强化实践教学 培养应用型法学人才——广西独立学院法学人才培养模式探索

培养大批应用型法学人才是地方法治建设的需要,也是独立学院法学专业建设的必然选择。但目前广西独立学院的人才培养中普遍存在应用性不足的弊端,直接影响着人才培养的质量。本文结合广西独立学院培养应用型法学人才的培养目标定位,理清应用型人才培养与实践教学之间的关系,分析目前广西独立学院法学教育中存在之不足,提出要培养应用型法学人才,必须强化实践教学环节的若干建议。
