We propose a novel kind of compound permanent magnet synchronous machine (CPMSM), which is applicable in low-speed and high-torque situations. We first explain the structure of the CPMSM. Based on theoretically deducing the calculation formulae of the CPMSM electromagnetic parameters, we analyze the operating characteristics of the CPMSM, and obtain the power-angle curves and working curves. The no-load magnetic field distribution and the cogging torque are analyzed by applying the finite element method of three-dimensional (3D) magnetic fields, to determine the no-load leakage coefficient and the waveform of the cogging torque. Furthermore, the optimal parameters of the permanent magnet for reducing the cogging torque are determined. An important application target of the CPMSM is in direct-drive pumping units. We have installed and tested a directdrive pumping unit in an existing oil well. Test results show that the power consUmption of the direct-drive pumping unit driven by CPMSM is 61.1% of that of the beam-pumping unit, and that the floor space and weight are only 50% of those of a beam-pumping unit. The noise output does not exceed 58 dB in a range of 1 m around the machine when the machine is 1.5 m from the ground.  相似文献

The three-dimensional magnetic field of a permanent magnet (PM) disc-type generator is analyzed by the scalar potential method. In the analysis the permanent magnets are taken as magnetic charges. Hexahedron element meshes are automatically generated by a pre-processing program developed by the authors. The flux density is computed by a 3D scalar potential method program. Based on the finite element analysis the induced emf, current, armature reaction effects and electromagnetic torque of the disc machine are all calculated.  相似文献

With the air gap magnetic field distribution of surface mounted permanent magnet (PM) motors obtained using an analytical technique, the instantaneous electromagnetic torque and its corresponding components are investigated with the Maxwell stress tensor method. Accurate results can easily be achieved using the proposed method without using the tedious finite element analysis (FEA). In this paper, the electromagnetic torque of a surface mounted PM motor with two phases energized is decomposed into four torque components. This technique is useful not only for the design and optimization of the permanent magnet motor, but also for the choice of control strategy.  相似文献

In this paper, a design method for ocean wave permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)is proposed with new performance criteria to obtain better output performance at the cost of less permanent magnet material. Besides, a simple equivalent analytical geometry method is put forward to calculate the sizes of permanent magnets. Based on geometric and electromagnetic models, four types of rotor structures are compared, i.e., embedded, tangential, tile surface mount and convex surface mount structures. The designs and comparisons of machine are performed with the same permanent magnet volume. Moreover, the influences of mechanical pole-arc coefficient of tile surface mount PMSG on electrical efficiency, output power, material corrosion, core loss, and torque ripple are investigated. 提供力学服务是永磁装置重要的用途之一,因而磁场力的计算是磁力在机械设计、应用的重要内容。本文介绍了公式算法的推导结果,通过公式法和ANSYS有限元分析两种方法对永磁铁样本进行磁场模拟计算,得到永磁体铁块的磁场特性和磁吸附力。最后通过实际测量永磁铁样本的磁感应强度验证了公式算法和有限元分析方式的合理性、可行性,分析了公式算法和有限元分析两种方式计算的磁力与实际磁场力的误差大小,并得到了永磁铁表面磁感应强度的变化规律。  相似文献

采用速凝法制备NdFeB薄带,再经氢破制粉、压型、烧结、热处理制备NdFeB永磁体,通过激光粒度分布仪、光学显微镜以及AMT-4磁学特性测量仪等手段表征磁体的组织和性能,考察气流磨工艺对磁体组织和性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:气流磨分选转速越快,磁粉粒度越细小,制备磁体的磁学性能先增加后减小,当气流磨分选转速为3 400 r/min时,制备磁体组织均匀,剩磁、矫顽力、最大磁能积分别达到14.19 kGs、907.44 kA/m和397.28 kJ/m3.  相似文献
