走过青春的叛逆

邻居家的小亮,初中毕业没多久,就开始了打工生涯.那天,我在一家网吧门口碰到他,原本那样一个清秀的小男孩,如今把头发染成了金黄色,烫了很夸张的发型.围在他身边的几个男孩,也都叼着香烟,戴着耳环,穿磨破了很多洞的牛仔裤,在女生面前极力摆酷. 小亮偶一回头,目光和我相遇,立刻涨红着脸,叫了声“阿姨”.那一刻的他,刹那间还原了纯真的面目.这些大人眼里所谓的“坏孩子”,正处在青春的叛逆期,为了向世界宣告他们的成长,于是夸张,于是另类,我在心里感叹着,也原谅着,因为,谁的青春不曾叛逆呢?

从公厕的修建到大粪主义

中国古代,对于人的排泄问题,其实很看重,庄稼一枝花,全靠粪当家,农村的人,一粪一溺,都浪费不得,要肥自家的田。因此,无论马桶也罢,厕所也罢,总而言之最后都要沤了肥田,所谓肥水不落外人田,就是这个意思,如果出门来不及回家方便,粪便掉在别人家地里,无论如何都会有点懊悔,特别敬业的,往往会找个家什捧回来。南方大一点的集镇,也有人建公厕,这种公厕,跟公益无关,属于私人的赢利事业,用来专门收集赶集人的粪便,然后卖给农民。当然,对于赶集的农民,一般都指望不上,但是对于那些走街串巷的艺人、手艺人和商人,却也是个便利。一些坐商,在买卖商品之余,卖点白拣的粪便,也是小补。     

一路走去

本文旨在从以下几方面探求<西儒耳目资>一书在辞书编纂史上的贡献:首先,是书第一次将汉字用西方字母进行了拼音化处理;其次,是书对汉字部首进行了远较中国人为彻底的形式化改造;最后,也是更重要的一点,是书第一次打通了中国传统的字书与韵书的界限,将二者的长处融会在一书中.当然,是书也存在着缺点,如没有释义;但这是与其作为识字课本的性质相适应的.     

FLAC3D在《采矿概论》课程教学中的应用

《采矿概论》是一门针对非采矿工程和安全工程专业本科生开设的通识教育必修课,通过该课程让学生们学习和认识到采矿工程中的相关专业知识和问题。但由于学生们欠缺与采矿工程相关的知识基础,因此在学习本门课程的过程中存在理解困难等问题。针对这种状况,文章作者提出将三维数值计算软件FLAC3D应用于本门课程的授课中,利用FLAC3D强大的建模能力,构建关于采矿工程问题的三维模型并在课堂上演示,以帮助学生们理解采矿工程的相关知识。在本论文中,作者以三个案例为基础,讲解了FLAC3D在课堂授课中的演示过程。     

From silence to stillness: decolonial feminist ontologies and the mattering of history in educational research

This paper explores undocumented adolescent Latina becomings that move beyond Western, white dominant cultural values and recognize egalitarian entanglements of difference. I begin by recognizing my positionality in this work that speaks to my own feminist theoretical entanglements of this project that draw upon new materialist and post-qualitative embodied, inspirited, affective becomings. In the second half of this paper, I resituate this project within a decolonizing framework that parallels discussions of feminist new materialist and post-qualitative work in an effort to begin thinking differently about educational research, schooling, and the impact of oppressive and colonizing practices on undocumented immigrant youth in this country. Finally, I do not offer this research project in the conventional qualitative structure, but am not claiming this research as post-qualitative either - as it lies somewhere in between - and resides in a liminal methodological space.

Trends in research on project-based science and technology teaching and learning at K–12 levels: a systematic review

Project-based teaching is nothing new; it originates from the work of authors like Dewey and Kilpatrick. Recent decades have seen renewed interest in this approach. In many countries, it is currently considered to be an innovative approach to science and technology (S&;T) teaching. In this article, we present a systematic review of what recent scientific publications teach us about this approach: How is this approach identified in these publications? How is the use of this approach in school S&;T justified? What are the main research questions covered by studies in the field? What do these studies on this approach teach us? To answer these questions, we have selected and analysed articles published, between 2000 and 2014, in journals that are specialised in school science and technology education and that are indexed in ERIC database. In the synthesis based on this analysis, we present: (a) the theoretical constructs used by the authors to refer to this approach and the features identified to define it; (b) the justifications for this approach; (c) the research questions covered by studies in the field; (d) the data collection and analysis methods used in these studies; and (e) the main findings. In addition to presenting a synthesis of current research in this field, we offer a critical discussion thereof with a focus on two aspects, namely the way PBSTL is conceptualised and the rigour of the research methods used to ensure the validity of findings.     

Valuing production values: a ‘do it yourself’ media production club

In this paper, we identify how and why digital media production can contribute to the active participation of children in education and also consider how much of the existing work in this area is framed as a ‘miraculous’ answer to educational challenges without critical interrogation of either the process or product. To begin, we identify some of the prominent research and issues that have emerged from work of this kind and discuss the barriers to accessing equitable education in relation to new media production projects with kids. We discuss the changing state of knowledge production and communication in a new media world and address the place of literacy in this changing educational context. Following this, we present one example of a media production club and the way we look at this work to value students' productions in a way that differs from other research of this kind.

高校校院两级管理模式改革是我国高等教育现代化发展的必然趋势,本文从这一模式发展的阶段性与多样性层面探讨了发展现状;在此基础上,从科学规划学校与学院的治理结构、合理构建职能部门与学院的管理架构、和谐理顺行政权与学术权的运行关系等方面,对高校校院两级管理模式进行分析,最后,阐述了我校校院两级管理体制实施办法。     

Irish education and the legacy of O’Connell

In 1831, the British Government decided to become directly involved in the provision of elementary education in Ireland, a country over which it then had jurisdiction. By European standards of the time this was a highly unusual step. A number of scholars have interrogated the factors that led to this outcome as well as the role played by various individuals. Daniel O’Connell’s activities, at this time, have been described as relatively limited, which appears incongruous given that he is considered the most powerful Irish politician of this era and was then at the height of his powers. It is the central contention of this article that O’Connell was, in fact, intimately involved in bringing about a national system of elementary education. Of more lasting significance is the manner in which he defined the role of the politician vis-à-vis the Church authorities in educational policy-making. In this regard he established a pattern that remained unchanged for over a century and indeed, it could be argued, largely persists to this day.
