气相色谱-质谱检测分析赊店老酒中的微量成分

以赊店老酒为研究对象,应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)检测该白酒中的微量成分,用色谱峰面积归一化法测定其各组分的相对含量.共鉴定出52种成分,其中己酸乙酯(54.97%)、乳酸乙酯(33.67%)含量较高,还检测出微量的酸类、醇类和其他物质.     

传统酸面团制备的馒头特征风味物质的研究（英文）

目的:通过同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)、顶空固相微萃取(SPME)及吹扫捕集(PT)技术结合气相色谱-嗅闻-质谱(GC-O-MS)技术对传统酸面团制备的馒头特征风味成分进行分析,并初步探讨特征风味形成机理。创新点:首次采用不同风味物质分析技术探索传统酸面团制备的馒头关键风味成分。方法:采用同时SDE、SPME及PT方法,对不同传统酸面团制备的馒头特征风味物质进行分析。结论:SDE结果显示,反式-2-壬烯醛和反式-2,4-癸二烯醛为传统酸面团馒头中关键风味成分。SPME和PT方法表明乙醇和醋酸是关键风味物质。因此,需要结合不同技术方法,全面分析传统酸面团制备的馒头中特征风味成分。     

两种极性萃取头对赊店老酒香气成分的分析及比较

选择两种极性萃取头,采用固相微萃取(SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对赊店老酒中香气成分进行分析,旨在为其风味改善和质量控制提供依据.检测结果表明:赊店老酒中共检测出38种物质,其中27种酯类化合物、3种醇类化合物、2种酸类化合物、3种烷烃类化合物、2种醛类化合物和1种呋喃类化合物;通过对比65μm PDMS/DVB和50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS两种萃取头发现,65μm PDMS/DVB对于酯类和烷烃类物质萃取效果较好.

采用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)法对黑种草籽的CO2超临界萃取物进行了成分分析。     

黄茶挥发性成分的HS-SPME-GC/MS分析

报道了采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)提取黄茶中挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)从黄茶挥发油中分离并确定出30种化学成分,其中主要成分为苯甲醇(9.25%)﹑苯乙醇(4.03%)和二甲基硫醚(3.39%).     

铺地百里香挥发性成分GC/MS分析

利用顶空固相微萃取技术(SPME)吸附采集铺地百里香叶的挥发性成分,采用GC/MS技术分析鉴定,并用GC/MS总离子流色谱峰的峰面积进行归一化定量.从铺地百里香叶总离子流图中分离出25个峰,鉴定出其中的20种化学成分,分别占总峰面积的99.14%.主要包括萜类(13种)、醇类(4种)、酚类(2种)和酮类(1)种共4大类物质.以萜类为主,含量最小的是酮类物质.     

人参地上部位挥发性成分的研究

人参(Panax gineseng C.A.Meyer)系五加科植物.为驰名中外的名贵中药.人参的科研和应用工作多集中于人参皂甙方面.随着现代仪器分析的发展,人门开始了对人参挥发性成分的探讨.其中对人参根部挥发油成分的研究已有很多报导,而对其地上各部位中挥发油成分的分析却较少.本文采用毛细管气相色谱(GC),色谱—质谱(GC—MS)和色谱—红外谱(GC—FTIR)联用装置,对吉林人参地上各部位(叶、茎、花蕾、籽皮和籽胚)中的挥发性成分进行了系统地研究,共确定出109种化合物结构,尚未见报导.     

白鲜皮中脂肪酸化学成分的GS-MS分析

通过建立脂肪酸成分提取及气相色谱质谱检测方法,对白鲜皮中脂肪酸进行提取并进行气相色谱质谱定量分析.采用索氏提取法提取白鲜皮中脂肪酸成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行分析鉴定,运用面积归一化法确定其相对百分含量.从白鲜皮中提出18种脂肪酸,并对成分进行鉴定,脂肪酸中主要成分是亚麻酸(38.76％),木蜡酸甲酯(20.67％),14-甲基十六酸甲酯 (19.55％)等不饱和脂肪酸.     

栾川冬凌草挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

对河南栾川老君山产中草药冬凌草的挥发油进行研究。用水蒸汽蒸馏方法提取冬凌草中的挥发油，用GC—MS方法对冬凌草挥发油的化学成分进行了鉴定，从挥发油中鉴定出14个化合物。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)对河南栾川老君山产冬凌草挥发油成分进行了分析，分离出了28个峰，确认了14种成分。     

美花红千层挥发油的化学成分分析

应用水蒸气蒸馏法从美花红千层叶提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离鉴定芳香成分,采用GC峰面积归一法确定其相对含量,鉴定了其中的21种化合物,占色谱总馏出峰面积的94.77%,其主要成分是1,8-桉叶素(43.36%)、α-蒎烯(33.18%)、α-松油醇(7.37%)、柠檬烯(3.57%)。
