This paper proposes a global stabilization method for a class of planar switched systems with input saturation constrains by using a state feedback and switching strategy. This method is proved to be effective by analyzing the characteristics of the trajectory of second-order linear systems with input saturation. Two types of molecular and polymer devices employing (2-(4′-biphenyl)-5-(4““““““““-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole) (PBD)and poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) as electron transport and hole transport materials, respectively, have been fabricated. The structures of these two devices are ITO/PVK( 70 nm)/PBD(60 nm)/A1 and ITO/PVK: PBD (1:1 by mass, 70 nm)/A1. The formation of exciplex is evident by comparing the electroluminescence (EL) of a bi-layer device and the photoluminescence (PL) of a PVK and PBD mixed film.The maximum emission energy of exciplex evaluated is consistent with the peak emission of EL. Blue emissions from both devices are obtained. The type of exicplex is interpreted based on the energy level diagram of the bi-layer device.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss a class of piecewise linear hyperbolic maps on the 2-torus. These maps arise in the second-order digital fdter with two' s complement arithmetic. By introducing codings underlying the map operations, we give some admissibility conditions for symbolic sequences and find some periodic properties of these symbolic sequences. Then we use these conditions to check the admissibility of periodic symbol sequences.  相似文献

In the light of Ф-mapping method and the relationship between entropy and the Euler characteristic, the intrinsic topological structure of entropy of Kerr black holes is studied. From the Ganss-Bonnet-Chem theorem, it is shown that the entropy of Kerr black hole is determined by singularities of the Killing vector field of spacetime. These singularities naturally carry topological numbers, Hopf indices and Brouwer degrees, which can also be viewed as topological quantization of entropy of Kerr black holes. Specific results S = A/4 for non-extreme Kerr black holes and S = 0 for extreme ones are calculated independently by using the above-mentioned methods.  相似文献

In this paper the solidification behavior of Sn-Sb peritectic alloy and the mechanism of grain refinement in solidification process under high-intensity ultrasonic field are investigated. Three different powers of high-intensity ultrasound are introduced into molten Sn-Sb peritectic alloy to study the refining effectiveness. The results show that the application of high-intensity ultrasound during solidification process of Sn-Sb peritectic alloy can refine a phase and β phase and eliminate gravity segregation of the alloy. As acoustic intensity is increased from 400 W to 800 W, not only the homogenous fine structure can be obtained, but also the cubic β phase crystals tend to be spherical. Microstructure of the sample treated by 600 W high-intensity ultrasound demonstrates the best refining effect.  相似文献

A novel asymmetrical pitch system for rotary wing is presented. The pitch control characteristics are studied and analyzed. Because elastic linkage is a key part in whole asymmetrical pitch system, in order to obtain the variation of the elastic linkage deformation, an experimental platform mainly based on the device of micro aerial vehicles (MAVs) and a new control system mounted on TMS320LF2407 are designed. This control system has its compacted configuration and reliability. Finally, using this system to control the MAV for simulating the flying forward, experimental results show the MAV’s flight attitude can be controlled based on the variation of the elastic linkage. Single phase Fe5C2 intermetallic compound was prepared by mechanical alloying method. The phase and crystal structure of sample were analyzed with X-ray differaction spectrum. The decomposing temperature of the Fe5C2 compound is 596.4℃ determined by the DSC curve. It is further shown that the size of nanometer crystal grain is an important condition for carrying out the solid state reaction at room temperature and normal pressure.  相似文献

The choice of self-concordant functions is the key to efficient algorithms for linear and quadratic convex optimizations, which provide a method with polynomial-time iterations to solve linear and quadratic convex optimization problems. The parameters of a self-concordant barrier function can be used to compute the complexity bound of the proposed algorithm. In this paper, it is proved that the finite barrier function is a local self-concordant barrier function. By deriving the local values of parameters of this barrier function, the desired complexity bound of an interior-point algorithm based on this local self-concordant function for linear optimization problem is obtained. The bound matches the best known bound for small-update methods. The thermosensitive poly ( N-isopropylacrylamide ) (PNIPAAm) and poly (N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylamide) [ poly (NIPAAm-co-AAm) ] hydrogels with different acrylamide molar percentage are prepared by radiation polymerization using Co^60 γ-ray. Their swelling equilibrium data in the media of deionized water, NaCl aqueous solutions and different pH buffer solutions are determined. It appears that lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the hydrogels will drop with the increase of ionic strength and increase with the rising of acrylamide content, A semi-empirical formula is set up with the experimental results. Moreover, it also indicates that this copolymer is pH-sensitive, which is similar to the homopolymer of PNIPAAm.  相似文献

Exchange coupling and magnetization reversal mechanism in two series of Co_xNi_(1-x)/CoO(30 nm)(x=0.2 and 0.4)bilayers are studied by vector magnetometer.Two components of magnetization are measured parallel and perpendicular to the applied field.At low temperatures,coercivity H_c∝(t_(FM))~(-n),n=1.5 and 1.38 for x=0.2 and 0.4,respectively,in agreement with the random field model.At room temperature,the coercivity is nearly proportional to the inverse FM layer thickness.In addition to the exchange field and the coercivity,the characteristic of the magnetization reversal mechanism was found to change with temperature.At temperatures below 180 K,magnetization reversal process along the unidirectional axis is accompanied only by nucleation and pinning of domain wall while magnetization rotation is also involved at high temperatures.  相似文献

Conversion efficiency of soft X-ray from 0.35 μm pulse laser-irradiated aluminium planar target at laser intensities 1013–1015 W/cm2 on the Xingguang-II facility (laser energy 5–90 J, focal spot ⊃ Ф 200 μm full width of half maximun (FWHM) 400–800 ps) was measured. A simple model was given to explain soft X-ray conversion efficiency. In this model, because of the heat conduction from the laser-heated spot, the conversion was very small at lower irradiance limit, while at higher limit it was bounded by the energy lost in blow off plasma. Consequently, at the laser intensity around 2×1014 W/cm2, the X-ray conversion efficiency reaches a maximum. A laboratory-scale trickling biofilter column,filled with Raschig rings and inoculated with Pseudomonas putida (ATCC 1785)was used to purify chlorobenzene contained waste gases.Sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)was used to enhance the performance of trickling biofllter.Purification performance of the trickling biofilter was examined for chlorobenzene inlet concentration of 1.20~5.04 g/m~3 at different EBRTs between 76~153 s.Without SDS addition,with simultaneous increase in chlorobenzene inlet loading rate and gas flow rate,100% removal efficiency was achieved at EBRT of 109 s and inlet loadings below 5120 mg/m~3.Addition of SDS to nutrient solution led to improvement of trickling biofilter purification performance. By introducing 25 mg/L SDS,the removal efficiency was increased by 21% and elimination capacity up to 234 g/(m~3.h)was achieved at chlorobenzene inlet loading of 241 g/(m~3.h).Although SDS concentration experienced a low rate reduction after continuous nutrient solution recirculation,this result has little influence on trickling biofilter's removal efficiency in monitoring period.  相似文献

High frequency ultrasonic nondestructive testing was conducted using a direct contact method for SUS306 stainless steel treated by high temperature and fracture tensile tests. Reflected ultrasonic echoes were analyzed. The relationships between the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient, strength of backscattering wave and the elongation at break of the samples were obtained. The damages were evaluated by using these results together with the analysis of microstructure and mechanics of the tested material.
