Poems are the products of national culture, and A Dream of Red Mansions (A DRM) is the collection of Chinese culture in the era when the novel was written, so poems in A DRM express a wealth of cultural messages. According to the Limits of Translatability raised by Catford in 1965, cultural untranslatability occurs when a relevant situational feature for the SL text is absent in the TL. 作为一种数字化学习资源、工具和产品,电子课本涉及众多利益相关者。如何兼顾与平衡相关各方的利益,在全球范围内都是一个极为敏感的问题。版权管理的核心就在于促进合理使用和利益平衡。基于电子课本内容包装规范的数字版权管理(DRM)加载方案,将电子课本内容保护的粒度分为课本整体和内容对象两个级别,使得电子课本的内容保护具有更大的弹性和使用度,可以对整本课本进行保护,也可以对具体的内容对象进行保护。方案并不干涉或限定电子课本出版商如何实施内容保护的具体技术,而是从标准的角度,提供一套加载于电子课本内容包上的技术方案,并抽象出DRM的核心元素与实现机制,用以支持电子课本数字版权保护的灵活性和可用性。经过技术验证,该方案并未对电子课本客户端造成额外计算量和负担,能够满足电子课本对数字版权保护的轻量级、可用性、易实施需求。  相似文献

This paper introduces a solution to the secure requirement for digital rights management (DRM) by the way of geospacial access control named geospacial access control (GeoAC) in geospacial field. The issues of authorization for geospacial DRM are concentrated on. To geospacial DRM, one aspect is the declaration and enforcement of access rights, based on geographic aspects. To the approbation of digital geographic content, it is important to adopt online access to geodata through a spacial data infrastructure (SDI). This results in the interoperability requirements on three different levels: data model level, service level and access control level. The interaction between the data model and service level can be obtained by criterions of the open geospacial consortium (OGC), and the interaction of the access control level may be reached by declaring and enforcing access restrictions in GeoAC. Then an archetype enforcement based on GeoAC is elucidated. As one aspect of performing usage rights, the execution of access restrictions as an extension to a regular SDI is illuminated.  相似文献

The development of a model for more effective usage of group administered standardized tests is developed. The primary assumption is that summary data from these instruments are not used in curricular decisions for groups larger than the classroom unit, and a method is illustrated which uses item groupings from subtests allowing a more effective use of the data for program and curricular decisions. Several cautions are presented with respect to data usage in the recommended fashion, i. e., item data usually have low reliability coefficients, and criterion levels which identify problems in the curriculum are difficult to establish.  相似文献

Schools and governments are increasingly investing in adaptive practice software. To date, the evidence whether adaptivity improves learning outcomes is limited and mixed. A large-scale randomized control trial is conducted in Dutch secondary schools to evaluate the effectiveness of an adaptive practice program relative to a static program. Learning theories predict that adaptive practicing is more effective, but this experimental evaluation provides a more nuanced picture. Relative to the static software environment, students working in the adaptive software environment receive more difficult exercises, practice longer and answer fewer questions correctly. Takeup and usage of the software program is, overall, modest, but varies considerably within and between classrooms. The outcome differences between both environments are more pronounced in classrooms with higher practice intensity. On average, no test score effects are found, but static practicing does improve test scores for higher ability students (0.08σ). Caution is thus warranted when adaptive practice software is implemented to address individual learning needs, as static formative test preparation can be more effective in improving test scores.  相似文献

The role of categorical versus associative relations in 5-, 7-, and 11-year-old children's true and false memories was examined using the Deese-Roediger-McDermott (DRM) paradigm and categorized lists of pictures or words with or without category labels as primes. For true items, recall increased with age and categorized lists were better recalled than DRM lists. For false items, recall increased with age except for picture lists, there were no differences between categorized and DRM lists and no effect of priming, and there were fewer false memories for pictures than words. Like adults, children's false memories are based on associative not thematic relations, whereas their veridical memories depend on both. This new, developmentally invariant dissociation is consistent with knowledge- and resource-based models of memory development.  相似文献
