卡西尔对文化模拟论的批判

卡西尔是把文化模拟论作为其文化哲学的一个主要对立面加以批判性清理的。在他看来，如果仅仅把文化看成自然的模本或人类生活的再现，文化就会失去其真正的内在价值。文化究其实是人类内在生命的“客观化”过程，也是人为自己立起的一面自我反思、自我观照的镜子。

关于全球化背景下我国高等教育发展的文化取向,以往存在“西方中心主义”和“本土中心主义”两种取向。这两种取向各执一端,属于中西对立、体用二元的思维模式。全球化背景下我国高等教育发展的文化逻辑应当是“和而不同”。“和而不同”的高等教育理念追求的不是中西对立,也不是中体西用或西体中用,而是吸取世界上的一切优秀文明成果,构建兼具民族特色与时代精神的新型高等教育。

对文化全球化研究中几个问题的思考

文化全球化作为一个历史范畴已经成为世界各国普遍面临的现实文化语境,它正在全面地改变着中国文化的现状与功能,因此承认文化上出现的全球化现象乃是考察中国文化的一个理论前提.处于全球化语境下的文化的全球性与现代性之间存在着密不可分的内在联系:全球性为现代性提供了物质依托和现实内涵,全球性乃是现代性的世界性延伸.而文化的全球性与本土性之间也呈现出新的悖立与共生关系,"和而不同"将成为我们民族文化在文化全球化时代的本土化策略.     

基于汶川地震的启示的灾害、伦理与文化研究

灾害伦理文化建设必须从继承中国传统伦理文化中的丰富的灾害伦理文化内容,大力发扬社会主义文化的先进性两个方面进行研究,构建适合本土的防灾减灾伦理文化,最终建设成有中国特色的灾害伦理文化.目前针对人为性自然灾害的伦理文化研究还是局限在西方的生态伦理文化的背景下,表现为对于人类中心主义与非人类中心主义的反思,无论是人类中心主义还是非人类中心主义强调的都是对于人与自然关系的理性把握,是在西方的现代文化与后现代文化的背景下提出的.而就中国来说,现代中国的发展,正在逐步反思中国自身传统的伦理文化,正走着继承与扬弃、借鉴与反思的构建现代具有中国本土特色的伦理文化的道路,这是我们反思传统灾害文化,构建具有中国特色灾害伦理文化的理论视域.     

反思人类中心主义

笔者通过对人类中心主义理论基础的思考，从以下几点阐述非人类中心主义的合理性：（1）价值是一个历史的概念，内在价值和工具价值之分是近代的产物；（2）人类中心主义是建立在二元论世界观基础上的，这种世界观具有内在缺陷；（3）不能用逻辑来反驳非人类中心主义。这种“逻辑基础”是人类中心主义同样不具备的。
