 本文对中国鹅观草属Roegneria进行了分类修订,提出了一个新的分类系统。新系统包括19个新组合或新等级,并按照颖分组、芒分系的原则确认了中国该属植物4组、18系、79种、22变种,其中包括7新系、5新种和1新变种。此外,一些类群的省级分布新记录也在本文作了报道。  相似文献

用聚类分析和主成分分析研究了国产萱草属11个类群的分类。结果发现这些类群形成4簇。第一簇:北黄花菜、黄花菜、小黄花菜和多花萱草。第二簇:小萱草和大苞萱草。第三簇:折叶萱草,西南萱草和矮萱草。第四簇:萱草及其三倍体类型。各簇都有其区别特征。讨论了簇内各类群之间的亲缘关系及属下分组问题。  相似文献

 本文报道了仲彬草属2个种和鹅观草属3个种的核型,其核型均为首次报道。结果如下: Roegneria nutans,2n=4x=28=26m+2sm;R.abolinii,2n=4x=28=24m+4sm.R.aristiglumis, 2n=6x=42=32m+1Osm(2sat);Kengyilia tahelacana,2n=6x=42=36m(2sat)+6sm(2sat);K. zhoasuensis,2n=6x=42=34m(4sat)+8sm.根据核型特征,K.tahelacana和K.zhoasuensis两个六位体种归入K.engyilia属是正确的。  相似文献

用数量分类技术比较研究了国产萱草属植物的核型。所研究的分类群是:Hemerocallis citrina, H.dumortieri,H.esculenta,H.forrestii,二倍体和三倍体H.fulva,H.lilioasphodelus,H.mid- dendorffii,H.minor,H.multiflora,H.plicata。结果表明,物种形成已发生在染色体水平,染色体 变异与形态变异基本一致。结果支持将H.citrina和H.minor作为H.lilioasphodelus的亚种,H. esculenta作为H.dumortieri的变种。结果不支持将H.middendorffii作为H.dumortieri的变种,也 没有发现H.multiflora与H.plicata密切相关的证据。  相似文献

稻属(Oryza L.是禾本科中重要的植物类群,该属含20余种,广泛分布于全球热带和亚热带地区。未来水稻育种的重大突破还将有赖于对稻属基因库中丰富种质资源,特别是野生稻资源的利用和开发。由于稻属植物在农业生产中的重要作用,引起了众多的植物分类学家、遗传学家、育种学家和分子生物学家的广泛研究。稻属自Linnaeus于1753年建立以来的200多年中,无论在物种的数量和分类系统上都产生了很大的变化。多位学者对稻属的属以下等级和种间的分类都做了详细的工作,对稻属现代分类系统的建立起到了重要的作用。Roschevicz(1931)对稻属全面深入的研究为后来的稻属系统分类奠定了基础。Sharma &; Shastry (1965) 建立的稻属分类系统在很大程度上受了 Roschevicz(1931)工作的影响,对属以下种以上的分类等级也处理得较合理,但是他们对稻属的分类定义较为广泛,包括了好几个如今已不放在稻属的物种。Vaughan(1989)对全球的稻属标本进行了较为全面的查证和研究,他建立的稻属系统不仅在属的界定上更为合理,而且对稻属中各物种的形态变异、地理分布和种间的关系,都有更清楚的描述。遗憾的是,Vaughan (1989)采用的属下等级——“复合体”(complex),不符合国际植物命名法规(ICBN)的规定。Lu(1999)在对前人大量工作的基础上,结合现代对稻属的研究成果并包括了近年来发表的一些新种,建立了稻属3组7系24种的分类系统。本文结合最新的研究成果对稻属作了进一步的修订,列出了以形态特征为基础的分种检索表,并对稻属分类中仍存在的一些问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

本文利用湖北樟属植物13号精油的气相色谱/质谱/电子计算机联用分析的结果,从 已鉴定出的108个化学成分中,筛选出30个主要成分,综合各种植物的17个主要形态特征,进行数量分类研究。数学分析结果揭示了樟属各种性状变化的规律性,尤其是形态特征 与化学成分之间的相关性。乙酸龙脑酯、反式-甲基异丁香酚和芳樟醇等重要香精原料的含 量,与某些形态特征的变化密切相关,罗勒烯可能是樟属分组的特征性成分。本文还在聚类 分析的基础上,进一步探讨了分类群的划分,并根据精油成分在不同种和同种不同类型中的 分布及含量,参照各分类群之间的相关系数,对其演化关系作出了推论。湖北樟属植物可能起源于我国西南的黄樟樟脑型,而芳樟和黄樟芳樟醇型则是最进化的类群。  相似文献

