欧美成人教育的现状、经验及对我国成人教育的启示

我国经济处于深化改革的关键阶段,实用型人才需求量激增,而实用型人才特别是技术型人才的主要培养途径就是成人教育.我国人才教育需求格局的变化,促使成人教育必须进行改革.基于此,针对目前国内成人教育存在的问题,分析欧美国家成人教育发展的现状和成功经验,以期对我国的成人教育发展有所启示.     

区教育局中学教育科的职能和运作

按照广州市城市管理“重心下移，立足基层”的改革思路，海珠区作为老城区的一个试点区，1999年8月接收了辖区内的25所中学，同年9月开始履行管理辖区内中学的职能，区教育局独立设置了中学教育科。本就中学教育科的职能和运作谈些意见。

Not a stale metaphor: the continued relevance of pedagogical content knowledge for science research and education

Recently, theorists have raised concerns that pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) has become “a stale metaphor” that disregards diversity and equity, offers little to help teachers address students’ misconceptions, and portrays knowledge as “in the head” versus in practice. We refute these notions using grounded theory to specify ways one 7th-grade science teacher enacted PCK to advance student learning. With the definition of PCK as knowledge at the intersection of content and teaching, we utilised a framework for science PCK to explore instructional decision-making. Interviews conducted over three years revealed specific ways the teacher enacted PCK by designing and delivering instruction built on each of the seven conceptual science PCK components. The teacher enacted PCK to plan and deliver instruction that was responsive, adaptive, and considerate of changing needs of students and the changing classroom landscape. She infused PCK into instructional decision-making, instructional interactions, and mentoring of a student teacher, modelling the translation of educational theory into practice and habits of mind necessary for expert teaching. This enactment actively refutes Settlage’s critiques, and depicts PCK as a vibrant and effective stance for teaching that enhances learning.     

Becoming a teacher: the thoughts of undergraduates training to work in Primary Education and ideas for their university education

ABSTRACT

What makes a good teacher and what motivates a person to want to teach are timeless questions that concern us all. This study focuses on those who are currently training to become teachers, more specifically undergraduates studying a degree in Primary Education in the universities of Catalonia. It adopts a quantitative methodology based on a self-administered questionnaire conducted with a representative sample. Participants’ open-ended responses are recorded and codified. Three main categories are constructed: personal, authentic teacher; the teacher as story teller; and, the teacher as motivator of learning. Results highlight important differences between these categories, extolling above all the authentic, personal teacher, who leaves a mark thanks to their character and way of being. This, together with other findings, raises various considerations for the university training of future teachers.

芬兰关于青年就业教育与培训的新举措

芬兰在经济发展上取得了举世瞩目的成就,但青年失业问题仍是困扰政府的一大难题。2006年3月芬兰政府出台新的教育与培训政策来促进青年人的就业,具体内容包括:开展青年实训场活动、设置专门的机构支持青年就业、在经费上给予支持等。

适应当前科技的飞速发展，成人短期培训活动越来越多，短期培训的课程开发地位越来越重要。根据国内外对成人短期培训课程开发的研究，利用关键因素模式法（CEM—Critical Events Model）设计成人短期培训课程，目的性强，简洁适用，效果比较明显。本将研究这种方法在培训中的应用。

欧盟是一个区域性的国际组织，十分重视地区间的教育交流与合作，欧盟学校质量指标计划就是当下为世界所关注的合作项目之一。文章以《欧盟学校教育质量报告——16项质量指标》为蓝本，阐述了欧盟学校教育质量指标的提出背景、制定目的、指标结构与标准、指标特点及对我国开发教育指标的启示。

浅谈成人高校学生思想政治教育的内容与方法

根据当前成人高校学生的思想状况和特点,由于部分学生在价值判断和选择上存有“关心与淡漠相容,希望与困惑并存,进取与彷徨相伴,认同与失落交错” 的不稳定心态。因此在新的历史条件下,必需更加重视德育,开展有针对性的有说服力的思想政治工作。     

大力发展职业教育 加快培养高技能人才——国务院召开全国职业教育工作会议并颁发《国务院关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》

全国职业教育工作会议11月7日在北京召开。中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理温家宝在会上发表重要讲话。他强调，当前我国就业和经济发展正面临着两个大的变化，社会劳动力就业需要加强技能培训，产业结构优化升级需要培养更多的高级技工，因此，需要大力发展职业教育。做好这项工作，对于把巨大的人口压力转化为人力资源优势，使我国经济建设切实转到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来，具有重大意义。
