对深入开展信息技术教育的思考

从2000年11月教育部决定在全国中小学校大力开展和普及信息技术教育至今,经过七年的努力。我国中小学校的教育信息化和信息技术教育工作都有了较大的发展,开展信息技术教育的环境和条件也发生了巨大的变化,如何在新的环境条件下推进教育信息化和开展信息技术教育工作,深入分析和认真研究过去在开展信息技术教育工作中存在的问题,进一步明确信息技术教育的功能及其目标任务,对于深化信息技术教育工作必将产生积极的作用。     

现代信息技术对学术期刊信息传播的影响

对出版物与发行量的概念进行讨论，引中出现代信息技术对学术期刊发展的影响。对《中国期刊网》中在福州编辑出版的30种学术期刊被引用情况的调查，表明学术期刊的社会关注度在逐年增加，进而对现代信息技术对学术期刊发展的影响进行了分析与讨论。     

基于现代信息技术的实验室评估

信息技术已融合到高校实验教学过程和实验室管理的各个方面,基于现代信息技术的高校实验室评估研究是实验教学改革与实验室管理的需要。探讨现代信息化环境下的实验室建设、管理和评估的特点,论述了评估指标体系的构成,提出了一套比较合理的实验室合格与水平评估相结合的指标体系,并通过校级实践应用,取得了较好的效果。     

Teaching information technology law

In this paper we discuss an approach to the teaching of information technology law to higher education computing students that attempts to prepare them for professional computing practice. As information technology has become ubiquitous its interactions with the law have become more numerous. Information technology practitioners, and in particular specialists in the newer roles of computer forensic analyst and computer forensic expert witnesses are increasingly affected by the law. In this paper we review the development of the subject of information technology law and consider the issues of design, content and delivery of such modules to undergraduate computing students.

Emerging influences of information technology on school curriculum

Just as information technology has improved effectiveness in medicine, finance, manufacturing, and numerous other sectors of society, advanced computing and telecommunications have the potential to help students master complex 21st-century skills. Research-based curriculum projects are developing examples of technologies that enable online virtual communities of practice using advanced tools to solve realworld problems. Learners engage in guided, reflective inquiry through extended projects that inculcate sophisticated concepts and skills and generate complex products. Pupils act as partners in developing learning experiences and generating knowledge, and students' collaborative construction of meaning is enhanced via different perspectives on shared experiences. Simulation and visualization tools help students recognize patterns, reason qualitatively about physical processes, translate among frames of reference, and envision dynamic models. These curricular approaches improve success for all types of learners and may differentially enhance the performance of at-risk students.     

The impact of information technology on internal communication

This study explored the impact of information technology on internal communication at a tertiary education institution. An employee survey was distributed to determine the current impact of information technology on internal communication, and to explore the possible impact of two further information technology based communication systems. The survey found that despite a preference for face-to-face communication, respondents were better informed, more willing to communicate and exchanged more job-related information since the introduction of e-mail, voice mail and Wordview (policy and academic documents available on the network). The survey explored the possibility of introducing an electronic meeting system with 50% of respondents willing to try such a system. As the majority of respondents spend minimal time travelling and freely give their opinions at meetings, however, it is unlikely that such a system would result in further improvements in internal communication. Survey findings indicate the need for respondents to be better informed about the information available on their computers and how to access the information. The findings also indicate that there may be potential improvements in internal communication if an intranet is established. © 1998 IFIP, published by Chapman & Hall Ltd

Pre-service teachers' views on their information technology education

Abstract

The concern that teachers are being inadequately prepared by their pre-service education to be confident and competent users of information technology remains, despite over a decade of computer availability in education systems. This paper examines the views of 234 pre-service teachers who experienced an information technology component in their teacher education course. It finds that many students have low computer self-efficacy and express negative feelings about information technology. These perceptions are gender and age related. It concludes that the need for information technology competency training remains important, but such programmes need to be specifically tailored to account for the wide range of experiences and attitudes of pre-service teachers.

关于我国信息技术教育的再认识

基于信息冗余的数据完整性保障技术

数据信息是计算机应用系统中最重要的资源，为保障数据完整性，必须重视信息冗余技术使用及其管理问题，信息冗余包括备份和校验两种方法，除了常规的简单复制备份而外，镜像备份是重要的企业级备份技术，高级别的RAID系统中采用镜像备份或校验冗余来确保可靠性，但不同级别的RAID在存储性能和可靠性方面存在差异。备份技术在实际应用中还涉及到系统结构备备策略，方式，介质及管理问题，为有助于澄清目前国人出版物上关于存储保障技术存在的某些混乱看法，本文对备份技术，RAID系统等着重作了深入分析，对镜像与校验信息冗余方法的效率作了比较讨论。     

探讨网络信息的风险与安全防范技术

网络信息给我们的生活带来了很大的方便,但因此而引起的问题也层出不穷.信息窃取、黑客攻击、网络风险等因素造成网络信息大量流失,给个人用户与企业用户造成了巨大的损失.本文以网络信息为重点研究对象,着重分析了网络信息的风险类别、引发因素以及防范措施,最终呼吁我国加强网络信息的法制化建设,共同构建出安全、健康、可靠的网络环境.

比较分析了SaaS软件作为服务模式与传统软件模式的差异,提出并建立了基于SaaS服务模式的企业信息化流程。     

信息技术与电工学课程的融合研究

随着信息技术的发展和普及,信息技术与高等院校课程教学的融合已成为我国教育发展的趋势。探讨了高等院校非电专业基础课程电工学与信息技术融合的实践问题。在分析电工学教学现状的基础上,积极探索信息技术与该课程有效整合的思路和手段,提出了4种教学融合模式,同时指出在融合过程中应避免的误区。
