Bismuth vanadate is a promising photoanode material for photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting,but its activity and stability need to be further improved.In this work,we synthesized Ni-doped BiVO _(4 )abundant with V ~(4+)species and oxygen defects through an in situ electrodeposition method.The effective doping can decrease the particle size of BiVO _(4 )and lead to the formation of V ~(4+)species/oxygen defects.Accordingly,the doped and defective BiVO _(4 )showed high optical absorption and rapid charge transfer,and further showed much higher PEC activity than pure BiVO _4.Specifically,5-Ni-BiVO _(4 )exhibits the highest activity in PEC water splitting,with a photocurrent of 2.39 mA/cm ~(2 )at 1.23 V versus RHE(the reversible hydrogen electrode),which is 2.5 times higher than pure BiVO _4(0.94 m A/cm ~2),and much higher incident photon-to-current efficiency(IPCE)value of 45%(while only 25%for BiVO _(4 )at ca.400 nm).This work provides an in situ method for the development of a high-performance photoanode.  相似文献

Micron grade Sn powder, VG32 oil and active pharmaceutical were mixed and the Nanometer Sn lubricant additives were prepared. Nanometer additives with different Sn concentrations were used in Steel-brass Tribo-pair for friction and wear test. The activating method to nano-Sn and surface of brass samples was investigated, and the method to form relatively thick friction coating on samples was discussed. Surface elemental distribution, coating thickness and its surface appearance were analyzed with X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS), auger electron spectrum (AES) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) respectively. The result shows that the ultra-thick friction coating (approx 20 μm), with abundant tin and well combined with substrate, has formed on the brass sample. The friction coating revealed superior performance of friction reducing and anti-wear properties. Therefore, the results possess practical significance to self-repair usage on steel-brass tribo-pair in mechanical systems.  相似文献

寻找高活性、碱性稳定且具有极低过电位的非贵金属基析氧反应(OER)催化剂有巨大的价值,但由于OER缓慢的动力学,使其商业化面临相当大的挑战.本文中,我们通过一种自适应的表面重构方法设计了一种强耦合核壳纳米结构的预催化剂.该预催化剂由内部生长的Ni3N/Ni异质结构核和超薄Ni3N壳(Ni3N/Ni@Ni3N)组成,通过逐步的热氮化路径合成.Ni3N/Ni@Ni3N样品在电流密度10 mA·cm-2下展现出超低的过电位(229 mV),其在过电位270 mV下,电流密度为单独的Ni3N、Ni以及商业RuO2催化剂的17,37和20倍,同时具有较低的塔菲尔斜率(55 mV·dec-1).在OER过程中,Ni3N/Ni@Ni3N样品的表面发生了重构,生成了高活性的NiOOH.原位拉曼光谱和非原位电子显微镜的研究证实了这一点.密度泛函理论(DFT)计算结果表明,NiOOH到Ni3N的界面电子转移产生了带正电的Ni阳离子,大大降低了 OER中间产物吸附/脱附的能垒.  相似文献

以可再生生物质玉米芯为原料,CO_2为活化剂,制得玉米芯基活性碳(ACs)。通过改变活化温度,进一步研究了ACs的孔隙结构对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:当活化温度为900℃时,ACs可获得最大的比表面积(1 427 m2/g),总孔容(0. 866 cm3/g)及发达的微孔结构,且ACs对亚甲基蓝的吸附有最大值;而当活化温度为800℃时,ACs具有最高的CO_2吸附值且极微孔含量丰富。ACs对CO_2的吸附能力主要取决于其极微孔含量,而与比表面积没有太大关系。  相似文献

Thirty aquatic diving beetles,Rhantus atncolor, of the family Dytiscidae, were subjected to 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, and 25-min levels of oxygen deprivation. The level of deprivation was procured by submerging the Ss under water for the allotted period of time. A control group receiving no oxygen deprivation was also tested. The results clearly established oxygen deprivation as a drive state capable of increasing the general level of activity in aquatic Coleoptera as measured by swimming speed in the runway.
