探究两类离心率问题的求解方法

离心率是圆锥曲线的重要几何性质，是高考重点考查的一个知识点．这类问题一般有两类：一类是根据一定的条件求离心率的大小；另一类是根据一定的条件求离心率的取值范围．无论是哪一类问题，其难点都是建立关于a，b，c的关系式（等式或不等式），最后转化为关于离心率e的关系式，这是化解有关椭圆和双曲线的离心率问题难点的根本方法．     

非Четаев型约束系统动力学方程的降阶方法

本文研究非Четаев型非完整约束系统动力学方程的降阶方法．首先，给出非Четаев型约束系统运动的第一积分存在的条件与形式；其次，利用循环积分降除非Четаев型约束系统的动力学方程，得到推广的非Четаев系统的Ｒｏｕｔｈ方程；而后，利用能量积分降阶非Четаев型约束系统的动力学方程，得到推广的非Четаев型约束系统的的Ｗｈｉｔｔａｋｅｒ方程；最后，给出两个算例并加以讨论．     

血浆置换术中患者生命体征监测的临床意义

目的：观察血浆置换术中病人生命体征的变化，预防并发症，提高血浆置换治疗成功率。方法：对108例接受血浆置换治疗的患者术中血压、心率、心电图及血氧饱和度进行动态观测。结果：监测发现有病情变化的患者比例为49例，占45％，其中心率大于110次／分钟10例，占9．2％；血压下降，伴头晕、恶心、呕吐者12例，占11，1％；出现心率加快，伴全身不同程度的皮疹、骚瘁者为10例，占9．2％。ST段改变3例，占2．8％；血氧饱和度下降14例，占13％。结论：血浆置换术中有明显心率增快、血压下降，可能造成严重后果，甚至危及生命，应加强术中生命体征的监测。     

血管的“清道夫”

正芹菜——芹菜中含有丰富的钾和芹菜素,有利于控制血压。研究证明,适当饮用芹菜汁确实有助于降血压。推荐吃法:烹制芹菜要少油少盐,否则会削弱芹菜的降压作用。可将芹菜焯水后凉拌,或者直接用来榨汁喝。燕麦——燕麦中含有丰富的β–葡聚糖和膳食纤维,可抑制人体对胆固醇的吸收,     

服洛尔类降压药，当心哮喘

托洛尔、普萘洛尔等“洛尔”类药,在临床上被广泛用于高血压、冠心病及心律失常患者。 它们能有效控制症状,但也有诱发支气管哮喘的副作用。 洛尔类药物通过阻断体内的β受体起效,发挥减慢心率、降低心肌缺血、降压、抗心律失常等作息加重时,则需要停用这类药。长期用β受体激动剂的哮喘患者,由于气道平滑肌处于易感状态,不宜服洛尔类降压药,否则可能导致哮喘加重。
