Combined with the printing application, an image registration method based on the multi-resolution morphology contour detection was proposed. First, a direction based multi-resolution gray morphology in the scheme was proposed to realize the contour extraction. Then, based on the contour features, the subspace image registration was proposed to deal with issues of the computing complexity appeared in the traditional image registration methods. The proposed image registration was efficiently applied in the defect inspection of printing images.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors propose a refined Branch-and-Bound algorithm for affine-transformation based image registration. Given two feature point-sets in two images respectively, the authors first extract a sequence of high-probability matched point-pairs by considering well-defined features. Each resultant point-pair can be regarded as a constraint in the search space of Branch-and-Bound algorithm guiding the search process. The authors carry out Branch-and-Bound search with the constraint of a pair-point selected by using Monte Carlo sampling according to the match measures of point-pairs. If such one cannot lead to correct result, additional candidate is chosen to start another search. High-probability matched point-pairs usually results in fewer loops and the search process is accelerated greatly. Experimental results verify the high efficiency and robustness of the author's approach.  相似文献

在研究传统Harris角点检测算法的基础上,结合小波变换的多分辨率特性,提出一种基于小波变换边缘检测与Harris角点检测的多尺度图像配准算法。该算法保持了Harris角点检测算法在图像旋转、缩放或灰度变化时角点提取效果依然良好的优点,改进了其对噪声敏感且不具有尺度不变性的缺点,在不同尺度上有较高稳定性与匹配精准度,抗噪性较强。  相似文献

This paper presents a new kind of image retrieval system which obtains the feature vectors of images by estimating their fractal dimension; and at the same time establishes a tree-structure image database. Mutual information (MI)-based image registration is effective in registering medical images, but it is computationally expensive. This paper accelerates MI-based image registration by dividing computation of mutual information into spatial transformation and histogram-based calculation, and performing 3D spatial transformation and trilinear interpolation on graphic processing unit (GPU). The 3D floating image is downloaded to GPU as flat 3D texture, and then fetched and interpolated for each new voxel location in fragment shader. The transformed results are rendered to textures by using frame buffer object (FBO) extension, and then read to the main memory used for the remaining computation on CPU. Experimental results show that GPU-accelerated method can achieve speedup about an order of magnitude with better registration result compared with the software implementation on a single-core CPU.  相似文献

3D shape searching is a problem of current interest in several different fields. Most techniques are developed for a particular domain and used to reduce a shape into a simpler shape representation. The techniques developed for a particular domain will also find application in other domains. We propose a new shape matching method. The SSRD (spherical sectioning railroad diagram) algorithm has the general shape distribution's properties and overall features of the original model. The SSRD's useful properties are discussed. 由于互信息不需要对图像进行预处理,因此被广泛地应用于医学图像配准中.但是,配准过程中的局部极大值难以克服.本引进了梯度信息,用于解决局部极值问题.并将这种方法应用到人体的非刚性形变的医学图像配准中.同时,给出了一些用于改进精度的方法,如:Powell搜索算法、灰度插值和出界点问题,提高了匹配精度.采用此方法对脑部和肺部的多模图像进行配准,实验结果表明该方法对非刚体医学图像的配准有很大的可行性.  相似文献

The determination of initial equilibrium shapes is a common problem in research work and engineering applications related to membrane structures. Using a general structural analysis framework of the finite particle method (FPM), this paper presents the first application of the FPM and a recently-developed membrane model to the shape analysis of light weight mem- branes. The FPM is rooted in vector mechanics and physical viewpoints. It discretizes the analyzed domain into a group of parti- cles linked by elements, and the motion of the free particles is directly described by Newton's second law while the constrained ones follow the prescribed paths. An efficient physical modeling procedure of handling geometric nonlinearity has been developed to evaluate the particle interaction forces. To achieve the equilibrium shape as fast as possible, an integral-form, explicit time integration scheme has been proposed for solving the equation of motion. The equilibrium shape can be obtained naturally without nonlinear iterative correction and global stiffness matrix integration. Two classical curved surfaces of tension membranes pro- duced under the uniform-stress condition are presented to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

均值滤波、中值滤波、维纳滤波和基于小波变换的软阈值法和硬阈值法是常用的几种图像去噪方法,通过对添加了不同噪声的图像进行了仿真实验。实验结果进一步验证了均值滤波在去除噪声的同时造成了图像边缘一定程度的模糊,中值滤波能相对较好的保留了图像的边缘,维纳滤波对高斯白噪声去噪效果较好但计算量大,相比较小波阈值法去噪是目前较好的的去噪方法,通过选取合适的阚值可以得到较为理想的去噪效果。  相似文献