通过华山新麦草(2n=14,NN)和鹅观草属的两个种(纤毛鹅观草(2n=28 SY)和鹅观 草(2n=42 SHY))属间杂交,两个组合均得到生长健壮的植株。杂种F1形态上均为双亲的中 间型。纤毛鹅观草×华山新麦草和鹅观草×华山新麦草杂种F1染色体配对构型分别为: 20.73I+0.318II,24.80I+1.57II+0.012III。后期I均出现多极分离。  两个组合均发现减数 分裂过程异常现象。两个组合染色体配对频率表明,华山新麦草的N染色体组同鹅观草属的S、Y或H染色体组间存在很小的部分同源性,它们间的亲缘关系甚远。  相似文献

在野外实地观察和标本整理的基础上,检查了羌活属各个分类群的分类问题,考证了它们的名 称。通过性状分析,主要以小总苞片的形状及其相关特征作为属下分类的依据,将卵叶羌活N.oviforme 改隶于宽叶羌活之下作为亚种处理,支持张盍曾在1975年将 N.franchetii  与N.forbesii合并为1种。如 此,该属共5种,其中1种含1亚种。描述了两个新组,对属的特征和地理分布作了补充。近年该属新增加2种,因此分种检索表也作了相应的修改。  相似文献

以浙江省薯蓣科全部植物——薯蓣属17种和1变种为18个分类单位,以形态为主兼顾组织结构、化学成分及地理分布,列出72项性状,对这些植物进行了数量分类。用最短距离法、最长距离法、中间距离法甲、中间距离法乙、重心法、类平均法以及离差平方和法的系统聚 类,探索了这些植物彼此间的亲缘关系,认为以前对它们的经典分类处理基本合理。由于”薯莨”性状明显特殊,建议成立新组——薯莨组。  相似文献

The classical and numerical taxonomy, palynology and the geographical dis- tribution of the Genus Schizopepon are dealt with in the present paper.  Having comme- nted on various opinions regarding the systematic position of the genus, the present au- thors consider that C. Jeffrey’s treatment of Schizopepon as a new and monogeneric tri- be, Schizopeponeae, should be supported.      The gross morphological characters in the genus are assessed from the taxonomic point of view.  Some characters, such as stamens with an elongated connective or not, different insertions of ovules and various forms of ovaries and fruits, may be used for distinguishing subgenera.      The pollen grains of all the species were observed under light microscope (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).  The results show that a strong differentiation has taken place in the pollen of the genus, and in consequence it may be regarded as an important basis for dividing subgenera and species. Especially it should be pointed out that degrees of development of colpi and positions of ora are positively correlated with the external characters used for distinguishing subgenera.      According to the morphological and palynological characters, the genus Schizopepon may be divided into three subgenera and eight species: 1. Subgenus Schizopepon: 5 spe- cies, S. bryoniaefolius Maxim., S. monoicus A. M. Lu et Z. Y. Zhang, S. dioicus Cogn., S. longipes Gagnep. and S. macranthus Hand.-Mazz.; 2. Subgenus Rhynchocarpos A. M. Lu et Z. Y. Zhang: 1 species, S. bomiensis A. M. Lu et Z. Y. Zhang; 3. Subgenus Neoschi- zopepon A. M. Lu et Z. Y. Zhang: 2 species, S. bicirrhosus (C. B. Clarke) C. Jeffrey and S. xizangensis A. M. Lu et Z. Y. Zhang.      The 8 OTU’s including all the species of this genus and 31 characters, of which 16 are morphological characters and 15 palynological characters, were used in the numerical taxonomic treatment.  After standardization of characters, the correlation and distance matrices were computed.  The correlation matrices are made to test the various clustering methods.  At last, the UPGMA clustering method was selected and its result is shown in the form of phenogram.  The result of numerical analysis is similar to that of the classical classification.      Schizopepon Maxim. is a genus of East Asia-Himalayan distribution. China has all 8 species and 2 varieties, of which 6 species are endemic. Based on the statistics of spedies number, the distribution centre of the genus is considered to be in the Hengduan Mountains (Yangtze-Mekong-Salwin water divides) and the adjacent areas of the southwest China.  相似文献

