中国的日本教育研究——梁忠义先生的学术道路与学术成就

作为中国比较教育学的创始人之一的梁忠义教授，在近30年的学术生涯中，主要把日本教育作为研究方向，发表或出版了大量论著。他在日本教育与日本经济发展的关系、日本教育与日本经济社会现代化方面，提出了一系列的学术观点，如经济现代化中人力资源开发、人的素质提高的重要性等。此外，他在日本教育发展战略、日本职业教育、教师教育等方面，也有独到的研究。这些论著的一个核心思想就是说明在日本走向现代化的过程中，教育发挥了重要的作用。

本文从教育角度，分析日本战后能迅速崛起的根本原因是重视教育。日本的三次教育改革，对推进教育现代化起了重要作用，发达的教育造就了大批人才，成为日本逐渐摆脱贫困、实现经济奇迹而进入高度发达、富裕社会的重要支柱。日本的例子对我们的启示是：（１）大力发展教育；（２）重视基础教育；（３）教育立法；（４）教育改革要适应社会经济发展需要。

日本学历社会的形成及其存在的教育问题

日本学历社会是随着日本现代化进程形成和发展起来的，日本学历社会发展经历了三个阶段，其形成有力地促进了日本现代社会的发展。但另一方面，日本学历社会也存在自身的弊端，对日本教育的发展造成了许多问题。同时日本学历社会对我国进入大众化发展阶段的高等教育也具有一定的启示作用。     

日本幼儿教育的特色及其启示

作者以身临其境的方式，考察了日本幼儿教育。在日本幼儿园，以游戏为基本活动早巳不是一种口号，而是实实在在的幼儿的生活方式。以游戏为特色的日本幼儿教育在有关什么是教育的出发点与归宿，教师在教育过程中的地位如何及应采取何种方式上，以及怎样理解幼儿教育现代化等方面均给我们以启示，并引起我们的认真思考。     

教育传统:教育现代化无法割断的联系

本文从对现代化、教育现代化、传统教育与教育传播等概念入手，分析了教育传统与教育现代化在过程中不可分割的联系，并进而认为这种联系不仅在时空上是连接的，而且在更深层次上如一教育观念也存在着相容相通的一面，同时又认为教育现代化毕竟与教育传统有着本质的区别，因而要发挥教育传统精神对教育现代化建设的作用，还必须对传统教育精神进行现代转换和重新诠释。     

日本基础教育学习负担改革动向

日本自明治维新至20世纪80年代初期这100多年的时间为“赶超型现代化”历史阶段。在这一阶段日本学生学习负担呈现出一直明显过重的鲜明特征。在这个时期，日本教育发展同样实现了“赶超型现代化”，成为日本经济成功崛起的根本动力。同时，“赶超型现代化”的教育发展中存在学生厌学、逃学、弃学、人格扭曲、甚至自杀等许多“教育公害”，学生学习负担过重成为教育弊端的集中体现。     

全球化概念与日本中学历史教育

自明治维新以来，在日本的国民教育中，历代政府都相当注重培养国民的国际化意识，致力于为培养在国际社会中生存的日本公民而构建相适应的教育体系。而战后日本文部省多次制定和修改具有教育教学的纲要性文件《高中学习指导要领》，将这个意旨充分表现出来，日本的中学历史教育观中有典型体现。从总体上看，日本的中学历史教育是符合教育国际化方向的，努力从全球化角度解读世界历史和日本历史，其理论基础和思路轨迹与现代化理论相吻合。但是，由于部分日本人如何正确认识历史责任等问题上出现偏颇，于是一些日本历史教科书出现掩饰、篡改，甚至美化侵略的现象，这导致在日本的历史教育理念与实践中存在着与其总原则，尤其是现代化原则相背离的矛盾现象。
