认知、态度、体育锻炼行为：我国学生体质健康监测效果的多维分析

随着我国学生体质健康监测工作的深入开展,为了检验我国学生体质健康监测效果,进一步提高学生体质监测的科学化水平,根据柯克帕特里克评价模型设计调查问卷,对5所大学、12所中学和6所小学的调查,测量学生对体质测试在认知、情感、参与行为、学习和效果五个维度上的主观认知和客观评价,解析学生体质监测实施的效果和存在的问题。表明:大中小学生对体质监测总体评价较好,但大中小学生对体质测试的学习效果表现出了显明的差别。体质测试在培养学生积极参加体育锻炼的作用中效果一般。     

中美青少年体质评定系统的比较及对我国的启示

运用文献资料法、对比分析法对美国青少年体质评定系统的发展历程、测试项目和评价方式进行了梳理,并与我国《国家学生体质健康标准》进行了对比。研究结果发现,美国青少年体质评定更加重视与健康相关的测试指标,而我国在评定青少年体质健康指标的同时,也考察学生运动方面的能力;在评价模式上,美国普遍采用的体质项目(FITNESSGRAM)评定系统选择了标准参照评价,而我国仍然延续百分位常模参照评价。建议我国青少年体质评定系统的治理主体应多元化、测试指标应科学化及评价模式应合理化。
