福建省幼儿教师职业倦怠现状的调查研究

教师是职业倦怠的高发人群。在我国,职业倦怠已经成为教师行为失范的主要原因之一。以福建省的幼儿教师为被试,采用问卷调查的方法考查研究福建省幼儿教师的职业倦怠及影响因素。研究表明：幼儿教师的职业倦怠现象并不十分严重,但已经普遍存在,与教师是职业倦怠的多发群体这一推理一致;幼儿教师的职业倦怠虽不严重,但情绪衰竭较严重;幼儿教师的职业倦怠是一个上下波动的过程。     

高校教师工作家庭冲突与职业倦怠的关系研究——以河南大学为例

考察高校教师工作家庭冲突与职业倦怠两者间的关系,为预防和减少高校教师职业倦怠提供依据。采用工作家庭冲突问卷和职业倦怠量表对525名高校教师进行问卷调查,结果显示不同性别的高校教师在职业倦怠和工作家庭冲突上存在显著差异,职业倦怠总分与工作家庭冲突各维度存在显著的正相关,进一步回归分析显示,工作家庭冲突对职业倦怠具有一定的预测作用,工作家庭冲突是影响高校教师职业倦怠的一个重要因素。     

中小学教师职业压力与职业倦怠的关系研究

探讨新课程背景下中小学教师职业压力与职业倦怠之间的关系。采用中小学教师职业压力和职业倦怠问卷,对913名初中和小学教师进行调查。调查结果显示,职业压力和职业倦怠存在显著正相关,职业压力对职业倦怠具有一定的预测作用。教师的职业压力越大,职业倦怠越严重,不同来源的职业压力对职业倦怠的3个维度具有不同的预测作用。