This paper is here presented as a material for a flora of the Chinese grasses.  At the beginning, it chronologically gives a brief historical sketch on the study of the sub- tribe Isachninae.  The category which this group should constitute is here delimited, and its position in the natural system of grass-classification is also discussed.       Secondly it deals with a taxonomic treatment on the genus Isachne which comprises 16 species and 7 varieties in China, amongst which two species (I. hoi and I. hainanensis) and four varieties (I. albens var. glandulifera, I. truncata vars. crispa & maxima, and I. nipponensis var. kiangsiensis) are published here as new to science.  In addition, a new combination, I. hirsuta, (Hook. f.) Keng, f., based upon I. albens var. hirsuta Hook. f., is made here.  The two species (I. ciliatiflora Keng, and  I. tenuis  Keng)  published in Chinese only in the “Flora Illustralis Plantarum Primarum Sinicarum Graimeae 1959”, arehere supplemented with Latin diagnoses for validation.  相似文献

  The pollen grains of Cochlidiosperma (Veronica)  hederifolia and  C.  (Veronica) cymbalaria were examined under SEM and TEM. They differ vastly from those of all the others in Veronica (sensu Elenevskij, 1977, 1978).  The taxonomic relationship be- tween the group and the other Veronica spp. is discussed with respect to both gross morphology and pollen characters.  Justification for the restoration of the genus as a valid taxon is argued and, finally, a number of new combinations are proposed.       The group under consideration was sometimes treated as a separate  genus but more often given different ranks in the genus Veronica, which has been a controversial group as to its concept and subdivision.  No detail discussion has been made before on the relationship between the group and Veronica.  Main purpose of the present mork is to examine pollen morphology and gross morphology of the group and to discussits relationship with Veronica.  相似文献

中国-喜玛拉雅特有属——蓝钟花属的分类修订   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
 Cyananthus Wallich ex Bentham, the only genus of Campanulaceae with superior ovary, is revised to clarify infrageneric relationships and phylogeny of the genus. Evidence obtained from the comparative gross morphology, anatomy, palynology, and karyomorphology recommends a new infrageneric classification of the genus, recognizing 23 species, belonging to two subgenera, four sections and four subsections. One subgenus(Subgen. Micranthus), one section(Sect. Suffruticulosi) and two subsections(Subsect. Flavi and Subsect. Lichiangenses)are described as new taxa. New combinations at sectional(Sect. Annui) and subsectional(Subsect. Stenolobi) ranks are also proposed. The genus Cyananthus is strictly distributed in the high mountains of China(Xizang, Yunnan and Sichuan), extending to Bhutan, Nepal and India(Kumaon-Garhwal, Assam and Sikkim), with altitudinal ranges from 2500~5300 m. It is observed that 13 species are endemic to SW China and only three species are endemic to the Himalayas(two species in Nepal and one to NW India). It is evident that Cyananthus is one of the most primitive genera of Campanulaceae and within the genus, subgenus Cyananthus(Sect. Stenolobi) is more primitive than the subgenus Micranthus. It is also suggested that SW China(most probably Yunnan) is the center of origin of Cyananthus, considering the occurrence of as many as 20 species of Cyananthus, representing several primitive taxa and many endemic species.  相似文献

Herminium is a genus of about 26 species, mainly distributed in the temperate and subtropical regions of Asia and Europe.  Yunnan, Sichuan and Xizang in China are the pre- sent distribution centre as well as differentiation centre of the genus. In the present paper, taxa of Herminium hitherto recorded in China are taxonomically and phytogeographically discussed and revised, and, as a result, 18 species are recongnized, including two newly recorded spe- cies, H. angustilabre King et Pantl. and H. quinquelobum King et Pantl., and 12 species en- demic to China.  A full list of synonyms is given, a key to the species is provided and the distribution areas of all taxa are mapped.  相似文献

In this brief paper a new combination Duthiea brachypodlium (P. Candargy) Keng & Keng f. is here published. Its basionym Triavenopsis brachypodium P. Candargy is found to be left unknown for more than sixty-five years since its publication in 1897-99.
