Inclusion does not yet exist in Flanders, and the realisation of its idea is advancing with difficulty. Three years ago a new curriculum for educational sciences was set up at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, aimed at forming experts in inclusive education at university level. It is expected that students, having undergone this kind of training, will have an open mind and a positive attitude towards inclusive education. Attitudes and beliefs concerning inclusive education play an important part in its implementation. This study intends to assess the attitude of VUB students to inclusion and inclusive education. First-year students (150) were asked to fill in a questionnaire. They all took two introductory courses on inclusive education. The questionnaire appears useful, but needs fine tuning. The belief that attitudes towards inclusion consist of three separate dimensions, as shown by previous research, can no longer be upheld. Students do not really opt for inclusion. They do not oppose inclusion and inclusive education, but they do not advocate it either. This study suggests that inclusive education in Flanders faces an insecure future.  相似文献

With recent increases in the number of students attending universities without a proportional increase in resources, it is likely that there has been a decrease in the quality of life students experience and an increase in the stress they feel. This is of course added to by tuition fees and the need to take out student loans. The writers review research into student stress and highlight the fact that many researchers have noted the need for stress-reduction courses, though this has been a recommendation that has not generally been taken up. A specific stress-reduction programme for school pupils and university students is described. This programme was tested with first-year undergraduates. The students involved all felt that the programme had been valuable. Apart from its clear relevance to the support of university students, this paper raises issues which are of importance to those working with sixth-form students.  相似文献

Past research has considered factors that contribute to students’ attitudes about group projects. Much of this research has focused on the influence of demographic characteristics such as gender, race, and age. This study extends that past research and considers whether participating in group projects potentially changes students’ attitudes about group projects. Surveys were conducted with 85 students, 48 of whom had just completed a group project. Results showed that students who just completed a group project had slightly different attitudes about group projects than those who did not. Attention was also given to the total number of group projects to which students were exposed. Analyses showed that those who were exposed to more group projects held different attitudes about group projects than those who had fewer group projects. Implications are provided.  相似文献

We report the results of two replication studies using attribution theory to analyze personal and interpersonal motivation for collaborative projects. Undergraduate students responded to questionnaires containing hypothetical vignettes depicting success or failure outcomes due to ability or effort for dyads working on a group project. Dependent measures included emotions of shame, anger, pity, guilt, pride, and gratitude, as well as expectations for future success. Following the same procedures as the original study, we used doubly multivariate analyses to test 21 theoretical predictions from attribution theory for emotions and expectations for success. We replicated 17 of 21 results across all three studies and 20 of 21 results in the two replication studies. Results are discussed within the context of attribution theory.  相似文献

本调查运用SCL-90对635名高一学生进行心理测试。结果表明,学生在躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等9个因子上的得分及阳性项目数都高于全国成人常模。女生的忧郁、焦虑和恐怖3个因子分显著高于男生。各类心理问题中,尤以强迫、人际关系敏感突出。这提示高一学生心理健康是个不容忽视的重要问题。  相似文献

目的:调查医学专业大学新生的人格特征,探讨医学专业新生人格培养的方向.方法:使用中国大学生人格量表(CCSPS)对医学专业新生2 430人进行问卷调查.结果:医学专业新生在活跃、爽直、坚韧、严谨、利他、重情、随和7个维度上的t分主要集中在中段;活跃、坚韧、利他、随和4个因素的t分均值低于常模(P<0.001);大城市生源学生活跃、随和分高,农村生源学生严谨、重情分值高(P<0.001);活跃、坚韧、随和3个维度两两之间相关系数>0.4(P<0.001).结论:医学专业大学新生的总体人格特征趋于大众化且存在发展的态势.在进行人格培养时,应重点培养学生积极的人格品质并有针对性地进行个别辅导.  相似文献

团体心理咨询逐渐成为学校心理健康教育的一种有效形式。通过对大学新生和老生的团体心理咨询实践,发现成员在咨询后心理健康状况得到了显著改善,说明该团体方案对大学生有一定的帮助,它给有一定心理困惑的大学生提供一个解决问题的平台。为更好地解决团体活动中表现出来的问题,应灵活运用多种咨询方式,有针对性地设计咨询方案,适当延长时间,扩大咨询对象,更多地引入定性评价,提升指导者素质,以更好地促进学生心理健康。  相似文献

通过采用症状自评量表SCL-90和社会回避及苦恼量表(SAD),对太原大学(专科)的198名学生和山西大学(本科)142名学生进行心理调查,发现太原大学新生存在较多心理问题,大二和大三学生的群体心理状况有所改善,而山西大学大二、大三学生的群体心理状况下降。高职高专院校需要研究社会给学生带来的群体心理问题,帮助学生走出困惑,树立自信心。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper was to determine the effects of deep approaches to learning on the moral reasoning development of 1,457 first-year students across 19 institutions. Results showed a modest positive relationship between our measures of deep approaches to learning and moral reasoning at the end of the first year of college even after controlling for precollege moral reasoning. After accounting for a host of demographic and relevant student characteristics and for the natural clustering of students, we found that the integrative learning subscale, which captures students’ participation in activities designed to integrate information from varied sources and diverse perspectives, positively affected moral reasoning among first-year students. Implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed.  相似文献

为探索策略训练对中外合作办学学生词汇学习的效果,以100名合作办学项目一年级学生为研究对象,进行了为期一学年的词汇策略培训。结果表明:策略培训有助于改善学生学习观念。经培训,学生词汇策略使用意识增强,使用的类别有所增加,使用频率有所提高。策略培训有助于提高学生词汇水平,训练对低分组学生帮助更明显。培训前后,男生较女生在词汇量和词汇策略使用方面的变化更显著。  相似文献

Psychodrama was first introduced in the Korean literature in 1972, but its generalization to college students did not occur until the 1990s. Despite findings from psychodrama studies with Korean college students supporting psychodrama as effective for developing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships, as well as decreasing anxiety and stress, it is still underutilized in South Korea. Accordingly, the current study looked at implementing a psychodrama program in South Korean universities. The positive results of the program implementation suggest that psychodrama is a useful technique for improving Korean college students’ general development and mental stability including secure attachment.  相似文献
