会理论看护理教育的国际合作

美国佩斯(Pace)大学护理学院助教授Ekstron DN博士和副研究员Sigurdsson HO博士在美国护理教育杂志(J．Nursing Education 2002,41(7)：289-294)上著文,论述了该校实施国际交流项目的初步经验,该文根据批判性社会理论,指出了在项目实施过程中所遇到了障碍和限制,特别是政治和经济对沟通和理解互动的影响。

Maximizing the Use of Pre‐existing Assessment Results for Improvement in Higher Education

Traditionally, assessment data have primarily been used to report program outcomes for accrediting bodies. Unfortunately these valuable data have been under‐utilized in curricular development and individual student enrichment. This paper will demonstrate how pre‐existing assessment tools and outcomes have been used to enhance the quality of a baccalaureate nursing program in an effort to improve student performance. With mandatory licensure being a primary force that energizes the expansion of continuous quality improvement, the Tennessee Technological University (TTU) School of Nursing developed an investigative study to determine predictors for the licensure exam success. As a result, data have been collected that has positively influenced the direction of the nursing program. These specific outcomes and the process by which they were achieved will be addressed in this paper. The TTU School of Nursing serves as an example of how utilizing pre‐existing assessment tools and results can enhance both student and curricular development.

目的：介绍弹性钛制髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的护理方法。方法：通过对43例弹性钛制髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的护理。结果：43例皆获骨性愈合,优良率为100％。结论：该方法是一种损伤小、对骨折处生理影响小、住院时间短、易于护理、并发症少的手术,同时做好手术前后护理、术后康复训练是患儿全面恢复的重要保证。
