论基于学科竞赛的大学生创新能力培养模式

学科竞赛与大学生创新能力培养具有相关性,基于学科竞赛的大学生创新能力培养模式,即以课程教学为基础,竞赛项目为载体,技术训练为手段的"三位一体"创新能力培养模式。构建基于学科竞赛的大学生创新能力培养模式必须遵循一定的原则,并针对该模式制定相应的教学培训计划,构建运行保障机制、激励机制、考核评价机制和质量反馈机制。采用该模式培养大学生创新能力和实践能力取得了明显的成效。     

推动“五维一体”大学生创新能力培养模式的改革——以天津科技大学食品学院为例

高等学校创新能力提升计划(简称2011计划)对高校大学生能力的培养工作提出了更高的要求,大学生的创新能力已不仅仅是社会衡量人才水平的重要指标,同时也是我国建设创新型国家的迫切需要。笔者以天津科技大学食品学院近年来不断推行的"五维一体"大学生创新能力培养模式为基础,分析该模式在指导实践过程中的优点和存在的问题,通过提升创新理念、打造实践平台、完善制度建设等措施,推动"五维一体"大学生创新能力培养模式不断完善,以期达到长期提升大学生创新能力的目的。     

地方高校土建专业大学生实践创新能力的培养模式研究

本文针对地方高校在土建专业大学生实践创新能力培养的探索中存在的问题,提炼出一套切合地方高校的"1+4大学生实践创新能力培养模式",即以大学生实践创新能力提升为一个中心,以实践教学体系、认识实习和生产实习、课外科技创新活动、社会实践活动为四个基本点的实践创新能力培养模式,并以笔者所在单位为案例作出补充说明,为地方高校人才培养提供一种的新的思路。

结合教师科研的课程实践教学模式改革研究

本文以"培养和提高大学生工程实践创新能力"为目标,对大学生工程实践创新能力培养途径进行改革与探索。结合教师科研的课程实践教学模式改革是提高创新能力的重要途径。将教师科研与课程实践教学模式改革相结合,构建教师讲课与学生动手相结合的双向实践教学体系,开展教师主讲模式、研讨教学模式、汇报研讨模式等改革,形成了学生自主学习、自主实验的良好局面,培养了学生的工程实践能力与创新能力,使整个实践教学环节不仅与教师的科研项目有着很好的结合度,同时也十分符合工程项目的运用与开发实际,让学生认真动脑学习的同时,又能动手开展专业实践,实实在在地增强大学生的工程创新意识,使实验教学由被动模式转变为主动模式,提高实验的科技含量,提高教学质量。

培养理工科学生的创新能力,构建多层次、多环节的创新引导教学模式势在必行。文章根据创造力三维模型理论,构建了以低年级课堂教学为引导、大学生科技创新训练(SRTP)为平台、科研实践活动为载体的"三位一体"大学生创新能力培养模式,并通过教学实践环节锻炼学生的创新思维,有效提升大学生的创新能力,为培养具有优异综合素质的拔尖创新人才建立可行机制。
